"The food is okay, some things are very good and some things like the fried rice today was not good, but the tuna sandwich was great. But the review here is about my delivery!!!!! I asked the delivery man to leave the food on the doorknob in delivery instructions as I do when I order, always! I have a baby and I may be not dressed or what not, I never tip before hand, I tip and amount I tip will always have to do with the service I receive. I go back to grab hub and add appropriate tip as I did today as well. The man kept knocking over and over again! He did not leave! Woke up my baby, did not follow instructions to leave on doorknob. The tip I leave goes from $1-$20 depends on service of delivery. He did not only wake up my baby, but didn’t leave for so long that by the time he finally left, the food was Luke warm! Not only that! The restaurant called me and harassed me about tipping! clearly tip was not deserved, he told me customers are supposed to leave beforehand, that’s not smart at all, how can I tip before not knowing the service I will receive? Then he tells me if I didn’t tip before I have to tip with cash?! Outrageous! I always go to DoorDash and add tip after, well clearly he deserved zero, I still left $1 and that’s only to show these people that you clearly can easily leave the tip after, like I would have if they followed instructions and didn’t call harassing me, absolutely disgusting, they told me I didn’t open the door, because I didn’t want to tip, nasty! I always tip! Never cash and never beforehand."

"The restaurant has a very dedicated great staff. We were there on NYEve so it was unusually noisy filled with kids. Not the restaurant 's fault (and they did the best they could but there was a table with maybe 12 adults and they sat there kids (about 12 ages 3-15? at the table next to us. The kids didn 't eat, or sit but ran around like crazy while the adults didn 't supervise and and their meal. I felt bad for the restaurant who clearly had to 'accommodate ' this unruly crowd and even though there was a lot of people waiting for a hibachi table, the 'adult 's at the 'adult ' table didn 't care. In any case, once that group left, the noise and chaos subsided and we had a wonderful fun time. For the record there were several kids at our table who were well behaved. This large group was just awful. Maybe the restaurant should insist kids sit w/ their parents next time? The food was yummy and chefs a lot of fun. We will go back but will reconsider the NYEve visit. Or maybe go later than 9pm to avoid these large child-filled groups."

"The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding, consistently exceeding our expectations. We are always pleasantly surprised by our experiences here. The sushi, particularly the mango-based variations, is delicious. The staff pays great attention to detail, as seen in the pictures from our Christmas dinner, and is very courteous. Hand sanitizer is provided at every table. This is definitely one of our top restaurants in town. We would highly recommend it to anyone in Tarrytown."

"My husband and I made reservations for dinner for two on a Monday. We arrived and checked in. The place was full of families with kids, we were happy to have saved a spot. We waited 20 minutes for our table. When we were seated we were instantly disgusted. The floor was covered in food and trash. The table tops had old sauce spilled, chunks of food, and the menus were filthy. We looked around and the entire place was not clean. They had three people cleaning one table and not one person gave a damn about how clean it was, it was low priority. We waited ten minutes at the table for service to come before getting up and walking out. We passed three staff and not one person asked us why we were leaving or if there was an issue. We will never return to this location. We go to the Fenton location where cleanliness is top notch and service is fast and friendly. Stay away from here!"

"The sushi was fantastic. Did not expect it to crush like it did. We got the Sunday buy 3 get 1 free sushi roll special. You get a lot of really great sushi and a reasonable price even without the special. They also have some great lunch specials 2 rolls with soup or salad for $10.50. 3 rolls for $14. The service was excellent and friendly. What an awesome find North of Hwy 10. The decor is not fancy, real basic and low key but clean. But don't let that fool you. Enjoyed the food and service greatly. And would rather they keep it this way and the prices reasonable. Thanks."

"I have visited this restaurant over 20 times and have never been let down. The sushi is consistently incredible, as is everything else on their menu. The service is both warm and prompt. My roommate and I were regulars for almost a year before moving to a different city. When we returned for dinner over a year later, our favorite waiter still remembered us. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi spot in Salisbury. The staff make you feel like part of their family. Additionally, the kimchi fries are a must-try if you enjoy loaded fries. I would rate this restaurant 13 out of 10."

"We hadn't had a great dining experience until we visited Umami! Everything was outstanding! Our server also served as the bartender, and in hindsight, we probably should have just eaten at the bar, but that’s alright. Since my husband and I don’t get out often, we decided to enjoy some sushi and have a few drinks. The hot sake was delicious! The sushi was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to try more next time!"

"well they are now joining other establishments and adding a fee, which they call a checkout fee to the bill. this equates to 3.5% of the bill. we have always been faithful customers and are there with our group at least once a month, but this new feature turns us off. never had a problem with your increased prices and wouldn 't have a problem if you began charging for the chips, it 's the principal that you are isolating one variable business expense and passing it off to the client. good luck! not coming back"

"This restaurant is fantastic! I stumbled upon it on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a tostada and two tacos, which turned out to be a bit more food than I needed. They have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas, chopped onions and cilantro, tomatoes, pico de gallo, and some incredibly tasty pickled onions and jalapeños. The place serves delicious Mexican street food in a laid-back atmosphere at really affordable prices (only $10). The service was excellent, and they have a large bar! Cleveland really needs more spots like this. I will definitely be coming back."

"It was crowded which is to be expected for Valentine's Day. Servers were overwhelmed and understaffed. The food was WAY over salted and over cooked. Chef didn't make enough vegetables and since we were served last we got a soupy soy dregs of vegetables. We had ordered double vegetables and the chef forgot so he had to go get more and make them. By the time they were done we were mostly finished with our meal. Not a memorable Valentines dinner at least not in a good way."

"This hidden gem has become a must-visit for me whenever I return to Scranton. Post-pandemic, I have to say it has somehow improved even more. The menu still boasts an impressive variety, but I usually opt for a bento box for lunch. On my latest visit, I enjoyed the hibachi vegetables, edamame, and a spicy crab roll, along with the salad, rice, and miso soup that come with each box—such a great value! Everything was prepared with care, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. Most importantly, all the dishes were delicious. The owners are incredibly friendly and genuinely committed to excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for top-notch Japanese cuisine. "This was probably the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. The bartender looks barely and doesn’t greet people and spends minutes other places instead of taking orders at the bar. It took 20 minutes before we could even get a drink or food order. It seemed like this place was over, but everybody just wants to stand around or play on their phones. Lack of communication because our bartender screwed up on our tab and had to wait for the manager to fix it, and when the manager got back from food, I had to flag them down to fix our ticket because our bartender was somewhere else. We ordered two beers, chicken, quesadilla, and bean dip and it was just OK."
