VERY HARD TO FIND THEM THEY ARE IN A CORNER TUCKED AWAY However, the eventual discovery of this hidden gem is undoubtedly worth the search. On my recent visit, the efficiency of service was nothing short of impressive, with my order being swiftly prepared within mere minutes, leaving me pleasantly surprised. I WAS THE FIRST ONE THERE ON A TUESDAY. YELP NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS YES THEY WERE OPEN ON THIS TUESDAY. The warm demeanor of the staff, exemplified by the friendly cashier who handled transactions after my meal was ready, added an extra touch of hospitality to the experience. The freshness of the food stood out prominently, leaving me satiated without the discomfort of feeling overly full, a stark contrast to the rubbery texture often associated with the faux meat substitutes in other vegan eateries. HUGE PORTIONS. Amidst the tranquil ambiance of the sparsely populated plaza, Sun Vegan radiated the charm of a family-owned establishment, where the genuine willingness of the staff to assist and engage with patrons created an inviting atmosphere. Intrigued by the array of enticing dishes on offer, including not only traditional Vietnamese fare but also a selection of American dishes such as hamburgers and non-Vietnamese options like vegan tacos, I found myself eager to return and explore more of their diverse menu. This versatile approach makes Sun Vegan an ideal destination for both those seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors and individuals craving familiar American classics, ensuring a delightful dining experience for all. "We had our Argentinian friends join us at Cambalache and they had a fantastic time. They raved about the food and the service, especially Daniel who was both knowledgeable and charming. We started with the Taste of Cambalache appetizer platter, which we all loved. Each of us ordered a different dish - the Chicken Piccata, Scampi Cambalache, and Milanesa Napoletana. The milanesa particularly reminded them of Buenos Aires, it was excellent! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and our friends plan to spread the word about Cambalache and return with a big group, possibly for a wine tasting event soon."

"One of the absolute best places to eat! I go almost once a week. Literally EVERYTHING is good here. Potato tacos, rice, beans, taquitos, taco Tuesdays, ceviche, salads. Everything tastes homemade. The chile rellenos are fabulous! They have smaller ones (made with Anaheim chiles) and giant pasilla chile rellenos. I think it's family owned. It literally tastes like when we visit family in Mexico. If you're in the area, you must stop in!"

"My bf and I were looking for a good Thai food spot since I moved to HB. We are great Thai food fanatics, honestly if we find the right place we would probably eat there once a week. I'm seriously addicted! I am glad to say that my experience in May Thai restaurant was not disappointed! My Bf and I sang here for the first time yesterday. They were not too busy because it was a Sunday afternoon that was nice. It looked like there was only one server working anyway, so it's good that they weren't packed. The restaurant is located in an older stripe shopping center that has plenty of parking, so no problem will be. The restaurant looks super dark from the outside, honestly I asked if they were even open when we arrived. But don't let them flash from their tinted windows and the barely noticeable open sign. They're open! When we entered, they had a sign in the front that advised customers to wait to take place. Wait! There was a customer who tried to sit after us, and they left him back and wait in the line. So take the signs seriously. We sat less than a few minutes on foot, although there was basically no waiting time. The restaurant has a very dark mood for it, somehow fits the way it looks from the outside. The black upholstered seats, mirrored walls and dimming lighting make me think it was a hookah lounge or something like that before. I liked it. Very different. The food is obviously the main point of this review so that I will continue. We ordered the following: Cheese wonton $8.75), Thai fried rice $12.75), pad Thai $13.75, Panang Curry $13.75) and a big Thai tea to drink $6). I'm not sure we have the Crab Langoon or the Cheese Lamp. I know my bf ordered the Crab ringoon, but when he got us out, it looked like the only filling of the cream cheese, so I suppose we have the cheeses instead. Either that or her filling has very little crabs in it. Also the sweet and acidic sauce that came with it was a little watered and thin. That would be my only complaint. Apart from that, everything else was delicious! The fried rice was perfectly cooked, Pad Thai had exactly the right amount of fish sauce in it, so it did not taste too fishy like some other places we tried. The Panang was hot and delicious! Very spicy, but we asked for medium so that what we have! She Thai tea is amazing to the right ratio of tea to cream, so it is not too sweet or tea like. The waiting time for everything was pretty good. From the time we sat and ordered until our food arrived, was probably in the span of about 10 minutes. Not bad. I'll be back in the future! I'm glad to have found a good Thai spot in the OC."

"I flew in to SoCal for work and my first time coming here. My friend recommended me this location aka “seattlefoodieadventure” on Instagram/social. I ordered the House Garlic Noodles with medium rare rib-eye steak plus the mango dragonfruit iced tea. The steak was grilled perfectly, the noodles was seasoned, the green sauce was fire and the drink was refreshing. Overall, satisfied with what I ordered! I highly recommend this location if you’re visiting around the area. From what I seen, it does get busy so try book a party in advance!"

"I recently tried the Jaymee_Sirewich sandwich at Sourdoughs, and it was fantastic! Ike's Love Sandwiches is quite famous in San Francisco, and they've opened several locations in Orange County as well. You don't have to travel to the Bay Area to enjoy their delicious offerings! And of course, I had to have it on sourdough bread. I also ordered a mozzarella stick with their marinara sauce, which has a unique twist. There's a subtle hint of something—maybe a touch of horseradish? It's clear that Ike puts his own spin on things, and it's all very tasty. The yellow BBQ sauce and mozzarella stick are particularly distinctive, making every bite exciting!"

"Out of this world authentic food. From the amazing homemade hummus with super soft and served warm pita’s, to the Döner Kebab plate. The hummus is served with a sun-dried tomato topping and an optional spicy dipping oil. The Döner kebab dinner plate comes served with a lot of meat, vegetables, rice, and pickled cabbage. The almond pudding is also a great way to end a fabulous meal. Serving sizes are enough to feed two. The wait staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend trying this place if you are in the mood for a great authentic Mediterranean meal, with a cozy laid back, family friendly atmosphere. Went back to a couple days later to try more of their delightful dishes. This time I got the combination plate with Köfte kebab and lamb shish. Again absolutely mouthwatering! Lamb was cooked perfectly. My son got the combination plate with chicken Adana and lamb Adana. Both were excellent in flavor. Definitely recommend going here and trying their dishes."

"As you enter, you'll find a sushi bar on the left, with the dining area to your right. The layout of the restaurant is square, providing a unique dining experience. The food is outstanding, ranging from grilled skewers to sushi and specialty dishes—all of them were delicious. We tried the chicken meatball, plain pork belly, chicken cartilage, soft tail, braised pork, avocado tempura, ground chicken over rice (Soboro Don), and the Philadelphia roll. I highly recommend the deep-fried chicken cartilage, pork belly, and avocado tempura—especially with a bit of wasabi and soy sauce! The service here is exceptional. As soon as it seemed like we needed anything, a waiter appeared to assist us. All the staff worked together, so we were served by multiple waiters rather than just one, which was refreshing. It's frustrating to wait for your server, but that was never an issue here; they were always on the move, helping all the customers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend making this your next casual date night!"

"I’m an Uber eats driver and I’ve delivered from this place about ten times. The place is chronically slow and every time I go there are about 5 other drivers also waiting to pick up food. The staff tends to be visibly annoyed at our presence which isunderstandable because the sheer number waiting outside takes away from the atmosphere of the place. I don’t know if thekitchen is too small, they’re understaffed, or they just don’t use the apps well but it’s always an issue. Can’t speakto the quality of the food but the service for drivers is terrible and in a system where the speed of the delivery determineshow much you can make during the dinner period this costs drivers money and patience. I don’t intend to deliver for therestaurant again."

"Meat quality is so damn delicious! The Short rib and skirt steak were our faves, we also tried the A5 wagyu and it was melt in your mouth delicious as well. Don't skip on the cartilage and sausage, if you're looking for great pairings to go with your beer. The Yukhae (raw beef dish) was super delicious and I'm not a raw beef person in general. I would definitely order that again though. Get here early, about 15min before they open to avoid the lines. It's a small restaurant with mostly 4-tops , I saw maybe 1 table that could accommodate a party of 8-10 max, so if you have a larger party be prepared to sit separately. The service is great, they were on point with water refills and checking to see if we wanted to order any additional items. They have a weekday special for $67 where you can try 2 of our favorite meats their miso chicken thigh, and the veggies it comes with are minimal (1pc pumpkin, couple pieces of bell pepper, and a slice of carrot). I heard their yookaejang (spicy beef and vegetable soup) was good but we didn't try it this time. Also, don't sleep on their black sesame and yuzu ice cream!"

"We were going to a sit down restaurant for breakfast and I remembered Glee. We haven’t been here in a while and there have been a few changes. There are pink and white flowers over the door. The walls are pink too. You have photo opportunities on a pink and white loveseat or a pink bench made to look like a swing. We got a bacon and the Works Breakfast burritos and two Tiger Tails. The burritos come with meat and crispy potatoes inside. There is Salsa on the side"

"Sitting in the restaurant as I write this review. This is a solid Mexican joint. Small enough to be laid back and enjoy your meal with a friend or two without feeling rushed. I had the beef hard taco and enchilada. The taco was on point, but the enchilada needed more time to melt the cheese inside. The menu seems to have a nice range of options, so i am most definitely coming back to try out more choices. The chips seemed fresh and warm. Kid's menu seems super kid friendly for those picky eaters. Salsas were super tasty and I want more. They have signature Mexican sourced drinks and the staff is super friendly. They even have a drive through for the lazy bones that will most likely go thru eventually."

"I’ve discovered a delightful addition to my list of favorite dining spots. I visited on a beautifully warm and sunny day and opted to sit outside, which was completely shaded and made for a very pleasant experience. I ordered the filet kebab lunch plate. The salad was refreshing, and the pita was fresh, but the star of the meal was the kebab—it was simply amazing and incredibly tender. And the rice? It was even better! I know this might sound a bit odd, but I truly appreciate well-prepared rice. The texture was perfect, and it was seasoned wonderfully. I took my time with the meal just to enjoy it a little longer. I finished with a Turkish coffee and some chocolate, which made for a lovely break in my day."

"I ordered a couple of tacos, one with chicken and one with carnitas. The carnitas were excellent, while the chicken was decent but somewhat average. My spouse tried the pastor tacos, which were also really delicious. The patio was nice, equipped with heaters, making it comfortable despite the breezy and cool weather when we arrived. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5."

Wheelchair accessibility: You are in a wheelchair and want Thai Food? You're good to go! So now go! Plenty of room for you!"

"went here for the first time last night. I cried around the city and after about 8 calling I found this place that was able to get the seattle kraken game on TV. this is a great sports bar to get games that are locked in this area, it shows that they have more about the service they offer than minimizing their overhead. that is the way to ensure long-term and continuous customer satisfaction. When I arrived, the staff proved to be the highest service while I was there and sat at a table with good views of the television. they also had college hockey and american ninja warrior on neighboring tw’s, which I could observe at the same time. the other males were friendly and even made a few new friends with the masters. they had redbreast 12yr for $9 and I also got their wings that were very good."

"We have only been to this Denny's once. We don't tend to get to Fountain Valley that often, but we are sure glad we stopped for breakfast there. It was just great. The place is neat and clean and the staff is super friendly. We were so happy. The coffee was hot and refilled. Thank you. We loved their lunch items even though it was morning. They have some great sandwiches and their egg dishes are really good. We tried gravy for the first time here and it was very good and great for dipping as well. We liked everything about this Denny's and will stop there again."
