"Honestly, this is probably my favorite breakfast spot within walking distance. They open early, and the aroma of freshly baked cookies and bread fills the air each morning. I prefer their steak, egg, and cheese sandwich over any other chain because the egg tastes fresher—whether it actually is, I can't say, but the flavor has me convinced. The warm chocolate chip cookies, just out of the oven, are absolutely delightful. Plus, the staff is always friendly and courteous! I especially appreciate the kind lady who is usually there when I visit, like today. Unfortunately, I tend to come in the morning before I'm fully awake (which is why I walk instead of drive), so I'm embarrassed that I never remember to ask her name. This particular Subway location is also very clean, with well-maintained restrooms and dining areas. To be fair, I haven’t been to too many dirty ones, but this place's cleanliness truly stands out."
