"I drove all the way from Dallas to try JC BBQ, and it was absolutely worth the two-hour trip! The food was delicious and had that comforting, home-cooked feel. I ordered the Mississippi pot roast served over potatoes (available only on Thursdays) along with mac and cheese and green beans, while my wife had catfish with baked potatoes and buffalo chicken fries. I couldn't stop snacking on their fries—they were incredibly tasty! The pot roast was perfection: perfectly seasoned, tender, and generously sauced. The homemade potatoes were delicious, the mac and cheese was rich and cheesy, and the green beans were well-seasoned and complemented the meal beautifully. I definitely plan to return to this restaurant and order the same thing. The only downside is that I wish it were closer! Give it a try; you won't regret it!"
