I have to say, this is the best BBQ I've ever tried in Killeen and easily ranks in my top 5 of all time. Rossler's should definitely consider opening a brick-and-mortar location, but I will definitely be returning for more.

I was feeling doubtful at first. I've visited every BBQ restaurant within a 100-mile radius and wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. Each dish was expertly cooked and seasoned to perfection.

This food truck has a picnic bench for those dining in. We arrived for lunch an hour after they opened, only to find that they had already run out of brisket, ribs, pulled pork, pinto beans, and cheesy poblano grits. We settled for two turkey and a jalapeno sausage with collard greens and potato salad as sides. The elote pasta salad was the highlight of the meal. The meats were lightly smoked and flavorful, but not exceptional. The collard greens were decent, not overly vinegary. The potato salad was good but nothing special.
