"We were visiting our kids in Ravenna and decided to stop by this restaurant after our son raved about the food. I ordered the brisket burger while the rest of the group opted for brisket sandwiches. We also shared some banana pudding, potato salad, and mac and cheese. The brisket burger was outstanding, and the banana pudding was even better! I loved it so much that I had to order a second serving to take home. The BBQ sauce was among the best I've ever tasted. I only wish I could have taken some of that delicious food back to Utah with us. The service was incredibly friendly and prompt. You definitely need to stop by and experience it for yourself!"

"As soon as we were seated, we were promptly offered drinks. I tried the Yonder Cider followed by the Truly Wild Berry, both gluten-free and absolutely delicious! If I had to choose, I would go with the Truly Wild Berry as it had a very strong flavor. For an appetizer, we opted for the Super Calamari Steak Strips. This was my first experience with calamari that resembled thick noodles with breading. It came with two dipping sauces and a small side salad. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely order it again. The portion size was perfect for two, though larger parties might want to order more. For the main course, I had the Off the Hook Stuffed Wild Salmon, which was served with roasted potatoes and peas in pods, all drenched in a buttery pesto sauce. The salmon was stuffed with Dungeness crab. This dish was outstanding—certainly the best salmon I've had in a long time, and I would order it again without hesitation. The service was great. We spent around two hours catching up, and when we explained to our waitress that we needed some extra time to chat, she graciously allowed us to take our time with the menu. Overall, if I find myself in the Kent area again, I would definitely return to Duke’s Seafood. The total for one appetizer, two entrees, and four alcoholic beverages, including tip, came to around $160."

"The food we had really wasn't all that good. The amount they're charging doesn't reflect the quality they are providing. They don't have fountain drinks and you have to buy individual cans of soda while there. The water tasted like pretty harsh tap water and I think they could also do better than that by adding a water softener or filter. I've had a lot of good Chinese food in my life and unfortunately, this place wasn't one of those places. I hope they take this as motivation to improve the quality of their food and not as me just being mean. The service was friendly but they also weren't very attentive as they could have been and seemed a bit overly assertive for us to order promptly. The atmosphere was overly generic, a bit laissez flair, and I think they could have improved upon it. Overall, I think they have a lot of room to improve upon and I do hope they do so."

"Pub food with a gourmet touch. Familiar items creatively enhanced, deliciously prepared, and artistically presented, plus multiple craft beer taps, cider, wine, and cocktails. Always outstanding. Definitely worth a visit, and a great stop close to if you're on your way somewhere. Check there website for open hours, online menu, and Open Table reservation online reservations are easy and may be important during busy hours while there is Covidlimited seating. Parking is sometimes a challenge, but if their lot is full I can always find something very close with a quick trip around the small block"

"This is the worst place I have ever been... DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON deal from here !!! I PROMISE, it is an awful place, Most of the bartenders are friends regulars and they let them drink free... This is not a sports bar, they are biased with what sports are available. We had a Terrible experience here. I see most of the good reviews are from like 3 or 4 years ago but this is new, 2024, August 15th. I do not recommend coming to this place. Hey Bar friends !!! There are so many other taverns and sports bars in the area, JJs, Starz, Star Lake Inn, Brickyard, those are food spots with way better food and drink prices, Save yourself the money, the time, and the trouble. Terrible customer service, they treat their customers horribly. Not Friendly to all races and extremely racially biased. The food is awful and meat is always undercooked. They weren't playing when they said a loaf of meat... No seasoning on anything and its never tested with a meat thermometer, It's just not good and unsafe. I don't recommend, neither do most of the folks who live in the vicinity or who I meet at neighboring restaurants/bars. Do yourself a favor and go down the street so you dont get sick. Trust me, its not a one time review. Its all the time. I gave this bar so many chances and nothing has changed over 5 years. Highly do NOT recommend this sad establishment and many of us are just waiting for them to close permanently. Health department has been contacted."

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as stated and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"I've never felt so ignored in my life! I placed an order for pick up when I called no one asked my name just my order and that it would be 10 mins. ...when I arrived I walked up to the bar one woman was helping customers behind the bar and two other women were also behind the bar but were visiting with a customer. Both women that were visiting looked at me but did not acknowledge me. Once the woman Jennifer) was done assisting her customers she came over to assist me..and only after Jennifer approached me did Stacy or the other one) acknowledge my presence..I would hate to think it was because of my melanin tone but its hard not to feel that way as there were no people of color in the restaurant....This place seemed nice and as a new Kent resident would have loved to have come back with friends and hang at the bar, but will not. ...the food on the other hand was delicious!!!! The shepherds pie was amazing. It's a shame I won't be back. Thanks Jennifer for your assistance!"

"I had to wait a long time for my order. In the meantime the receptionist kept sneezing all over the place why can 't we cover our noses? I have been guilty too). Nevertheless, a disappointing meal. Heavy on teriyaki sauce and over-grilled charred bits of chicken. The beef had a strange taste. Half the rice was undercooked. There was heavy foot traffic, so it was a let down when I tasted the food. Maybe those other customers tasted something that I didn 't get."

"The food was so bad that I have to write a review. The garlic chicken was so stiff that we could not even break one piece properly. They used one common gravy for both chicken chilli and garlic chicken and both of them had no taste whatsoever. It was clear that whoever prepared the dish had no idea or knowledge about to dish."

"This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorite spots since moving here. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, providing fast and attentive service. They made sure we had everything we needed. The jasmine tea was delicious. We tried the steamed dumplings and a variety of meat dishes, all of which were exceptional. This is some of the best food we have had outside of Seattle. Highly recommend checking it out, we will definitely be returning."

"The food at C5 is fantastic! The Com Tam Suon, Bi, Cha Pork Chops, Julienne Pork, and Egg Cake with Broken Rice were all bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the carrots and daikon. The Cha Gio was hot, fresh, and packed with meat. Our friend even said they tasted just like his mom and aunt's homemade version. We will definitely be returning for game day!"

"I had lunch at this teriyaki restaurant today, and as a teriyaki enthusiast who has visited many such places, I must say this one stood out. The presentation was clean and the portion of chicken was generous compared to other places. The evenly cooked chicken had a delightful taste that exceeded my expectations. The overall experience, from the friendly staff to the attention to detail in both quality and flavor, was perfect. This restaurant's offerings rival those of establishments in the Bellevue tower. Definitely worth a visit!"

"The servers were exceptionally friendly and the prices were reasonable. The avocado burger was excellent! It's not often that you find such a well-seasoned burger at a small restaurant like this, and I appreciated that they asked how I wanted it cooked. The burger patty was a good size and the combination of charred jalapenos, avocado, and grilled bun made for a delicious meal. I would definitely return to this place, especially since they have a wide variety of menu options and serve breakfast all day. The only downside was that when I requested the burger to be cooked medium, it was not cooked to my preference."

"This place is so tasty. I recently discovered it (I live locally) and have been eating here about once a week now, it’s so good! The food is always so fresh, the staff are very friendly. Last time I grabbed take out they had given me a free sweet treat that was fruit and yogurt it was so delicious! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch"

"This Thai restaurant is incredible, with authentic flavors that really stand out (unlike some other Thai places that lack flavor). The spice level 2 (medium) is a good option for those wanting to move up from level 1 (mild), but it may be too much for those new to spicy food. The pad Thai was packed with nuts, carrots, and chicken! The Thai iced tea was also fantastic, with a light yet bold flavor that sets it apart from the stronger, darker iced teas at other Thai restaurants - highly recommended."

"I really enjoy their teas. I've been ordering their Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea for some time now, and each time, they've been spot on. They always get the sugar levels just right, and the flavor is consistently excellent. They're also the only place I know that offers matcha crystals as an add-on! I wish they were closer to where I live, but I'm glad they're nearby my workplace!"

"The fish and chips and Caesar salad are excellent, with very fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the coleslaw, which was better than those I have had at other barbecue places - it was very fresh and light. These side dishes are of a quality that you would not expect at a fast-food restaurant. Ivars is a Seattle institution for good reason!"

"Loved my first visit here! The atmosphere was awesome besides being bright and spacious, it was fun. The tables and benches were made of bowling alley lanes and there were games on most tables to play with (we had mini cornhole . It was perfect to buy some entertainment time for my toddler while I caught up with a friend. The food was also amazing. I ordered the morning after fries (highly recommend adding bacon! . I'm a sucker for a loaded fry and these were perfection. I also grabbed a fresh lemonade with raspberry puree. It was crisp and not too sweet, which is important for me in a good lemonade.Service was quick and staff was friendly. If I had to pick a downside, I'd say the tables are very large which means your chances of having to share with another group increase, but we went on a Saturday morning and there was plenty of room. I already told my husband I've got to drag him there to try it!Kid friendliness: Table top and board games available."

"My friend and I dined at the Kingsley Tavern yesterday evening and had an exquisite experience... that kind of experience that brings back wonderful memories of little trips taken in days gone by. It was our first cold fall night and it was so nice and cozy inside. As soon as we walked in, we felt welcome and knew we were in for a great experience. Just from looking at the menu, I knew the Chef and kitchen staff had to be very talented with all the eclectic, multi-ingredient choices that are only offered with a very experienced kitchen staff. Our waiter was excellent with just the right amount of attention and care. In fact, the service was excellent all around! I started my meal with a cup of their Greek Lemon Chicken soup which was probably the best i've tasted! My main dish was their Peeking Duck, from their specials menu. This is Not an easy dish to perfect, but it was delicious and garnished with fresh vegetables and a tasty rice pilaf. My friend greatly enjoyed the Coconut, Chickpea lentil vegetarian dish. The combination of flavors and textures was divine! We topped off our meals by sharing an Amaretto Chocolate Mouse that was nicely balanced in taste with just a hint of almond flavor and a very rich, but not too sweet, chocolate that had a slightly firm texture. I highly recommend a dining experience in this restaurant... but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to fully enjoy the ambience as you read through their varied menu... and above all, savior your meal!!"

"When we went to this Dairy Queen it was very clean and nice staff our cashiers name was Cheyenne she was the sweetest person you will ever meet. She put on cloves and said what can I get for you and we told her our Order and she was like “girl that is my favorite” and she then proceeds to give us a free ice cream because we wanted crunch coat and I just wanted to say she is the nicest employees I have ever met. :"
