"Firstly, I want to address our visit on Sunday night, December 10th. The two girls working that evening, one with curly red hair and the other wearing AirPods, seemed to struggle with managing the business. We found that many items were not stocked, including cups, spoons, toppings, and even the ice cream selection was severely limited, which forced me to choose a different flavor. The store was also quite dirty, with sprinkles on the floor that made our shoes sticky as we left. Moreover, the staff was inefficient and slow when attending to customers. This was surprising, as I frequent this location with my kids, and I’ve seen much more capable staff on previous visits.
On the other hand, our experience on Saturday night, December 9th, was flawless. The employees were respectful, quick, and had us out of the store in just a few minutes, all while maintaining a clean environment. It was a stark contrast to Sunday night’s situation when I returned with my family.
I would suggest considering hiring additional staff for closing hours, as it seemed that the employees on Sunday night could benefit from more support and training. We are regular customers and look forward to seeing improvements during our future visits!"
