"It's unfortunate that they don't allow service dogs outside near their deck, as many people view their dogs as their children. I genuinely want to see this establishment succeed since I have property in the area, and I hope they'll reconsider this policy. I understand that they might cite health concerns, but we were outside, and this was a service dog for a disabled veteran. It seems a bit unreasonable."
