"The Lakeshore Saloon is the establishment in question, and it has been a fixture in my life for all of my 35 years. Over the years, it has set the standard by which many others are measured. While the food is decent and the drink selection is fairly typical, the true charm of the place lies in its atmosphere, rich history, and welcoming vibe! I've heard that it can get quite busy in the summer, but it’s always enjoyable to relax with a cold drink after a day of point hunting. In the winter, after a day at China Peak, the cozy stove is perfect for warming up. The staff, all locals, are full of stories and personality. Recently, the interior received a makeover, but thankfully, much of its original character remains intact. I highly recommend giving it a try—you won't be disappointed! Plus, there's free Wi-Fi!"
