"Taken from the family and it was great! It's bigger than it looks! It can put a lot of 10 15. It has menus. It has a little diner feeling. A buffet breakfast is also available. The buffet was fresh and it refreshed all the time. They had eggs 3 ways, sausage engraving, homemade biscuits, French toast, Latkis potato cake, house biscuits, bacon, sausage links, eggs Benedict, syrup heated, strawberry syrup with strawberries, fresh fruit, fresh salad and more. They also have turkey sausage or bacon options. The food was good and people were busy, but nice."

"This review focuses solely on the pizza. If I had to sum it up in just two words, they would be "Ketchup Bread." The slices were an inch and a half thick, topped with a thin layer of tomato sauce and generously covered with cheese. While they definitely didn’t hold back on the cheese, their interpretation of a meat lover's pizza was lackluster—just two slices of pepperoni and one slice of sausage on a 4x4 inch square. You’re not really enjoying the meat; it feels more like you’re catching a glimpse of it without any real experience. The veggie pizza was similar, featuring the same thick crust, tomato spread, and cheese, but with the addition of green and red pepper pieces and red onions. While peppers and onions are indeed vegetables, I wouldn’t say this qualifies as a true veggie pizza. Many standard toppings on other veggie pizzas include options like spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, artichoke, zucchini, arugula, kale, eggplant, and mushrooms. I'm not suggesting that every pizza needs to have all of these toppings, but some places go beyond the bare minimum, and we appreciate that. We want you to showcase your creativity; after all, don’t you want to express yourself? As for how filling the pizza is, each piece offers a hefty 24 cubic inches of bread, so yes, it’s filling. However, the taste left much to be desired. The sauce was neither salty nor sweet, and it lacked any bitterness—it was simply bland. When compared to Little Caesar’s, those who tried this with me, myself included, would have preferred Little Caesar’s hands down."

"Fantastic pie, and the boneless wings were really good. We got the garlic parmesan sauce and celery with blue cheese. Our wing coating was nice and crispy, and not too thick. The chicken was juicy and cook well. Our pies were the triple pepperoni and the Philly cheese steak lovers. Both were very good. The toppings were essentially to the edges, and the crust was tasty enough to finish.Good enough to try again in the future. A+ Also excited for their new location in Chagron FallsVegetarian options: SomeKid-friendliness: YesParking: Plenty and freeWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Some options"

"We've been coming to Manhattan Deli for decades some of them have closed and we've had to go to the other ones but as long as we have one to go to we're good we've always had the best food we've always had the best service and the atmosphere is always been very pleasant so we enjoy going there as a family we were just there with my brother and my sister and other family members so it's a good place that we can go to together and have a good time and good food please don't close anymore restaurants please I was able to find a true Arthur Treacher's in Cuyahoga Falls so that's a rarity we sure don't want that to happen to Manhattan Deli."

"I am also deducting a star for what felt like an attempted gaslighting regarding my experience. As other reviews mentioned, the burger was great... until I reached the middle. That’s when it became excessively salty, burning my tongue and lips. It was truly terrible. I regret swallowing it because now my stomach is upset. I understand that one bad burger doesn’t define an entire restaurant, but there’s simply no way someone didn’t know they over-salted it before serving it. It’s worth noting that excessive salt can even be harmful. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the bartender was excellent."

"Absolutely amazing! The food here is incredibly delicious and surprisingly affordable for the quality! They have a sushi bar as well as a Korean BBQ setup. You get to select what you want them to cook, and you can watch them prepare your meal right in front of you. You can eat to your heart's content with as many plates as you desire, but keep in mind that leftovers or takeout aren’t allowed."

"I’ve been here about 3-4 times now and before this time that I went there, I would have recommended this place to any party but after this time I would say that the food HAS WENT DOWNHILL. Me and my boyfriend ordered the $21 chicken hibachi with veggies and rice and noodles. This is a great price for how much food you get plus the cool experience. Yet the noodles and rice were amazing but they put this sauce on the chicken and veggies which is very salty and makes the food taste bad ALSO GIVING US DIARRHEA as soon as we walked out, I wouldn’t recommend for the next guests. Also 3 people complained about the sushi rolls saying it tasted molded, I didn’t get that but the shrimp was and has always been fire? I feel bad to write this but I hope they see this and make improvements because it’s a great place to eat or at least WAS. The service and atmosphere was great, service was a little direct and made me feel a little uneducated but I feel like thats because of the language barrier. The atmosphere was dark and calming in a way, very cool to experience the chefs cook your food in front of you."

"My wife and I had a wonderful lunch I had the shrimp fettuccine and my wife had a Taste of Italy. I have nothing but great things to say about the service oh, the food was awesome oh, our waitress was even better. What I have is a suggestion to the corporate folks oh, quit worrying about how much money you need to make and profit and put it into your wonderful restaurant. What I mean by that is look at the seats look at the trim the woodwork around the chairs that haven't had any maintenance or work on them since that restaurant probably opened. Your bench seeds need to be redone but just look around and look at all the little things that could be done to really spruce up your restaurant. Keep up the great work staff you're doing great"

"Overall, everything was good, but to be fair, the chicken soup on the first two days had barely any broth. Everything else was satisfactory. On the third day, the chicken noodle soup had plenty of broth, as it should, but the black pepper was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy. It felt more like a chore to eat it. On day four, the chicken soup was similar but spicier due to the excessive black pepper. Additionally, they forgot to include the dinner rolls. When I called to address this, I was told I could pick up the rolls, but since I ordered for delivery, I couldn't leave my house. They offered me a $3 refund and suggested I add more rolls to my next order. It took some time to process the refund, but they followed through, which I appreciated. Overall, despite the setbacks, I will order from them again."

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered $22 worth of tacos and had to open them up to make sure there was actually meat inside. The person working at the window was very friendly, but it was clear to me that these employees are not paid enough for their hard work."

"We had our baby girls 1st birthday party here at Longos on Lakeshore. I have to say from the first call speaking to a young man named Sam who took my party reservations, giving me all the details lf my options for my party, being so kimd and patient with me and all of my questions, to the manager who called me the week before our party (I apologize I forgot her name) but she was absolutely a pleasure! And helped me out by telling me which way I would order would be the best for me financially and took my order. Today showing up early and Brittany our waitress was an absolute delight! She was on her game! She was kind, attentive and caring. She made sure our food came out quickly, and fresh! She came in often to check on us. We never had to wait for refills, we did not have to wait for her to come in to see if we needed more food, more drinks, plates and extra silverware for cake. When we did need to order a little bit more food, she was on top of it, it came out quick, and fresh again. My entire Party loved the food, the service, the atmosphere. The restaurant is clean. Everybody was so friendly. And honestly the last few years it’s really hard to get good service places. Longos did not disappoint. I will not only recommend this restaurant for dine in, but also for parties. Our gratuity was added into our check rightfully so but I honestly feel like Brittny deserves more money and should have given her more of a tip before we left. Our one year-old baby was screaming and crying so I’m definitely going to go back when Brittny is working and give her a little bit more because she definitely deserved it. She helped make , our babies first birthday party better than perfect and I am extremely grateful for that. Thank you Brittny, thank you to the managers, The cooks for making our wonderful, delicious food and everybody else who is involved in helping making this day. Perfect for not just my baby but my family as well. Vegetarian options: Longos has a wonderful vegan cheese, delicious marinara, and tons of veggies! Would love if they offered the garlic knots with either oil or vegan butter. Dietary restrictions: Vegan! ? Parking: Great for this location Kid-friendliness: What kid doesnt love pizza! And we are vegan and longos has tge best vegan pizza around!!!!"

"I don’t know what’s happened with Longo’s. Been eating in and pickup. Ordered a meatball calzone and a. Small sausage pizza. The best I had on the pizza was one slice was 1 1/2 pieces of sausage the size of a marble. The calzone had five tiny meatballs. We usually dine in at Longo’s lakeshore on Fridays and everything is good.so far. Too expensive but good food . What’s with the mentor store both stores are ridiculously expensive. At least put something on the pizza/calzone order then a few pieces of sausage a few meatballs or come down in the price. Less food for more money like everyone else."

"Mediocre at best. I ordered the Schezwan chicken and a quart of won ton soup. Both were very bland with almost no taste. The fried rice isn't really fried rice and there was so much liquid in my meal it could have been soup. This was my first time coming here and I will not be back. I ordered the dinner portion to have leftovers later but this food was so disappointing after a few bites, I won't finish it. So I just spent $22 on something I won't eat. I would definitely recommend skipping this place if you're thinking about coming here."

"Five years ago, everything in this restaurant was an Italian delight. Everything. They gave you enough food to eat for the week (still do, but you don't want to eat it). Now? I am not sure what Zappitelli did to change the recipe, but they need to change it back! First, they had sewer flies (gnat like critters) flying around, getting into food and everything. The health department might need to be alerted. His dinner. Chicken Parmesan. The angel hair noodles were stuck together. They left the unedible middle piece in the chicken that he had to remove; he couldn't cut through that. He didn't want a salad, so they offered him meatballs instead. They tasted like rolled up hamburgers the ones I buy in a bag have more flavor. My dinner. Lasagna with meatballs. First off, someone must've sneezed because there were no meatballs, but if they tasted like his, it would just be hamburger. It was nothing but sauce, melted cheddar cheese, extra (we're talking double layer) noodles, a thin (almost like it was just sprinkled) layer of ricotta, and an extra thin layer of meat (but still not a meatball in sight). It came in a boat where the two ends were filled with sauce and melted cheddar cheese over the top, but not much of anything within the layers of noodles. The coffee tasted like it was leftover from the morning and there was no making it better. The garlic bread with cheese was to die for. The ONLY thing in that restaurant worth eating Five stars all day. That is not only depressing but surprising because they were a FIVE star place, but now... 1/2 one, but only because of the garlic bread. Never again."

"Went to Pulp in Mentor OH on Mentor avenue the other day. Two of the smoothies were fine (fruit smoothies). My smoothie was a chocolate peanut butter that had bananas in it. As I started to get about 2/3 down, I started sipping bulks of slime through the straw! A few times was enough... it was incredibly disgusting. It was like slurping up thick snot only worse. The culprit was slimy rotten bananas. Wonderful quality control. I can't believe we have increased prices and deal with this."

"5 stars for the flavor and food. One of the best. Seriously the food is super tasty and good. Having lived in various parts of the U.S, definitely this restaurant food will stand out in my memory. Right spice level and tasty food. Kudos to the kitchen team. 2 star for service. Honestly server etiquette has gone down big time. Please involve the servers in some sort of etiquette training on how to talk and treat customers, how to dress, how to take an order, how to maintain cleanliness, how to smile and carry oneself, how not to stare at customers when they are eating food etc. Basic manners has not only gone down but also missing. Restaurants like olive garden has black uniform. Looks classic and respectable. It feels like they are taking effort to look good in front of guests. Maybe this style could be adopted. Serving food in dull worn out style tshirt/jeans looks old school and not neat. A small change can make great wonders for the restaurant outlook and also for the culture. I hope someone takes this comment seriously and give them some training. 5 stars for the atmosphere. love it. except I do see one or two flies here and there. But overall nice peaceful atmosphere with no loud music or anything. You get to enjoy food with friends and family in a warm set up, which is nice. Vegetarian options: Good Parking: Its good Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Malai Kofta, Aloo Naan Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

"I love that this location sells bags of that good ice (soft nugget ice), and they keep the ice machine super clean. My husband stops by at least 2 3 times a week to pick up a bag of ice for the freezer. We use it for everything drinks, smoothies, iced coffee, and more even in the Winter we like our drinks ice cold! The hard working employees are always so nice; even when the line is wrapped around the building they are awesome! I also greatly appreciate and support this location for its contributions to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies Children’s Hospital!"

"I picked late night dining because that’s the only way I could comment. I/we were having a great time until I mentioned to Greg (reading the comments I’m assuming that’s his name) that his night time crowd was dead. I simply said you need to get some of the younger crowd in here that aren’t in bed by 8-9pm. I may be a little older but I know my bars. The owner took my head off. Said he doesn’t want the younger crowd in there. He’s happy with his happy hour crowd. It was all fun and games at my expense until I made that comment. I’m so upset after us being there twice since Tom and Sam owned it I thought we found our new spot. I’ve never been so wrong. Drinking or not if you don’t like what a paying customer says (plus 2 that I brought there) keep it to yourself. I was simply trying to say once curfews are over you need a nighttime crowd. In my experience the night time crowd are the ones who don’t start venturing out until 8-10. While your happy hour crowd is in bed. I got verbally reprimanded and yelled at for my opinion/observation by someone who was bantering back and forth with me all evening. I didn’t say a word about anything he had to say about me. Joking or not. I don’t get offended by much but I’m pissed af about the way I was spoken to. He apologized because his mom and stepdad told him to but it wasn’t sincere he kept on and on to them about it sitting right next to me. I tried to explain what I meant and he just kept going at me. When I see bars I love going out of business left and right it makes me nervous for the ones that are left. Somehow I’m the ahole, the customer."

"Most of the workers I’ve come across there have been very nice but the woman I had hand me my food and drinks had a serious attitude. Handed me a drink carrier with 4 large drink and barely even handed to me. I almost had to grab them from inside of their drive thru window. Then to come home and find that they forgot my sons nuggets and fries. I also ordered a burger with no Mayo due to food allergies and of course the burger came with mayo. Glad my little brother didn’t take a bite or he would have gotten pretty sick. Clearly this Wendy’s doesn’t do very well under pressure when they are busy."
