"Most of the workers I’ve come across there have been very nice but the woman I had hand me my food and drinks had a serious attitude. Handed me a drink carrier with 4 large drink and barely even handed to me. I almost had to grab them from inside of their drive thru window. Then to come home and find that they forgot my sons nuggets and fries. I also ordered a burger with no Mayo due to food allergies and of course the burger came with mayo. Glad my little brother didn’t take a bite or he would have gotten pretty sick. Clearly this Wendy’s doesn’t do very well under pressure when they are busy."

Ordered a baconator combo and Dave’s double combo both on lettuce bun. Got two Dave’s doubles with a single piece of lettuce on top of each. Good job guys.

It's Wendy's. Burgers don't suck and the fries have gotten better since they made them crispy. Soda tastes like pennies tho, so if you don't like drinking pocket change juice, stick with the lemonade. View menu

Everything is good and fresh. My only issue is that the customer service is hit or miss. The guys there tend to be super nice and friendly. The girls aren't really nice or helpful. I prefer this location especially when dining in. The chili is my favorite menu item.Food: 5/5

Every time I come here the food is cold and soggy. When I ask for fresh food I get told “the food we gave you is fresh” even though it clearly isn’t fresh. The employees almost always catch an attitude with you if you ask for simple things. Extremely lazy staff. Don’t go here

On a chilly evening, I decided to stop by for some chili and also tried the strawberry Frosty. It was delicious! The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The restaurant was clean, and the parking lot was tidy and free of trash. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5. View menu

I arrived at the drive-through and began placing my order when I was abruptly interrupted and told to wait. After that, there was complete silence for quite a while, so I decided to drive off. It seems they didn't want my business. That's fine by me; I won't be returning to this location. My time is too valuable for this kind of service. Rating: 1/5.

Every time I visit this location, the food is consistently disappointing. I honestly prefer the one on Andrews, which is far superior. I placed my order relatively late, about 45 minutes before closing time, and since there was no line, I expected a quick service. However, my food took an unusually long time to arrive. The lemonades tasted like a strong cleaning solution, and my burger was undercooked and not enjoyable at all. The staff always seem to have a negative attitude and spend more time chatting than attending to customers. This has been my worst experience at a Wendy’s.

"This place should have a line out the door to eat here. Honestly, some of the best food (Thai or otherwise) I have had (speaking as a 300 pound man). It would not surprise me if, one day, it is considered easier to escape from Alcatraz back in the day than to get an open table here.I started with the spring rolls which were fresh and piping hot. The insides were perfectly peppered and the chili sauce served to complement well. For my main dish, I had the crispy chicken fried rice... where to start with this one???The chicken itself was juicy, cut-with-a-spoon-tender, salted perfectly, and with a nice, crisp breading that is fried to perfection. If Colonel Sanders were alive today, you would be getting KFC served a la Thai 999 Express. Now, for the rice itself. I ordered a level 4, and was warned it might be a bit much. I did get a little bead or two of sweat, but it wasn't overpowering. Mind you, I enjoy spicy foods and have built a tolerance. Your mileage may vary. As far as the taste quality of the rice, this is where Thai 999 Express earned its wings with me. I love fried rice, and I (perhaps unfairly) judge an Asian restaurant's quality by their fried rice (let's be honest, if a restaurant can't make good fried rice, it doesn't bode well for the rest of the menu). Thai 999 Express has, hands down, the absolite best fried rice I have ever had.If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and eat here. You're welcome."
