"The food was fantastic! It was exactly what I needed after a grueling 12-hour day without any food. Although they were a bit short-staffed today, the servers who were present handled everything beautifully. They were incredibly kind, and even though they were clearly overwhelmed, they maintained their composure and did their best. I didn’t hear a single complaint about difficult customers or tips, which is impressive given the circumstances. It's easy to get frustrated in such a situation, but they kept their spirits up. Thank you, ladies, for everything you do! I look forward to returning soon with friends and family to enjoy a meal with you!"

"Just went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. Do not come late night even though they are open and do have their to do their job. We all work long hours and could’ve been happier with a soda."

"I have been going to Parkway over 12 years. I had a bad experience about 3 weeks ago from the young lady operating the cash register. About 10 customers were waiting to check out and the young lady stated, Everyone better be quiet if they wanted wanted their food. That was very unprofessional and rude. I hope she receives some coaching on Customer Service. She did mention the owners would agree with her......Kid-friendliness: The younger staff that works after 5pm needs to be retrained on professionalism and customer service. I refuse to pay my hard earned money to a place that has poor service."

"Avoid this place. Thus is the second time here and I can't find a single redeeming quality that keeps them in business.The food quality and execution has been bad both times we've been here. I ordered a Greek omelet and it was basically a fried scrambled egg disk. no feta, hardly any tomato, and there were potatoes in it for some reason. The coffee is awful and weak, their syrup is noticeably cheap and weird tasting.... the hash browns were under cooked last time I was here my pancakes came to the table twice still raw in the middle. it isn't even that cheap. Run, don't walk, away from here."

"Great Local Gem. My husband really enjoys their gyros, and their Italian dishes are outstanding. They also offer a delicious all-day breakfast. There's a huge variety on the menu, featuring a fantastic mix of Greek, Italian, and Southern comfort food. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. "One star is being generous for the meal I hardly ate. For starters the chips and salsa tasted like they picked them up from your local Walmart, fresh out of the bag and jar. Their house margarita was overly topped with sweet and sour mix and salt. Couldn't bare to drink it. The menus need to be redo badly. Half couldn't be read as it was worn off. When the food finally arrived my food was lacking every bit of flavor and my husband's food was wrong and sent back twice. We chose to just leave rather than attempting to eat anything. The waitress was kind and understanding but didn't make up for the horrible food"

"I recently had my first meal at this restaurant, but it will sadly be my last. The food I was served was cold, so I sent it back. When it came back just a few minutes later, I asked if it had been microwaved. Shortly after, I overheard the cook using inappropriate language in response to my question, and my young children were able to hear it as well. It's disappointing because the food itself was quite good. Unfortunately, there was no management around to address my concerns. This issue with the cook's language definitely needs to be dealt with."

"Only recently(within the past 3 to 4 weeks) can I say our food has been just like the poor quality we get at the Bloomington and Ellettsville locations. The owner of those stores needs to have them strip them Never have we ever experienced poor food quality at the Spencer,IN location until the past few visits. It is still a by far more superior location than Monroe and Lawrence county stores. Don't even bother with the new Martinsville location until they can get their new store kinks worked out. What a mess! As far as employees go Spencer,IN still has the best around."

"As a former delivery driver, do not EVER order delivery from this location. The employees actively ignore the front of the store and all deliveries. This store very obviously has taught their staff that the order of importance for customers is: 1. Drive-thru 2. Drive-thru 3. Mobile orders 4. Parking spot pickup orders 5. Front of house orders placed using the self help machines 6. Begrudgingly taking an order from a customer who insists on having a human help them instead of having to type in their own order 7. Delivery orders If you insist on ordering McDonald's for delivery, then I'd recommend any other location in the area. Well, maybe not the one on Fall Creek and 86th. That location at least only falls behind when they're super busy. This location is 10-15 minutes late no matter the time of day or day of the week."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my son on September 16, 2022. We were served what tasted like rancid chicken with onions, and I suspect it was contaminated. When I returned the dish, the staff acted as if it was just a minor issue, like cold fries or something trivial. They apologized, but my son continued to suffer from stomach pain afterward. Kids can eat just about anything, but when I opened the chicken, the smell was awful, and my son had already taken a bite. I can't believe they would serve spoiled food. They had just reopened after being closed for a long time, yet the quality seems to have worsened. It feels like there's a complete lack of integrity here! I can't help but wonder if others have fallen ill as well. Surely, someone at the restaurant knew that spoiled chicken was being served, especially with it being so close to the burgers!"

"Delightful experience. Very friendly staff, plethora of options for dessert and beverages, and a fun ambience. This is a place that you can come study with a group, hang out as friends, take a date, or basically anything. It?s a really chill place to hang out and fun to be. I also really like the location downtown. Parking can be kind of tricky, but there are spots behind the building, on the side, and a few extras in places that you wouldn?t expect. "To be honest, I'm not sure which location delivered my food, but I live in Frisco. Let me start by saying: don’t do it! The food made me so sick that I was throwing up and couldn’t feel my legs for nearly an hour! I almost had to go to the emergency room. Whatever they did to this food, I will never order from this place again. I read some reviews, and one person mentioned a live roach running out of the bag when they opened it! Disgusting.
