"I recently had my first meal at this restaurant, but it will sadly be my last. The food I was served was cold, so I sent it back. When it came back just a few minutes later, I asked if it had been microwaved. Shortly after, I overheard the cook using inappropriate language in response to my question, and my young children were able to hear it as well. It's disappointing because the food itself was quite good. Unfortunately, there was no management around to address my concerns. This issue with the cook's language definitely needs to be dealt with."

Tomatoe sauce was bitter and overcooked, last week's sauce was spot on, maybe cooked by two different cooks? Usually food is great, but at times, not so good. Consistency seems to be an issue

We walked in, sat down, looked up at the sanitation score, got up, and walked right back out. I've added the photos from their low score. I do not eat anywhere with a score below a 98 this one is a 90. Not only is that gross BUT dangerous as well. Do better. Everyone beware!

The food is well-made and served in generous portions. However, the service could use some improvement. The restaurant's decor feels somewhat worn and in need of updating. Overall, it's still a reliable option for a meal, but if I had to choose between the two Parkway Houses, I would prefer the original location. The food quality is comparable, but the original offers more welcoming service and, despite its age, has a fresher and more inviting atmosphere.
