"Besides it smelling like the store was dowsed in alcohol when the service windows opened the food was cold and just thrown in the bag. Night shifts to busy being drunk, rude and joking around in the back like a bunch kids, acting like we've interrupted some very important fry cook meeting. Sad part is you can tell there's horrible management there just letting whatever happen, happen. great place during the day, but night time that place is a complete wreck"

"This Bojangles location is definitely the worst I've ever been to. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude, and they often run out of menu items. Today, they didn't have any large items available, including cups and containers for large fries. From now on, I will choose to drive further to the next nearest location to avoid this one altogether."

"We had originally gone to a convenient store to just get something easy to eat real fast and cheap. Well it turned out that it wasn't a very good choice. So we noticed there was a Wendy's inside on side of the same store. So we went in and the people there were very pleasant. The young lady took our orders we hardly had time to get a drink and our food was ready. I began to think it's gonna be cold and old. Well I was wrong. It was hot the cheese was melted nicely the bacon crisp and the burgers were cooked to perfection. It was a very nice visit and if I'm in Pensacola again soon I will visit that store again. Parking: It is hard to find parking due to it being connected to a convenient store. But it's worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp for those who need it."

"Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Took it back to the hotel, practically in the same parking lot. The bacon and onion straws were very greasy, cold and hard. Way over cooked almost as if they had been cooked twice. Cheese wasnt even melted. I calles and to notify of my complaint and was just told sorry you didn 't enjoy it. When I then asked to speak to a manager on duty was told they were busy and the girl hung up. Also ordered chili as the side. I asked for hot sauce and crackers. Neither was in the bag or a spoon to eat it with. I picked up my ordee thru the drive through that was ordered on the app. Very disappointed. The burger combo that was also ordered was ok, fries weren 't very fresh tasting."

I tried to enter around 2:32 AM on Sunday, October 16th, but a person who wasn't even an employee (and appeared to be quite drunk) unlocked the door and informed me that they were closed. It seems like the staff decided to have a private breakfast gathering for their friends instead."

"I've visited this Cafe Rio multiple times, and what truly sets it apart is the staff. They are incredibly skilled and bring a certain magic to their tortillas that you won't find at other, newer Cafe Rios. The team here has years of experience and excels in their craft. The service is quick and efficient, and the food consistently tastes fresh. They offer a Taco Tuesday special where you can get three tacos for around $8, which is just the right amount for me—no sides needed. It's also plenty for friends with bigger appetites. While their selection of toppings may be limited, the pico de gallo is absolutely delightful! I usually opt for the pork barbacoa, which is sweet and pairs perfectly with the pico de gallo."

"The food was amazing as always, taste the same in every place. Although I asked the worker at the window several times for barbecue and she assured me it was already in the bag, I then got home and was unable to eat any of my fries because I do not like ketchup. This Wendy’s is always very stingy with their sauces, I have never had this happen in any other Wendy’s after 100+ orders. And to top it all off I asked for Normal Coke and received Diet Coke. So because I wasted my money on a large order food I love, but can’t eat nothing but the sandwhich, not even a drink, I am only giving the food 2 stars, but the workers, especially the one who assured me my order was correct only deserves one star."

"They have a 30 min plus wait for drive thru. The people do not know anything about working in a fast food place. They do know how to remove the fast from the name. Manager is over stressed!!!!!! People are young teenagers or slow in their 20's who really do not care about whats going on.
