"They have a 30 min plus wait for drive thru. The people do not know anything about working in a fast food place. They do know how to remove the fast from the name. Manager is over stressed!!!!!! People are young teenagers or slow in their 20's who really do not care about whats going on. This location needs to either be closed and torn down or remove all personal and start over by only hiring good people, maybe they need to pay more of a good salary but that would only raise the prices as the owner wants their profits, thats the main goal, make me money!!"

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Wendy's in Graham, NC. What happened to the chili? The cups are smaller, and the price has gone up. The chili was inedible; it was more like tomato soup with broken-up hamburger patties stirred in. What happened to the thick, all-beef chili? This was just a soupy mess. Every single time that I come to this Wendy's and try to order a cold brew they always say that they are out of coffee to make it. The employees are rude and short not very friendly at all. 9-12-23 Went to the Graham Wendy 's this evening. I ordered 2 take out meals with chili 's. I got home and both chili 's looked more like chili soup. Whoever fixed those two didn 't bother to stir or dip from down in the pot. That is a result of poor training and or weak leadership. The McDonald 's up the street has a crew of Latino folks that 'get it done ', and act like they give a damn about what they 're doing. They evidently have strong leadership there.
