"Asked about dairy allergy and server tried to tell us all bread has dairy the item in question was brioche which is dairy, but simply wanted to substitute white bread or roll) to which she questioned me and said all bread has dairy.Pulled pork was worse than theme park food, ordered a dozen wings and only got 6, and again rather than offering to check with the kitchen got told we can't eat bread and we're wrong even though my girlfriend is the one living with the allergies; I know what she can and cannot eat, as well as the standard ingredients for normal bread lol. Overpriced as well, and water cups were stuck when we sat down to a clearly dirty table wouldn't care but cups were upside down so the part you sip was stuck to table from filth)"

"So, in order to understand my review, you have to understand my family. For my wife, her body is a temple and, if she had her way, she would only eat plants that grew in the shade with peer counselors on standby 24/7. As for myself, I am the opposite. This generally means I am at home with pub fare and the like. One child is living proof that the human body can live on nothing but noodles. Seriously, the kid should change his name to Bertoli.... As for the other one, he is a French Fry Eating Machine. Think Joey Chestnut, but 50 pounds in weight. Anyway, on the actual review. Simply put, Llywelyn's is FANTASTIC! I couldn't name another place in town that could make the entire family happy. My Reuben was crazy amazing. Served perfectly, just the way would imagine. No nasty sauerkraut or soggy bread. Just perfect. And my wife absolutely loved her salad. For a vegetarian who only eats the finest of vegetables, this sure hit the spot. And, Captain Noodles gave the kids Mac and Cheese two thumbs up. And this is a kid who complains about everything. So, that is huge. And Mr. French Fried was equally happy. If it weren't for the Department of Family Services having issues with kids parties being hosted by a bar, I would be all for it. As for the service, our server was Brad J and he is simply amazing. He had the patience to deal with small (indecisive and somewhat messy) kids, and did it with a smile. He was extremely nice and and cheerful and, if Management is reading this, please give him reserved parking, a private jet, or something in between. Yes, he is that good! The decor was pretty cool as well. It reminded me of sitting in a traditional Irish pub somewhere in Europe. Very very cool! And, of course, we will most certainly be back!"

"We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was enjoyable and our server was outstanding and welcoming. Unfortunately, not all of our meals were as good. The famous fish and chips were dry and lacked flavor. The honey ham and cheese sandwich was extremely salty, making it impossible to eat. However, other dishes at our table, such as salads and wings, were reportedly delicious."

"This place wasn't so bad before, but the past year, and this evening in particular, have been just awful. Servers get confused when you order at your table on your phone which, you are supposed to do . The food tastes like it's been trucked in frozen and warmed up. $20 sandwich that tasted like nothing but salt. $5 side order ! of fries that were supposed to have some kind of spicy seasoning just tasted like tons of salt as well. You order your own food and walk up to the bar to get your food and have to get up and ask for your own drinks, but yet there is a tipping option?? For what?? You do not get tipped because you showed up to work today."

"I've been a regular at EPH for several months now, and I have to say that it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is just right for a relaxing night out. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff members who have made my visits so enjoyable. Keegan, Kanasa and Ernesto are some of the most attentive and friendly servers/bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that I have a great experience. Of course, the food is the real star of the show here. Whether I'm in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty salad, or some perfectly crispy fries, I always know that I'm in for a treat. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The vibe of the place is also just right. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or just a solo meal at the bar. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the music is always on point. Overall, I would highly recommend EPH to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. Thanks to Keegan, Kanasa, Ernesto, Jenifer, Riley, Isaac, BILLiam, Brie, Sarah, Kristan (Manager) and the rest of the staff for making my visits so memorable!"

"The waitress seemed new, had no clue what a dirty martini was and we had to suggest that she go ask someone. Then she came back and asked what kind of “vodka and gin” I wanted. The bartender made a decent first one but with no olives. The second one had olives but was way too strong so I needed to request extra olive juice to even drink it. Waitress never came over to see if we needed tea or water refills."

"This restaurant, like many others in America and around the world, was understaffed when we visited close to 8pm with a party of 6. Despite being initially told there was no space for 6, we noticed two empty tables for 4 and requested to be seated there. It seemed like the staff could only handle orders for 4 people at a time. The service was slow, with the first table greeted before us and servers getting confused when they realized we were together. The food was decent, especially typical American dishes, but avoid the thin crust pizza as it seemed like a frozen option. The photos in this review are from the second table, where the food was good although the fries and onion rings were very oily. The beer was served cold and stayed cold despite the delays. I would recommend going during the day as the night seemed chaotic with loud music making it difficult to communicate with the staff. Overall, there are other restaurant options nearby to consider if this one doesn't meet your expectations."

"PJ Sweeney 's has delicious food with large portions for the main entree. Salad did not come with any of the three entrees we ordered...seems like it is extra $s if you want a salad. We choose to get one appetizer (mozz. sticks) and two desserts. So we were full but the dinner check was big . The atmosphere was lively and the service was good."

"Made my reservation week in advance and called as well to request outdoor seating. Made our reservation later in the evening as well. Arrived and was told another couple had been waiting minutes in bar area and that was the last outdoor table they had. After reserving a table a week in advance they sat us brightly lit person table. Not the ambience we had been looking for! (Hence the reservation) The gentleman the front told me there was no way I reserved an outdoor table because he had been there all week. He was a tad rude. A little disappointing as we came from out of town to celebrate a special occassion. All in all the food was good (our time dining here). A shame that they chose to accomadate a couple sitting the bar with no reservation over a couple who had made one in advance. Duly noted!"

"I have ordered from this restaurant before through DoorDash and that order was great. However, this time my experience was not the same. The Western Burger seemed really small, and the fish and chips did not specify how many pieces were included in the Cod order. When I have ordered in person, I have always received 3 pieces without asking. This time, there were only 2 pieces, so I ended up not getting any of the Cod. Instead, I had to eat the Home Turf Salad, which I love, but this time it was smaller and did not have the extra cranberries, feta, and dressing that I had requested. The Bacon Clam Chowder also seemed like a smaller portion. I will probably still be hungry and will have to find something else to eat. Overall, I still love the place, but maybe it is better to visit on weekdays for meals. Thank you. Debbie."

"We had originally gone to a convenient store to just get something easy to eat real fast and cheap. Well it turned out that it wasn't a very good choice. So we noticed there was a Wendy's inside on side of the same store. So we went in and the people there were very pleasant. The young lady took our orders we hardly had time to get a drink and our food was ready. I began to think it's gonna be cold and old. Well I was wrong. It was hot the cheese was melted nicely the bacon crisp and the burgers were cooked to perfection. It was a very nice visit and if I'm in Pensacola again soon I will visit that store again. Parking: It is hard to find parking due to it being connected to a convenient store. But it's worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp for those who need it."

"Extremely slow service. Our food didn’t come out for nearly an hour after we ordered, even though others were getting their food. The waiter never came and gave an explanation for the wait, but we figured he forgot to put the order in, especially since he came and told us they were out of brisket a half an hour after we ordered. The restaurant was dark and my grandmother asked for another candle for the table and the waiter said “Umm, I’ll see if I can find one” but never came back with one. I ended up getting one off of an empty table. Very disappointed."

"Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Took it back to the hotel, practically in the same parking lot. The bacon and onion straws were very greasy, cold and hard. Way over cooked almost as if they had been cooked twice. Cheese wasnt even melted. I calles and to notify of my complaint and was just told sorry you didn 't enjoy it. When I then asked to speak to a manager on duty was told they were busy and the girl hung up. Also ordered chili as the side. I asked for hot sauce and crackers. Neither was in the bag or a spoon to eat it with. I picked up my ordee thru the drive through that was ordered on the app. Very disappointed. The burger combo that was also ordered was ok, fries weren 't very fresh tasting."

"Service was exceptionally poor this evening. We waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order and that was only because we got up to complain. A couple came in 20 minutes after we ordered and got each course prior to ours including drinks, appetizers, dinner etc. We are not even offered dessert. The hostess had to wait on us so we felt a little bad because we assumed they were just busy. To our surprise when we walked outside that was not the case. All the wait staff were in a like to have body art drawn on them for the evening. I expected way better service for a dinner meal with a price tag of $125! Not once did management come by and apologize so that leads me to believe they are part of the problems as well. We have had great experiences in the past but I am not sure we will return."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with Baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"
