"I've been a regular at EPH for several months now, and I have to say that it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is just right for a relaxing night out. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff members who have made my visits so enjoyable. Keegan, Kanasa and Ernesto are some of the most attentive and friendly servers/bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that I have a great experience. Of course, the food is the real star of the show here. Whether I'm in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty salad, or some perfectly crispy fries, I always know that I'm in for a treat. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The vibe of the place is also just right. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or just a solo meal at the bar. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the music is always on point. Overall, I would highly recommend EPH to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. Thanks to Keegan, Kanasa, Ernesto, Jenifer, Riley, Isaac, BILLiam, Brie, Sarah, Kristan (Manager) and the rest of the staff for making my visits so memorable!"

We had an exceptional dining experience. All of the food (Potroast, Stuffed Porkchops, Jambalaya Pasta) was delicious. Our server Kristen accommodated us decently also.

I love coming here! The bar/restaurant is clean, well kept and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is always super friendly. The menu has mots of vegetarian options. A must stop when I'm in the area!

Great food! Such an extensive menu it was challenging to decide what to order. We were there on a Sunday evening and children eat free which is pretty great. We will definitely go back to try more of the special and unique dishes. I recommend the burger with duck bacon!

Best black bean burger I’ve ever had !!! Vegan and bun is coated with Spicy hummus it’s a must). Loved the pub fries wish i ordered more: The burger also came with tortilla chips that had alot of favor I thought that was unique. Highly recommend and i will be seeing yall again!

Had a lovely dinner date with my daughter. Ever since I moved to Elgin I love to explore downtown Elgin and this spot has amazing food. The steak was juicy and mash potatoes weren’t overloaded with butter. Service was amazing. Server was very polite and helpful with the menu. If you’re ever in Elgin this place is a must! Great atmosphere with amazing service. Our waiter made timely rounds and ensured that we were well taken care of. Their cheese curds were a very tasty. The only thing that I didn't like was the chicken strips on my mac n cheese tasted like it was out of a bag. I expected more of a grilled flavor for the price. I had the pesto chicken sandwich. In my opinion, it needed more pesto. I really couldn't taste it and questioned if they had added it except that I could smell garlic. If there was pesto in the mayonnaise, as the description says, I think it needed more. Nevertheless, I am still giving 5 stars because the sandwich was really good and very flavorful. The chicken was cooked perfectly and topped with thick, high-quality bacon. The pretzel roll was soft and fresh but not doughy. I was also impressed by the sautéed fresh vegetables. They were cooked to a turn and seasoned just right. My husband had the Reuben and Cajun fries. He ate every last morsel. We will definitely be back for future dates.
