"The customer service I received today from this establishment was above and beyond. I ordered food through UberEats and there were issues with one of the items I ordered. UberEats was not helpful with the situation, so I called Bedford Gourmet Food. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and listened to my issue. Then, they offered to remake the order and deliver it to me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. When the replacement item came it was exactly as I had initially ordered it. I appreciated how well Bedford Gourmet Food handled this situation and went out of their way to make it right. They definitely created a repeat customer in me. Highly recommend!"

I have been dining here for many years, usually visiting at least once a week, if not more. It's a fantastic value for your hard-earned money! I highly recommend Eastbay Diner! Parking: The parking lot is spacious, with designated handicapped spaces for easy access to the diner. Wheelchair accessibility: My husband used a wheelchair for many years, and this was a great place for us since access was smooth, and the owner and staff were incredibly accommodating. I can’t emphasize enough how kindly they treated my husband. While the exterior doors don’t open automatically, the staff were wonderful about holding the doors open for us, which is a big help for caregivers. "We elected to dine at Gibson’s as we received multiple recommendations from friends. However, the experience fell way short. As for good, table was ready 15 minutes early, personable accommodating waiter, and sea bass was incredible. On the other hand, horrible atmosphere. Basically, the restaurant intended to put as many tables as possible in a single room, at the expense of any privacy. The surrounding tables were practically dining with us. Additionally, 14 oz filet mignon was ordered with high hopes but it was a big disappointment. As for my suggestion to anyone looking for options, STK Steakhouse, where we dined the night before, earned 5 stars in every single aspect."

"Great service! I haven't been this place yet and didn't know they changed most of their menu. The food is quite expensive, but the quality of the food was extremely delicious. Her steak was so tasteful and I have to say that they have the best steak sauce. It was so delicious. Her landscape is so covered and casual. We were there at night and I can't believe how many people eat outside. Well, it was really nice outside, but I liked the interior. I love how her wine room is designed. It sits right in the center of its building with glass walls/windows. It's beautiful! We'll be back with friends."

"I reserved an igloo to celebrate my birthday with my husband, parents, and in laws (6 total). We have never done anything like this before and had the best time. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to because of the unique experience. We had great service (both our server Cody and restaurant manager Gwen were taking care of us and were awesome), the temperature was perfect (they have multiple heaters on and blankets available in case you get chilly but also said they can turn up/down heaters at request), the igloo itself was spacious and well decorated, and per usual, the food was great. While it might be a bit costly up front, $200 is easy to hit with 6 people who are ordering food and drinks. We had the best time and I would hands down do it again. We all felt beyond safe as far as COVID goes it's your own little bubble!Perfect for a celebration of any sort, girls night out, you name it!"

"Oh my gosh, I don't even know where to start! Before we even got to Second Happy Door, the host greeted us with menus, and they were very polite. Once we sat down, we were served refreshing water with ice and napkins—such attentive service! Our waiter came by shortly after to take our orders, and the coffee arrived quickly. We ordered the French Toast Deluxe, which came with eggs and cheese, as well as cheddar cheese and extra pancakes. Honestly, this was the best French toast I've ever had! It was perfectly warm and cooked just right in the middle. The flavor was outstanding; the cook truly nailed it. The presentation was also impressive!"

"I grew up in Jackson Heights in the late '70s and '80s and Jahn 's was the go-to place for hanging out and dates when I was a kid. Many Friday and Saturday nights back then usually meant a movie at the Jackson or Colony theater and then off to Jahn 's afterwards! I have to be honest, just knowing that Jahn 's is still around brings tears to my eyes. I have so many fond memories of this place and going there with friends and my special girlfriend. This place is a treasure and I am certain that they have given other young people the same kind of memories that I got. "We visited this restaurant with my extended family for Christmas Eve lunch, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. Two of the turkey burgers were served completely raw, and my dad found cheese wrappers in his sandwich. The waitress was clearly busy and doing her best, but by the time she checked on us, my family members had already eaten food meant for other tables, making it too late to have the undercooked meals corrected or reordered. We ended up spending $200 for a meal where 3 out of the 10 dishes were inedible."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar—my chicken cheesesteak didn't even have any cheese on it! The staff member who took my order at the counter was rude. When I called to inform him about the missing cheese, he actually argued with me. I booked this at a resort, so there's really no reason for me to lie about a $12 sandwich. One of the employees, who identified himself as Joel, was particularly unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether; the food feels like the worst kind of cafeteria fare. It's unbelievable that Joel couldn't even remember leaving the cheese off my chicken cheesesteak. So disappointing."

"This charming Italian restaurant has a nostalgic old-world feel that transports you to a different era. Despite the snowy day, the lunch crowd was light, but the food was exceptional.
