"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar—my chicken cheesesteak didn't even have any cheese on it! The staff member who took my order at the counter was rude. When I called to inform him about the missing cheese, he actually argued with me. I booked this at a resort, so there's really no reason for me to lie about a $12 sandwich. One of the employees, who identified himself as Joel, was particularly unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether; the food feels like the worst kind of cafeteria fare. It's unbelievable that Joel couldn't even remember leaving the cheese off my chicken cheesesteak. So disappointing."

Had the breakfast bagel with sausage, very good. Next day had the basic cheese burger and fries. The burger was better then the high priced shake shack burger. I always pick up my own food so I can check the order and freshness. View menu

Can’t say if it’s the name or the look but I definitely expected this place to be reheated frozen foods. They cook everything fresh to order. Staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend the omelette, fresh cracked eggs not beaters.

Went with 6 friends, had a Greek Pita, friends had various items. We all loved the food, the service was impeccable and the staff so friendly and helpful. Been back numerous times for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Never disappointed! Highly recommended ?

The food was quite good, but I had to walk across the entire property in 100° heat and didn't receive everything we paid for. I called to request a refund for the items that were missing, but I was informed that I would need to either return everything for a refund or walk back to get the missing items. We needed an early breakfast before checking out of our timeshare. We could see Scotty Beans from our window, so I placed an online order just before they opened at 8. The app gave an estimated time of 9:00 so I called and asked about it. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes (they can't control the time estimates on the app), so my husband went down to get it.The bagel sandwiches were delicious! Great choice. I highly recommend them.

I gave this place two stars because the staff was polite and did their best to improve my experience by remaking my food. Unfortunately, the meal was still disappointing. The pizza was undercooked and tasted bland, and I even found a few large pieces of chicken that were still bleeding. To add insult to injury, my meal cost $30 for a medium pizza and 10 wings. My coworkers felt the same way about their meals. I would recommend saving your money and trying a different restaurant.
