I thank Hugo’s Staff for making my 60 th Birthday an enjoyable evening . Can’t believe all these years going to Vegas and never tried before . We will be back

Such good value! I love all the little perks they have, like giving ladies a rose at the door, table side salad, intermezzo sorbet ... Just so cute and worth it!

Now that's a Tomahawk steak ! Elegant atmosphere. Food is out of this world. Reservations a must. This is a fantastic place for dinner enjoy the outdoor Fremont experience before or afterwards with all of the sidewalk Entertainment and live music. A great evening must do experience! View menu

Started off with a great lemon drop and beer with a super friendly bartender while we waited to be seated. We enjoyed the entire meal. There was a large and very loud party near us, this caused us to eat quickly, as it was not the most romantic conversationever. Not the fault of Hugo's, but it happened. The salad bar was absolutely cool! It was nice to have that included and thebread and butter was yummy as well.

Old school Vegas vibe with top tier service. Dean, Eddy and Art were the most attentive, detailed staff I’ve ever had. We’ve fine dined around the world and stumbled into this spot. We were beyond impressed. We weren’t terribly hungry so we split the special and enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Dean makes top tier drinks and the staff is so incredibly detail oriented and professional. I’ve been to Vegas 10 times, this will now be a regular stop.

Absolutely incredible meal. The entree came with salad made to order in front of you, bread service, a sorbet palette cleanser, veggies, potatoes, the steak itself, AND chocolate covered strawberries as a complimentary dessert. Also it was my birthday so we received an additional molten lava cake and a signed birthday card and my girl received a rose. Mind blown! Our waiter was phenomenal! Everything was so good. I wish I could include smell-o-vision for the bananas flambé, we did not get this for desert (because our belly was full from the appetizer, salad, and main course) but it smelledHEAVENLY! 20/10 recommend. Every course was on point, no exception. Drinks, appetizer, salad, main course, and chocolatecovered strawberries with real whipped cream were so so good. Highly suggest anyone staying in or around Vegas go to Hugo’sfor a once in a lifetime restaurant experience! I’m so glad we had the opportunity and could go!

The food was a mixed bag. Some of it was oversalted and inappropriately pretentious. This one gave off a poor man's haute cuisine vibe. For example, their raspberry ice cream palate cleanser seemed strange and the food presentation was poor. As for the food itself, the green beans tasted microwaved and retained a very strong rubbery texture. The garlic mash could use improvement but was adequate. The flavors just didn't mix well. The Beef Wellington, thankfully, was executed at an above average level. They managed to keep the puff pastry dry and cooked the steak perfectly. The sauce accompanying the Wellington could have been more memorable.

I dined at Hugo's Cellar so you don't have to. Summary: Cons: Grossly Overpriced, Lack Lust Service, Kitschy 70s decor Pros: The Kitschy 70s decor I would say it was a worthwhile experience if it was about 40% cheaper. Anyone looking for a steakhouse experience could get a experience by every conceivable metric at one of the national chains on restaurant row e.g. del friscos, mortons, lawry's, ruth chris, flemings... You can get a MUCH better steak at almost any other steak house and probably for a better price. Also somehow the bread basket was surprising horrible.
