"Been coming to Las Vegas for over 20 years for the AAPEX/SEMA show and have only heard that places like this on Fremont Street, in old Vegas , put this town on the map. Outstanding service from experienced staff that are here because they want to be, not have to be . Professional, warm, friendly, and most importantly made the world feel like a normal place again (did I mention we were in Vegas! . Every dish was excellent, prime rib tender and succulent. Ribeye was juicy with great beefy, deep-umami flavor. Salad, included with entree, was prepared table side. Time capsule experience made us want to drive away in a '66 Continental convertible with the Ratpack. Looking forward to coming back again next year. Long live Hugo 's Cellar...!
