"We were quickly seated on a Friday evening. I do not like sitting at a table out in the middle right in front of the kitchen doors. Would have preferred to be seated at a booth. I didn’t ask to change seats. I think that they should ask the guest their preference before seating. Service was extremely fast and courteous. We loved our waitress. At first, I thought I was under dressed. Then we saw several folks wearing their scrubs and hoodies. (The hospital is next door. Alright then! That made the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed and accepting. Spanish Home Fries and Boudin Balls were awesome. My husband really liked the pickled veggies. Frozen Porch Swing was good but very powerful lemon flavor. Not too strong alcohol though. Sweet tea lived up to Southern expectations. Lasagna was still boiling when served. Wonderful sauce and extremely cheesy. My husband’s lemon rotisserie chicken breast was a bit dry. (I have no idea why he ordered that. Overall, we felt that our service and food lived up to our expectations and were pleased. We got in and out fairly quickly. Had plenty of leftovers as well. Just passing through. Glad we chose the Manship Wood Fired Kitchen."

"My husband and I opted for the four-course prix fixe menu at $135 per person, which turned out to be a great deal and surprisingly well-priced. After enjoying some of the bread, I felt much better. The brioche was presented in a cube shape; while it could have been softer and more buttery inside, it was still enjoyable. For our first courses, we both had the salad. Each chicory leaf was carefully arranged, with slices of celery root and citrus layered in between, creating a perfect bite along with the soft, creamy cheese at the bottom. For the second course, my husband chose the langoustine (an additional $10) while I had the pike dish. The pike quenelles were like delicate fish cakes served with a rich, savory sauce that was divine. The langoustine was also excellent—I highly recommend both. For our third courses, I had the risotto and my husband had veal sweetbreads. The risotto was not traditional risotto but rather potatoes shaped to resemble it. The flavors were good, and the generous serving of caviar added to the dish, but it would have been better if it had been the real thing. My husband’s veal sweetbreads were incredibly tender and flavorful. For our final courses, my husband had quail and I had venison, which was cooked perfectly to medium rare. We both enjoyed our choices immensely. Even though we were quite full, we managed to save room for dessert—a millefeuille topped with cotton candy, which was a fun twist on a classic dessert. Before we left, our server brought us complimentary chocolate truffles. Presented under a cloche, these truffles were shaped like black truffles but filled with raspberry ganache. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by Lacroix. The food execution is world-class, the menu is well thought out, and the prices are comparable to other local favorites like Friday Saturday Sunday and Her Place Supper Club. Dining at Lacroix feels like eating at a genuine 2-star Michelin restaurant. We will happily return again and again."

"Have visited several times and it only gets better and better. With so many dinning options in Naples it just nice to always be overwhelmed with fantastic food and service. On the last visit we were entertaining friends order everything from caviar parfait to Toasted coconut pie and I might mention the grilled fish options were simply amazing. The sommelier made some fantastic choices for us that complimented the dinner even more. Looking forward to our next visit"

"I know inflation is tough, but we can no longer come here for a nice dinner out with our three teenage children. We like eating somewhere once a week with the family but this is no longer the nice Italian neighborhood restaurant for the family. Left with a $500 bill."

"our dining room experience was exceptional. we had a wonderful waiter. eating was excellent and the ambiente was perfect. our meal for the three of us with the tipp was just over $500. my only complaining is that I am there about 20 minutes early and after check-in with the host I asked if I could go into the bar and get a drink and she said yes. I went into the bar, there were two empty places. I sat on one of the stools and ordered a drink. the bartender was very friendly and nice. Before my drink was delivered, another host came up and asked me if I had set myself and had reservations for the bar? I was surprised because I never heard of this. She told me I had to go. I was insulted and uncomfortable. I asked her what I should do with the drink I had just paid for, and she said I could sit in a small chair in the corner next to the bar or I could wait in the lobby. first I sat in the small stool in the corner and felt very uncomfortable and awkward, especially when I saw others sitting in the load that I had just occupied while loading right next. it remained empty for the better part of 10 minutes. I finally moved into the lobby area with my drink and waited for my guests. Bar seats should come first served and they should never leave a dame after they order a drink and pay for it. I mean, I checked at the Hostess booth and was told I could go into the bar and get a drink. I should've asked if I could have a bar stool to go with my drink."

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"only because they are busy, they cannot be neglected customers and rude to them! it is not a soup soup kitchen that we should be grateful that we get free food. first they brought us without tassen saki, until it was cold and then when I asked after tassen the waitress was so rude, she brought glasses I asked to replace saki, it was cold until then, they ended me twice. we were a party of 4 a person got their order the rest of us waited an hour and they drove repeatedly with false commands or someone else order that we don't know! not of the workers speak English they all speak Spanish, so if they can not speak Spanish, they should not go to this Asian restaurant lol it was a sh it show and never go back there again"

"The food at this restaurant was outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes were delicious, and the mud pie was tasty. However, the waitstaff's service left much to be desired. One waiter nearly knocked my boyfriend out of his chair, while another waiter accidentally bumped into our table, almost causing our wine to spill. Despite these incidents, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. They even tried to clear my salad plate while I was still eating. I had to pour my own water multiple times throughout the meal. For a bill of $165, I expected a higher level of service. Despite the service issues, the food was really excellent."

"This experience was how I had hoped for after seeing an older food tv special/show that featured it. We happened to be going to Florida and stayed a night in Jackson MS just to try this recommended restaurant. Love the low lighting in this quaint, historical place. The service was spot on. The redfish topped with crab was amazing. I did get the sauce on the side. I subbed the grits for mashed potatoes and they were perfectly cooked. We also ordered the 3 Asian salad first. What a cool item to offer instead of always having a wedge or Caesar salad. Nantucket scallops melted in my mouth. It was a superior dining experience."

"My wife and I have returned (are we glutons for punishment? after a bad meal with really nasty service, about 1 year ago. We thought maybe they saw the light and fixed the problems. It's as bad as ever. The waiting staff is still sniffing and at the same time ignorant about the wine list. The Maitre D ' does not seem to respect the reservation list, to put us in a bad table when explicitly promised a large table where we specified. The food was seasoned and the port was not fresh. The salad was devastated, and we went before dessert and had enough of this place. Without a total change in management and menu, this classic place becomes dump, the sooner the better."

"Great special occasion restaurant as we were celebrating some big milestones. Food and service great as always. Only disappointment was being seated in the bar area. Too dark and loud. Would specifically ask for main restaurant in the future."

"The service was great. I was shocked that actually Lamb chops were not on the menu. I did not like that it was so dark. I could barely read the menu. I also didn't like that everything was a la carte. They did have chops, on menu of the night. They were pretty good. Def worth the $55. And the sides were good. I had mac, Brussels mash. All good. We also had a chocolate soufle. It was soo silky smooth. Definitely worth saving space. I did like the flowers outside I also recommend a reservation b/c they seem to be pretty popular. Dinner for 3 was $350."

"What a wonderful experience I had at Oshkosh country club. Finally a respectable course nearby. The carts are incredible and you get all the tools to play your round and take care of the course as you go. You got sand to repair your divots on the carts. Perfect. You got club cleaners and ball cleaners on the carts! I love that! GPS in the carts. The course is in great shape because they provide the players the tools to fix the course up as they play. Love this golf course."

"I ate her for birthday. eating was good, a bit expensive, but not annoying. I had the farmer platter and my wife the scallops with butternut squash risotto. both had a lot of food and that was delicious. to dessert my wife had the hot Fudge sun. she likes chocolate ice cream, but forget that came with vanilla. the ice was excellent. I had the carrot cake with a vanilleeis scoop. the carrot cake itself was a little denser than I like and had very few rusties and no walnuts. the frosting was excellent. we have to go a long way to hit the cheesecake factory carrot cake."

"– haven’t decided the rating yet… but i’ll put a moderate 3 for now fyi, contrary to menuism’s spelling of the name, it is DEL not de alabardero stuffy, slow service, really good paella (lot more seafood than jaleo, rice is softer), limited tapas menu, outdoor dining and bar side tables look fun and enticing. paella fairly expensive, i believe 30 per person (for full seafood). my dad got the orange veal i believe and… it wasn’t all that great. actually, it sucked to be honest but i didn’t ask for his opinion will come back to this."

"Service was great for the most part, steak was great! We had the porterhouse for 2. We also had the creamed corn, which was tasty, the Mac and cheese which was good, the whipped potatoes where were really good, the lobster dumplings which were mediocre , the sauce tasted like tomato soup and you could barely taste any lobster, as the creamed spinach which tasted bitter and maybe slightly burnt. The also gave us complimentary brownie dessert which was try but she cream on them as well as the presentation of all the food was really good. The dishes piled up on the table as they were not removed quickly, even with the waiter coming regularly, he would not always take the empty dishes away. This is not my first experience with a high end steakhouse, I have also been to Peter Lugers, Lawrys, Smith and Wolansky’s, Ruth Chris, and David Burke. For the cost of $260 for a meal for 2 without alcohol, I would visit one of my previous dining experiences again before I return to this one. For the cost and accolades this restaurant has, I expected more."

"what a great restaurant. I always wanted to get in, as it looked like a nice place from the outside and the French menu changed a bit what we usually find in the opposite. we went on a Tuesday for the prix fixe menu, daily for limited hours, but is all day on Tuesdays. my man got the Prix fixes and I just ordered and tempted because I didn't want to eat so much. well, that was my mistake, like the beet and goat cheese starter he had, plus the amazing cream broth with black johannisbeeren dessert (that I might have been a healthy amount of the extra calorie worth. in fact we had both stakfriten and the difference between the size of his and mine was negligible. I will not say that was a cheap meal, but the prix fixe was a good value for absolutely perfect eating. (I will say, although the oysters are not much to write home, but they have no control over how tasty they are. they were fresh and beautifully presented. we didn't even finish the meal before I said I would like to go there in 6 weeks. it is a stylish but irresistible and friendly place to which I cannot wait."

"We have loved the BD up until this last visit. We go ther because they are typically allergy friendly. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies. The food is usually wonderful and the staff is responsive. This visit, we informed our server of the issues. Sadly, my wife received her meal with a bun and her salad had cheese on it. They fixed the sandwich, but my wife didn’t discover the cheese until she had eaten some. We even asked the server if she was confident the egg on the salad did not have blue cheese in it. We spoke with manager and he comped my wife’s meal, but I was less concerned about that than my wife being sick for a week plus. I know staffing is particularly difficult now, but when it comes to food and patron safety there should not be any shortcuts"
