"Service was awful. Took 15 minutes before anyone took drink order. People who arrived after us got and ate their food before ours was dlvd. I asked our hostess and she said they were just busy. Meanwhile we have a 1 year old and an 88 year old....read the room please. I have never not left a tip but tonight I did not leave one. Food was great but need to train your wait staff. When we do go back I will be sure not to sit in a certain wait staffs area."

"I was there yesterday and decided to have a dinner dish that was Chicken and Shrimp Franciase, as shown in the photo. I was here a few times and received proper service, but this last time was exceptional and fast. Delicious dish I highly recommend plus for a reasonable price I could not complain. Besides their dinner dishes, they also have incredibly fantastic breakfast especially the pancakes. We look forward to many more visits to this diner."

"Unfortunately we will no longer be eating here. On Monday 8/12 we stopped in to have dinner not the best service but it happens, but food was great as always. This has always been our go to family restaurant….not anymore! My husband went used the men’s restroom a guy came in that was from the kitchen, used the urinal after he was done NEVER washed his hands went right back to work. We were done eating when my husband went to pay he asked to see the manager, he explained what he just witnessed, how utterly disgusted we were that we will not be back! He was on his way to go see who in the kitchen was responsible but then got a phone call. We don’t know if he ever addressed this in the kitchen because we left while he was on the phone. I’m not one to post stuff like this but I feel it should be put out there. With everything that was pounded into our heads when Covid hit Im surprised at this."

"I ordered a Roast Beef sub, and I'm not sure it could have been worse. The texture was odd, with soft shavings of beef. To address the owner, I’m not looking for a resolution; reviews are meant to inform others about their potential dining choices. I waited 15 minutes for my order, despite being the second one placed, and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. They looked right at me and handed me the sub, suggesting they didn’t see it as a problem. Unfortunately, since this restaurant is located in a tournament facility, there aren’t many options for families here. Given the passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, it seems my kids will be having Dunkin' Donuts from now on."

Excited by the menu, I decided to order a juice and a smoothie from their well-stocked juice bar, as well as a customized veggie burger. "Haven't dined in at Rodeos in a long time. And, oh man, it is still just as good as ever and extra delicious when it's straight from the oven! We ordered a BLT which is covered in crispy kale and meaty goodness, a Hawaiian pizza with perfect fresh cut pineapple, and a great large cesar salad. We had plenty to fill our belies and take home for later! I forget they sell pizza by the slice (of a very generous size! It's just hard not to get a whole pizza! There's also lots of beverages and beers to choose from and a wonderful outdoor seating area."

"I hate to say it, but Panera has gone downhill. It used to be a wonderful place for delicious fresh sandwiches, soups, salads and quiet conversation. If you don't like Poultry, there are limited choices now. They removed their delicious Asiago Beef sandwich. They added pizza joint stuff and now instead of the wonderful smell of bread and fresh cut veggies that greeted you, it is replaced with run of the mill pizza joint smell. "Tommy 's is a cultural institution in Cleveland Hts., it 's been around for a while. Generations of families come back again and again, with new parents relishing in the memories of coming in with their parents decades before. They were ahead of the curb on the vegetarian and vegan scene, offering tofu dogs and boca burgers long before vegan options became the norm. These are reasons to appreciate Tommy 's and be sure to check it out if you 're in the area. Now, for the food. For what you get, essentially oldschool diner food, Tommy 's is pricey. The prices are comparable to those served at shops with freshly baked bread and house made seitan or veggie burgers. In my opinion, the prices went up with the times but the quality of offerings have pretty much remained the same. With the exception of the Tofutti and Rice Dream shakes, the oldschool vegan meals simply aren 't very good when compared to the handmade stuff restaurants are pumping out today. A tofu pup and boca burger are memorable in so far as they signify how bad things used to be for vegans. Many diners require more effort in their vegan options these days and, to be honest, that requirement was long overdue. To summarize, Tommy 's is worth a visit for it 's history alone, it 's essentially a symbol of Cleveland Hts. with it 's oldschool liberal and family oriented vibes. Of course, also mirroring the city, it 's menu has struggled to keep up with the times."

"Our dinner here was incredibly disappointing. Our table for six was clearly meant for only four, as my seat was half on the tile next to the window and not even fully on the carpet. The service was very slow, it took 30min just to get our initial drink orders in, another 20 for appetizers, and a full hour after we sat down to put our main order in and at least get some bread on the table. My husband ordered a manhattan and just got a glass of whiskey on ice, and had to flag someone down after 10 minutes to get it corrected because there was no follow-up from our server. The calamari was rubbery to the point of being difficult to chew. I ordered a medium rare filet and received medium well. We split the check 3 ways, one for each couple, and they were all incorrect with either drinks or appetizers put on another 's bill. This was not at all the fine dining experience we expected, and it certainly wasn 't worth the price tag. EDIT 24JUN2024: I tried emailing the address provided in the response below and received a 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. bounce-back."

"Terrible experience... I ordered delivery and waited nearly two hours for my food, which never arrived. When I called, they told me the delivery driver had just left five minutes ago. After waiting another 30 minutes with still no food (and I live less than five minutes away), I called again and requested fresh food, saying I would just pick it up myself. I went to pick it up, but when I got home, the food was awful. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find that they charged my card twice and told me the extra charge should be refunded by Monday."

"The stars that I gave are for the decor, the pleasant staff, the delicious french fries. The stars that were not given are for everything else. We ordered the mini burgers and were asked how we wanted the meat cooked. I requested medium rare. The burgers came out well done dry. Maybe that's why our order took an extremely long time to be served. They forgot they were cooking it. I had to get up and go to the counter any this because me waving my hand in the air when I finally saw my friendly waitress wasn't enough to get table service. She happily had the burgers re-fired, and they came back at the proper temperature. Another thing that may have delayed our meal was that they needed more time to dry out the pastrami jerky for my pastrami sandwich. I didn't order jerky, but that's what was between the slices of bread. I've never seen such dried out meat that didn't emerge from a Slim Jim wrapper. See the attached images. Oh, and my Arnold Palmer turned out to be a water hazard. At least the free refill was less diluted. I had fond memories of my 1st time here. But I now recall that we had only come in for dessert... or french friesSo, while this might be a cute place, save it for dessert. The rest of the prices on the menu are extremely high anyway."

The staff was not only friendly but very welcoming as well. While the prices are on the higher side—around $14 per meal and $11 for a kids' meal (which includes dessert, a nice touch for the little ones)—I suppose food prices are rising in general. It's definitely family-friendly, and if you're looking for a great dining experience, this is the place to visit."

"I adore this bagel shop. Every time I visit, I always order the same thing: a plain toasted bagel with plain tofu cream cheese, lox, capers, and red onions, along with a cup of coffee. The indoor space is great, and there is also outdoor seating available. It's conveniently located near Prospect Park, making it the perfect spot to grab breakfast after walking my dog. After paying, you receive a ticket with your order number on it. When your number is called, you can pick up your order. They provide a cup for you to pour your own coffee. The only downside is the young guy with long hair who works at the register. He always seems to be in a bad mood and can be a bit argumentative. Despite this, I won't let it stop me from enjoying my Sunday morning tradition, and you shouldn't let it discourage you from giving this place a try. Enjoy!"
