"I first ordered a lasagna pizza and a side of garlic bread. Everything tasted great, but I did notice that the toppings tended to slide off since they were quite heavy. Additionally, the garlic bread had more of a butter flavor than a strong garlic taste. Overall, I would definitely order from here again. They also offer their own home delivery, which was very convenient since I paid in cash!"

"The cheese pizza I had was quite filling, but that’s where the positives end. The cheese had a rubbery texture, the sauce was insufficient and bland, and the dough was chewy, lacking both flavor and proper cooking. Overall, the pizza reminded me of the kind I endured in school, which I was eager to forget—definitely not a good sign. While pizza is generally an affordable meal option, these plain slices were over $3.50 each! For something so basic and unappealing, that's outrageous. There are countless places in and around NYC that offer much better pizza at lower prices. It's shocking how expensive this disappointing pizza is, especially given how many tourists and locals the restaurant attracts. The price for a whole pizza is somewhat reasonable, at least. Unfortunately, the worst part came shortly after finishing the pizza—I experienced a severe stomachache that felt like intense menstrual cramps for hours. I completely lost my appetite for dinner and only managed to eat some fruit, which was uncomfortable to do. It’s worth noting that I hadn’t eaten anything else beforehand, so the pizza was definitely the culprit. Who knows, maybe there was actual rubber or plastic in that cheese? I wouldn’t be shocked. The pizza on display also looked dry, overly thin, and of poor quality. Additionally, I’ve ordered from here before, and I can confirm that you cannot microwave this pizza. It cools down rapidly, so if you order more than one slice, reheating is almost a necessity. However, when you do, the pizza becomes even tougher and chewier (and tasteless) than before. Trust me, do NOT microwave this pizza. I’ve tried it and regretted ordering pizza entirely. I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review if it weren't for the stomachache—it truly was the last straw. This place will definitely be my last choice for takeout on the island from now on."

"Been ordering once a week since COVID hit. Food is always hot, fresh, and good but lately the service just hasn 't been good. 3 times in a row while ordering on Silce or Doordash it says our order has been delivered but is not here. Then we call and theytell us they have our order or it 's in the oven. The time estimates are completely innaccurate because of this. I hope Fabio 'sisn 't doing this on purpose as a strategy to manipulate the wait times on the delivery apps. Not only does it confuse and worryus that our order was dropped off in the wrong location, I 'm sure Fabio 's gets tons of calls from people wondering the samething making the service even slower. I understand pizza places can get busy but waiting 2 hours or more for pizza week afterweek is getting frustrating."

"aht aht! find another pizza place. I ordered a cheese Sicilian pizza and a Greek salad. the pizza crust was burned to a dark crack. When I went to the test, it was crispy like hard brezels and it was cold. I had hoped to satisfy my hunger with the Greek salate I bought, and that was also terribly thrown together. the one sharp pfeffer that they put in it tastes as if it is soaked in a kind of poisonous chemical, the egg looked like a large lump feta cheese, had no egg yolk and was not cut, but pulled apart. the dressing taste as if she oil from her frit and mix it with white table. I spoke to someone under the name bruno to tell him how disappointed I was and he was so ignorant and nonchalant. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. oh and to supplement injuries, bruno has ordered the place. on its own risk."

"I want to start by mentioning that I work for a third-party delivery service (like Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash). This is the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. The food looks absolutely AMAZING. I haven’t had the chance to try it yet, but I place a good number of orders from here, so I’m confident it tastes just as good as it looks. I have to commend the exceptional customer service, teamwork, and cleanliness of this establishment. I highly recommend paying attention to the cleanliness of the places where you eat. From my experience working in a grocery store, I’ve seen many dirty seating areas. I’ll be trying the food soon!"

"I had the Spicy Lover, it was so delicious, Rutgers to me is known for the Fat Sandwiches. Gotta love Jerz for this reason because I'm from the Midwest. However, I’m writing this review to highlight how well they managed my partner’s food allergy. We often encounter issues when ordering since he has a milk allergy (not just lactose intolerance), and usually, about 70% of the time, our meals still include milk or cheese. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and took great care to double-check with the cook about what was in our order when we picked it up. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar—my chicken cheesesteak didn't even have any cheese on it! The staff member who took my order at the counter was rude. When I called to inform him about the missing cheese, he actually argued with me. I booked this at a resort, so there's really no reason for me to lie about a $12 sandwich. One of the employees, who identified himself as Joel, was particularly unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether; the food feels like the worst kind of cafeteria fare. It's unbelievable that Joel couldn't even remember leaving the cheese off my chicken cheesesteak. So disappointing."

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. Unfortunately, yesterday was the final straw for me. I placed an order for two pizzas over the phone for pick-up. However, when I arrived, I was dismayed to find that I had to wait in a long line behind customers who had not even placed an order yet. The sign clearly stated that my order was ready, but I was forced to wait along with everyone else. This policy is not only frustrating, but it also resulted in my pizzas being cold by the time I finally received them."
