"Our waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes and didn’t ask us if we wanted another drink. She didn’t come to tell us the kitchen was running behind which I understood it was Valentine’s Day. However she never came to tell us. We waited 45 minutes for her too come back we were there two hours before we got our food. Don’t think we will be going back. A table around us actually left."

"I’m 21 years old and was at Sheetz with my younger brother, buying drinks for myself while he got a slushee. He just wanted a cold drink on a hot summer day, and I was planning to drink beer with my friends. Unfortunately, a staff member was watching us closely. My brother was holding one of my beer cans because my hands were full. The employee asked to see my ID, which I gladly showed, then asked for my younger brother’s ID, who immediately said he was under 21. The beers were for me, not him. Despite this, she refused to sell me the drinks, even after a police officer behind us said she was violating Ohio liquor laws. Because of the delay, I got home late, and my mother slipped on the stairs, fracturing her face. Her appearance will never be the same. I can’t help but feel that if the staff at the Twinsburg Sheetz on E Aurora Rd had been more understanding, this might not have happened. I am hoping for some form of compensation for my elderly mother’s injury; otherwise, I may have to drop out of school to care for her. Thank you and God bless."

"There are times when it’s too busy to visit this place (usually on Fridays and weekends), but that doesn’t stop us from ordering the delicious food online. They have a convenient online portal with options for pickup or delivery. We’ve tried both and loved the food every time. The quality is just as good as dining in. I really appreciate the use of local and sometimes organic ingredients. We go for breakfast, lunch, dinner—whatever! Honestly, it’s probably the best burger I’ve ever had, way better than Smashburger."

"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"My wife and I are house shopping in the area and stopped in for dinner. Food was excellent and the staff from the hostess, waitress and manager were delightful. They asked if we wanted to be part of their rewards program. If we buy in that area we'll absolutely become rewards members. They had a Tuesday night game where you pick a number 1-16 and they pull a number from a jug. If you guess right you eat for free. Great idea. We look forward to stopping in again soon!"

"Truly fine food served in a very professional manner at an historic setting. A walk through the grounds and seeing the historical pictures are a must. When we entered the Garden Patio there was a smoke from a decorative fire that was taken care of when we commented as we were seated. The food served was perfectly created and each of four different requests were thoroughly enjoyed."

"My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner. We enjoyed the atmosphere immediately with the live music playing outside. We ordered several drinks from the bar and they were delicious!! I ordered pizza which was by far some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. He had chicken fingers which were plump and sauced just right. Oh, and the garlic knots were out of this world! Fantastic, friendly service rounded off this pleasant evening. We will be back again!!"

"I know I've already reviewed Harbor deli but I have to review it again! Let me start by saying a few days before my daughter got married in July 2022 we were informed that the entire day we're getting ready and taking photos getting ready there was no food included. Plenty of mimosas and coffee or juices but no food. I called Harbor deli and asked them to make me some platters last minute to pick up first thing in the morning on my daughters wedding day not only did they out do themselves but they threw in a fruit platter as a congratulations. Now today is Labor Day and just happens to be my birthday and I wake up in the morning and my teenage daughter slept out and my husband is at an early fire house event, and I'm hungry for breakfast and all I could think about is it's a holiday I'm gonna have to cook myself breakfast on my birthday. Nope Harbor deli is open!!! And they are making me my birthday breakfast and my mom who lives upstairs her favorite egg sandwich. Harbor deli is amazing! Always fresh delicious food, always reliable, mine and my families favorite deli!"

"We came here for the first time last night to celebrate our son's 28th birthday. Service was impeccable and very gracious. The food was beautifully plated and so delicious! Our cocktails, a pineapple mojito for me, a Manhattan for my husband, and a Le Poire for my son, we all very tasty. We ordered the artichoke beignets, duck spring rolls, and Brussels sprout chips to share as starters, and all were delicious. My son ordered the Caesar salad, my husband ordered the butter lettuce and pear salad, and my daughter and I shared the beet salad. Again, all delicious, though the first two salads were a tad over dressed, which we pointed out to the manager. My son had the wild mushroom pizza, my husband had the seared scallops, my daughter had the baby back ribs, and I had the linguini pasta with seafood. Each was sooo delicious, and my pasta was the best I've ever had! We finished the celebration with the key lime pie for my son (on the house for the birthday boy! , and we shared the passion fruit sorbet and the chocolate mousse cake among the four of us, as well. The guys both had coffee an espresso for my son, and a cappuccino for my husband. Again, all were amazing, and my daughter especially enjoyed that she could eat the chocolate cake because it was gluten free. We will definitely return!"

"Food I am so happy that I found another five-star restaurant. The food was top notch. We had oysters, pop over and fried calamari as starters. The oysters were so fresh that I did not want to stop eating them. The pop over was something we went back and forth if we should order. It looked like a muffin and we were afraid it might be too much. We asked the waiter for advice and he said it is very light. You know what? The top over is a must try. It is almost like a balloon and tastes amazing with some butter on it. The fried calamari didn’t disappoint as well. For main course, we ordered lobster spaghetti and fried chicken. Both of them were very flavourful and the portion was generous. At that point, we were too full to order any desserts. Everything else The service was fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and gave us good advice on the menu. During the dinner, I knocked down my cocktail, and they quickly came over to clean it and gave me a new one. I will definitely go back."

"A small restaurant near Bryant Park. Food: Get their Mac Cheese. It's nothing out of the ordinary but nevertheless good. I regretted ordering the small size. The breadcrumbs sprinkled on top gives it a nice, crunchy texture. The Grilled Chicken and the Quinoa Bowl w/ Hanger Steak were just okay. Both meat weren't as tender as I would've liked, but they weren't terrible. Service: The waitress who served us was super sweet. She constantly checked up on how we're doing andwas friendly until the very end. Vibe: Weird sitting arrangements. Bad lighting to take the best photos. Loud. Vibe is not so great if you want to have a quiet, romantic date so avoid this place if that's what you're planning."

"My hubby and I stumbled on this place in 2015 when we were dating. In 2016, he took me here after he proposed to me. In 2017, before our wedding, he brought all his friends who had traveled down to enjoy dinner before the event. It has been a part of ourmost beautiful memories. The portions are beyond generous, and delectable!!! I?m also gluten-free, and there are so manydelicious options. I also highly suggest the gluten-free garlic bread dipped in the olive oil mix, it?s divine!! They can be alittle cheeky if you show up before they open. Even 5 min before they open. "It took about 15 minutes to be greeted, which I understand business but once greeted it was a very hurried are you ready. We ordered the only Mocktail on the list and put in an order for an appetizer, which was delicious, the fondue and our dinner at the same time. The dinner came out on top of the appetizer. I ordered the special, seafood gnocchi. The drinks came out 10 minutes later as high noon vodka drinks, we sent them back and got the correct drinks. The gnocchi came out and was flavorless and not even gnocchi. They balled up some mashed potatoes and called it gnocchi. I was going to see if I could try something else but the server didn't come back for 30+ minutes. I told him of my experience and he said oh sorry are you ready for the check. It took 20 minutes to get the check and ten more for it to be picked up. The whole experience was not great. The ambiance was nice."

I have been dining here for many years, usually visiting at least once a week, if not more. It's a fantastic value for your hard-earned money! I highly recommend Eastbay Diner! Parking: The parking lot is spacious, with designated handicapped spaces for easy access to the diner. Wheelchair accessibility: My husband used a wheelchair for many years, and this was a great place for us since access was smooth, and the owner and staff were incredibly accommodating. I can’t emphasize enough how kindly they treated my husband. While the exterior doors don’t open automatically, the staff were wonderful about holding the doors open for us, which is a big help for caregivers. "The older gentleman behind the counter didn’t seem to keep track of the orders he was taking, often forgetting about waiting customers in favor of chatting with those who had already received their food. They also didn’t know how to make iced coffee correctly, refilling the machine with steaming hot coffee instead. It’s disappointing to see that the days when Americans who grew up in delis worked at them are fading. The owners of this place seem uninterested in providing proper training for their staff, which sets a low standard. I spent over $11 on undercooked scrambled eggs and burnt bacon on a plain roll, along with a mediocre iced coffee. I really should have gone to the Burger King in the same strip mall instead, where for $10 I would have received much better food and coffee. I won’t be returning. Harry, the owner, labeled my comments as racist, but I’m actually an immigrant American woman of color. I wish he would prioritize hiring documented, fully-taxed immigrant Americans. Deliberately avoiding paying federal taxes and defrauding the state of essential worker compensation funds is a serious issue that affects vulnerable populations. Harry, you’re an exploitative, tax-evading business owner. The staff at Harbor Deli appeared to be disengaged and lacking in basic skills. I doubt you would subject wealthier, whiter clientele on Main Street to such poor service and subpar food. Train your staff and raise your standards."
