"There are times when it’s too busy to visit this place (usually on Fridays and weekends), but that doesn’t stop us from ordering the delicious food online. They have a convenient online portal with options for pickup or delivery. We’ve tried both and loved the food every time. The quality is just as good as dining in. I really appreciate the use of local and sometimes organic ingredients. We go for breakfast, lunch, dinner—whatever! Honestly, it’s probably the best burger I’ve ever had, way better than Smashburger."

Americana diner lunch was awesome. I had a greek salad with grill chicken with a Ginger Ale Passion drink. Our waitress Maura gets 5 stars also great customer service. I will come back again!

Today our second time was to eat here and we loved it just like the first. It is the unusual and inventive menu and friendly service that brought us back. So far I enjoyed the Santa Monica Sandwich and the Green Grilled Cheese. Soups are fresh and served with a bread of French bread and salted butter. These are the little things! We had an amazing Christmas Eve brunch, and it was served by Santa himself! (Though he wasn't in his typical costume since it was cozy warm inside, he did have a belly like a bowl full of jelly.) The food was fantastic, with a menu that included everything from classic diner breakfasts to unique brunch options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the Brussels sprouts were particularly delicious. Definitely check this place out and don’t pay attention to the negative reviews!

When we asked the hostess why we hadn’t been offered a table, she told us we could wait for one—a choice that wasn’t presented to us initially. Frustrated, we decided to leave. It seemed that the hostess lacked effective management skills when it came to seating guests. We’re not overly demanding and recognize the challenges of the service industry, but it would be helpful for her to receive training in proper seating management. Throughout the experience, we remained polite, but she was not very accommodating.
