"PERFECT...The staff went out of their way to present an outstanding evening. Very warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. Rose petals on the table as well as a small vase with a rose. Staff came right over and poured a complimentary sparkling wine. The service was outstanding. They never rush you in this restaurant. Live entertainment was great in the background. As always the food was very good. Ownership was present to make sure everything was going smoothly. Outstanding evening. I highly recommend this restaurant. "We were thrown off as soon as we entered. The hostess told me we didn’t have a reservation and that she just printed the list before I arrived. I offered to show her my reservation on the app and she snapped at me “well you must have just set minutes ago”. This was not the case, I made the reservation more than hours before hand. Also, there were plenty of tables available all over. Overall, the food was pretty good and our server was pleasant. Just couldn’t get over how rude and unwelcoming the host was, and could hear her being that way towards the servers too"

"We have gone to the Hard Shell annually for our anniversary for several years. Sadly, this year was a bit disappointing. I had the filet and lobster with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was woody and over cooked. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was undercooked. The lobster was cooked perfectly and not rubbery. Husband had the crab cakes and while he enjoyed them I found them a little strong (but I am sensitive to fishy tastes and odors). In fact, the restaurant smelled fishy upon entering. I didn 't send the steak back as I ate around the edges and my husband enjoys rare steak. At the end of the meal I told the server not to box up the remaining asparagus because it was woody, and to their credit, the manager came to our table and offered to box up a replacement vegetable. Overall, the food was under seasoned and we needed to add salt, but had to ask for a replacement salt shaker because the two we tried were clogged up with humid salt. And a fly was buzzing around the entire time. Our server Katie was very attentive and was the bright spot in our visit. For the price of the meal we expected better. Neither of us came away saying, That was delicious!"

"What did we like? The best part of our experience was our server, Steph! Why? She made excellent recommendations after asking questions about what we had a taste for, she made recommendations based on our budget to enable us to taste some of the flavors we were interested in, and she made a custom ‘Crush’ for us! Crush is an alcoholic drink they serve in a variety of flavors. Because we could not decide on flavors, Steph made a special ‘Crush’ drink for our table. We loved it. If had berries, citrus and coconut flavors. Very refreshing drink! What do we wish we had known before we went? Price for seasonal items. Even though we weren’t on a ‘budget’, next time we will check the prices for Maryland crab dishes before goingjust so we don’t have sticker shock. We had no budget so we ordered the crab cakes $57 for two cakes and two sides). While the price can be shocking at first, the crab cakes were huge so two of us split the dish Steph had recommended that great suggestion). Highly recommend the crab cakes. All crab, no filler! Lightly seasoned so an excellent choice for those who like the natural taste of crab. Would we dine there again? Yes! And would come during the day so we can enjoy the view and outside seating. "The food was very good except for the Espresso martinis. I'm not sure if the y mixed in citrus vodka by accident or if that is just how they make them. My daughter and I couldn't drink it. It was Christmas eve and they were busy but our server didn't bring out our daily bread appetizer or my husband's salad until the main entrees came out. He said he didn't want it but she said they had already made it and set it own. Personally, I think it should have been taken off the bill but we didn't want to raise a fuss especially since our server seemed overwhelmed. My entree didn't come out until 10 minutes after the rest of the table and that was after I asked for it. I'm hoping this isn't a normal occurrence because the food is very good. It is definitely worth giving another try."

"This restaurant is consistently great! The food quality is high, the atmosphere is unique, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This is another safe place for my wife with food allergies and celiac disease to enjoy great-tasting and healthy food. The same people who own Divvy (also Amazing!! also own the library. That means excellent-tasting food worth every penny you pay to eat here. I love the Library for business meetings or gathering with friends. They also have a great outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is nicer. I look forward to Summer meals there soon."

"This is a great spot for a local experience. We dined outdoors and enjoyed the vibrant city atmosphere, complete with the sounds of the trolley and people passing by. We visited on a Tuesday around 7 PM, and the place was bustling with a mix of young adults, a family celebration, and after-work gatherings. The food was enjoyable; I had the gluten-free fish and chips, while we also tried some shareable dishes. We ordered the spicy marinated shrimp, but we found it to be less spicy than we expected. My husband had the shepherd's pie, which he thought was good. Being from Texas, our idea of spicy is definitely Tex-Mex! We're in our 70s, but we loved the lively vibe of this place."

"We first ate at Wahoo grill, shortly after it opened years ago....my husband's co-worker had a part-time gig there. Back then there was only inside seating. About a month ago (January), I celebrated a girlfriend's bday with 4 others, eating in the enclosed outdoor area (with some of the most powerful outdoor heaters I've ever experienced). The atmosphere was cozy, despite freezing temps and the redfish was absolutely delishous, as was the flourless cake. The hubby and I could not do our Valentines Day celebration until February 15, so w pleasant memories of our first visit, years ago, and my January 2022 visit, we booked Wahoo Grill to celebrate. It did not disappoint. As in January, Toni was our server and was very attentive and engaging. We had calamarie, crabcakes, salmon and halibut. All was the delish, although I found the halibut to be bland for my taste. There was no sangria on the bar menu, however the bartender did a fabulous job making a white sangria from scratch. We found Wahoo Grill to be as amazing in 2022 as it was when we first visited, many years ago."

"We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. Stopped in Enzo's with a party of 6 for pizza. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, totally different than the usual, salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flat bread. It is like pizza toppings on a cracker. It was a nice change and everyone enjoyed it but it was not the usual pizza. The atmosphere is lively and the restaurant has a great location. We had a good time and would come again."

"It was disappointing that the lobby wasn’t open, so we had to order at the counter, where it was difficult to see and hear the staff. The prices were much higher than we expected. However, the food was surprisingly good, so perhaps we just chose the more expensive items. The covered outdoor seating area was fairly clean, but the parking lot was littered with cigarette butts, as if there were no ashtrays available. Overall, it was a bit disappointing. Maybe delivery is the better option since the pizza was the highlight."

"The food was excellent, and our server was good. Food coming from the kitchen (including desserts, which were already baked) was slow, especially considering it wasn't busy, took a while. I don't know if the kitchen wasn't staffed as well as the floor was, but it was a bit surprising given that the dining area was half full or less. I've grown accustomed to this in Florida, but my family members who are local seemed quite surprised with this. When I'm out for a leisurely dinner, I'm okay with it. For those who don't dine out often, word of mouth could prove detrimental in the long run."

"we always enjoy the red stag dinner club and had a reservation for 7 pm on the 9th feb. we arrived on time, they had my name on the list, and we waited to sit for about 20 minutes. we had our dinner and were gone at 9:30. while it is there, open table sent me an email that red stag had canceled my reservation and that I should contact the restaurant when I had asked. that happened while we are in the restaurant. I saw the email the next day and called red stag. the person I spoke with that they no longer use open table that they now use another reservation system. So I asked how I was able to make a reservation through open table and she didn't know. So I contacted open table and they gave me my food points. but something is wrong with communication here."
