"I’m 21 years old and was at Sheetz with my younger brother, buying drinks for myself while he got a slushee. He just wanted a cold drink on a hot summer day, and I was planning to drink beer with my friends. Unfortunately, a staff member was watching us closely. My brother was holding one of my beer cans because my hands were full. The employee asked to see my ID, which I gladly showed, then asked for my younger brother’s ID, who immediately said he was under 21. The beers were for me, not him. Despite this, she refused to sell me the drinks, even after a police officer behind us said she was violating Ohio liquor laws. Because of the delay, I got home late, and my mother slipped on the stairs, fracturing her face. Her appearance will never be the same. I can’t help but feel that if the staff at the Twinsburg Sheetz on E Aurora Rd had been more understanding, this might not have happened. I am hoping for some form of compensation for my elderly mother’s injury; otherwise, I may have to drop out of school to care for her. Thank you and God bless."

Easily the worst sheetz I have ever been to. Food is routinely shut down or has ridiculous wait times (even when you are the only person waiting). Usually about half the gas pumps are out of order at any given time. Don?t waste your time

Four inattentive employees took 40 minutes to prepare two burritos and two sides. They didn’t give us the sauce or the drink we ordered, even after we pointed it out. When we got home, the burritos were incorrect as well. The food and the service at Sheetz were both disappointing!

Although Sheetz claims to be open 24 hours, it actually closes at 10 PM, as an employee locking the doors and asking customers to leave confirmed. This has happened repeatedly at this location. It used to be a great gas station before the remodel, but since reopening, I've encountered problems nearly every time I visit.

Good food, nice rewards program for gas food and cigarettes staff friendly courteous especially the late nite crew supervisor's Dale Lawrence they get your food orders out fast in spite that may be short staffed, they definitely need moreworkers on the weekends, need that drive thru to reopen nice atmosphere ample charging station for phone's while you wait onyour orders very clean.
