"Michaels is excellent! I went there for a sandwich today and they were extremely busy. It was taking a while for my order to come out and they were very apologetic. When I opened up my bag I noticed they threw in a few cookies to make up for the wait. My Italian sandwich was delicious and their service is top notch. Happy to see a local business so busy!"

I traveled from Chicago and can confidently say that this restaurant has an amazing atmosphere! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were wonderful and clearly passionate about their work. I will definitely make it a point to visit again when I return to Ohio.

The restaurant was clean even at its busiest time of day. I ordered the lobster roll and it had big chunks of lobster meat. The lobster rolls are a special item, so make sure to call ahead to see if it's available. I'm looking forward to going back soon, there are so many other sandwiches I would love to try.
