"I’m 21 years old and was at Sheetz with my younger brother, buying drinks for myself while he got a slushee. He just wanted a cold drink on a hot summer day, and I was planning to drink beer with my friends. Unfortunately, a staff member was watching us closely. My brother was holding one of my beer cans because my hands were full. The employee asked to see my ID, which I gladly showed, then asked for my younger brother’s ID, who immediately said he was under 21. The beers were for me, not him. Despite this, she refused to sell me the drinks, even after a police officer behind us said she was violating Ohio liquor laws. Because of the delay, I got home late, and my mother slipped on the stairs, fracturing her face. Her appearance will never be the same. I can’t help but feel that if the staff at the Twinsburg Sheetz on E Aurora Rd had been more understanding, this might not have happened. I am hoping for some form of compensation for my elderly mother’s injury; otherwise, I may have to drop out of school to care for her. Thank you and God bless."

"I visited right after the restaurant opened today and ordered the McStuffin with house-smoked turkey. I went a bit out of my way because of all the positive reviews, and I have to say, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The person who seemed to be the owner was working this morning, and you could tell he truly cared about the customers. While I waited, he offered me a sample of the smoked turkey and even offered to prepare some pickles on the side for me. As a lovely surprise after finishing my sandwich, he included a delicious chocolate chip cookie in the bag. I can't wait to return to the area to try more items from the menu! This place deserves to have a line out the door and should be on every foodie's list of must-visit delis!"

"very good, cook inspired eating. the environment is very beautiful, the staff is great. probably to eat my friends favorite place, we go on special occasions. not cheap, they will pay much more than to a chainplace like appleby’s, but then again they will get a WHOLE hat of much more, and they will not find food as it is anywhere else around the francfort area. "I drove to my favorite lunch spot when I decided to give this place a tryout, at the beginning I was dissatisfied by the greeting staff who took me to my table, as not even say hello to me, anyway, after I was assigned to judith everything was much better, great customer service, very professional and she was on everything, I was served french toast and a delicious hamburg. the price is kind of high, but it was worth it, they also sell jam on their deli department by the pfund. very nice place to taste a good sandwich a delicious omelet with a good atmosphere and service."

"Since everything we’ve ever had here is consistently excellent, we did the filet special and the pizza special (Syd . Never an issue here and tonight was another example of an exceptional experience. I gotta say, for a city with incredible steakhouses, Pitch Dundee blew them out of the water with this filet over risotto special. The Syd (pizza special could likely be the slice that quiets the ‘pineapple on pizza’ naysayers. Spicy. Just sweet enough. Salty. (Oh man. I’m glad I can heat up a couple of leftover slices of that after writing this I’m craving it again! Jack, our server, was on it as usual and was a great guy to work with.This place is a can’t miss! Make a reservation even during the week for dinner. You won’t regret it. Check out the house label red wines outstanding stuff!"

"This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the food and the service. Everyone as friendly and we were greeted as we approached the counter. It's a seat yourself environment so nothing crazy as you walk through the door, just head to the counter and order. The food came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were more than enough to be full and grab a to-go box worth. The men's bathroom smelled and looked clean. Most restaurants miss the mark on either of those but this one did not. 10/10 would recommend!"

"We try to steer clear of tourist traps, as they're often overpriced and disappointing. We appreciated the laid-back, casual vibe at Szabo's, which seemed to be a favorite among the locals. However, we found the food to be quite expensive, excessively salty, and lacking in flavor. My mom ordered her steak very well done and specifically said, “please don’t burn it.” Unfortunately, it seems the server interpreted that as a request to burn it, as her steak came out blackened and crispy. She typically isn’t one to speak up about such things and asked me not to address it with the server because she didn't want to wait any longer to eat. While she did enjoy the twice-baked potato that accompanied the steak, the meal overall left much to be desired."

"I was really disappointed with this restaurant. They promote themselves as vegetarian and vegan-friendly, but in reality, they use butter, milk, and eggs in almost everything. We went for breakfast and found that the only vegan options available were a heel flake and a head dish. Honestly, I can get better vegan options at a chain restaurant like IHOP, where I can order crispy fruit and heel flakes. We tried to communicate with the waiter to create a nice meal, but everything was cooked in butter. It’s frustrating that they claim to be vegan-friendly when their understanding of veganism seems limited. If they truly want to cater to vegans, they should know what being vegan means and offer real vegan options. We ended up leaving in frustration, and I still feel annoyed when I hear others talk about this place. It’s hard to believe they consider themselves vegan-friendly while using eggs, cheese, and butter."

"The wings last night were so good, i had to review. I've been going here for over 20 years and they have never been rude to me. Not making excuses but they seem to be so busy from the time they open to the time they close, there is no time for niceties. Their food is wonderful. I routinely order pasta with meatballs or sausage, cheeseteaks, and i like their small pizzas becauae i like the crust. Their best menu item is the pizza steqk and wings. Highly recommend for local takeout. Also they accept orders up until CLOSE to closing time. I've tried to order 15 to 20 minutes before they close and they do not answer if they answer and tell me they are not accepting orders now. I understand they want to close on time."

"The staff was working hard but I waited 10 minutes for a demanding family of 3 to order Are the onions organic? Where are they grown? I want them finely diced not slices.... . After ordering and paying, I was told it would be 20 minutes. I wish they had warned everyone as they came in the front door. After 45 minutes and politely checking twice, I was about to cancel when they came out with my Club Sandwich. The sandwich was excellent with fresh and tasty ingredients. Fast forward a week later...the wait was 10 minutes so I ordered. The cashier asked Here or to-go? . I said we were sitting outside and asked if that was Here . I had been friendly and polite the whole time but he acted annoyed and said, I asked 'Here, or to go ' ! I told him to forget it and walked out. There were 4 others in our group and none of us are going back. Nice job losing customers!!"

"The customer service at this restaurant was incredibly rude, especially from the cook. I was patiently waiting for my takeout order when he brought the food to the lobby and just yelled, "Hey, chicken strips!" He didn’t say excuse me or thank us—just shouted at us as if we were dogs. If you enjoy being treated like a dog instead of a paying customer, then this is the place for you! If I ever have to eat here again, I’ll make sure to treat the staff the same way I was treated."

"I visited this restaurant for a cozy brunch on a snowy day after we couldn't enjoy our coffee at Samuel's Sweet Shop. The service was friendly and quick. The food was delightful! The farmer's omelet was light and fluffy, not greasy at all. The potatoes, which I usually prefer as crispy cubes, were served in a thin, overly fried style typical of the north; however, they were still tasty and buttery. The blueberry pancakes were also fluffy and sweet. I would definitely come back if I were in the area. It's a great, budget-friendly option."
