"I visited this Sheetz on a Thursday night, and the place was crowded with intoxicated partygoers, with no staff managing the situation. Food wait times exceeded 40 minutes. Throughout my visit, I saw only about three employees working despite the busy environment, and one kitchen worker was visibly upset and crying while preparing food. I cannot support a location that is so understaffed that employees are overwhelmed and vulnerable amid such a rowdy crowd. Sheetz should seriously address the nighttime working conditions."

"Worst experience of my life i just had the so-called Manger use foul language at me because they messed up my food. I asked for them to remake my order and they refused to!!! So I called over a manger whom was extremely rude to me refused to remake order and gave me the wrong phone number for corporate as well as a fake name and store number. All n all don't go here until corporate changes things... oh anther thing.. no masks and no gloves in the kitchen. Ill be sure the cdc hears about that!"

"I recently started coming here I have to honestly say this store is a total disaster. I understand the store is 24 hour but it should not look like it does. Outside well the whole parking lot is nasty. Trash everywhere, then entrance way looks just as bad. Drink fountain area is horrible. Spills ,trash. Looks like kids have been playing with it or maybe because it hasn't been cleaned. Stock is always low. I don't deal with staff I rather do self checkout because the times I have they have not been pleasant. I get when Covid hit some well a lot of people don't want to work still don't. But you have to take pride in the appearance of your store not only because you are right off the interstate but in General. This company is so much better than this appearance I see I'm sure I am not the only one who sees it."

"During our train journey from Leesburg to Cleveland to DC, my son and I found ourselves frequently stopping at Sheetz service stations for fuel, food, and snacks. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the fueling stations were spacious and tidy. We enjoyed the occasional picnic tables, which provided a nice spot to relax in the shade, especially when the weather was pleasant. My son will be working in Virginia for another year, so we’re looking forward to more trips together. Here’s hoping we find more Sheetz locations on our travels!"

"I live less than a quarter mile from this sheetz and will no longer support them. Stalked and pulled over by a North Canton Cop in my neighborhood for allergy pulling into a parking spot too quickly. As if that isn?t bad enough, he made me abandon my carand walk 6 houses up the street in an ice storm to then have someone else walk to my car and drive my car home. The reason: mylicense was incorrectly suspended."

"I’m 21 years old and was at Sheetz with my younger brother, buying drinks for myself while he got a slushee. He just wanted a cold drink on a hot summer day, and I was planning to drink beer with my friends. Unfortunately, a staff member was watching us closely. My brother was holding one of my beer cans because my hands were full. The employee asked to see my ID, which I gladly showed, then asked for my younger brother’s ID, who immediately said he was under 21. The beers were for me, not him. Despite this, she refused to sell me the drinks, even after a police officer behind us said she was violating Ohio liquor laws. Because of the delay, I got home late, and my mother slipped on the stairs, fracturing her face. Her appearance will never be the same. I can’t help but feel that if the staff at the Twinsburg Sheetz on E Aurora Rd had been more understanding, this might not have happened. I am hoping for some form of compensation for my elderly mother’s injury; otherwise, I may have to drop out of school to care for her. Thank you and God bless."

"I visited Sheetz around 11:00 to grab a chicken sandwich and fries after work. Unfortunately, the hamburger buns on my sandwich were overly burnt, making it difficult to enjoy. It seemed that the staff were more focused on chatting with customers than on cooking my sandwich properly. Great job, managers—I ended up waiting 30 minutes while your employees were distracted and messed up my order. The menu certainly has potential, but this experience was disappointing."

"This Uniontown Sheetz seriously messed up my order during a road trip about four hours away on the interstate. They almost didn’t give me my milkshake, even though it was the last item still waiting. When I asked about it, the woman seemed surprised there was a milkshake sitting on the counter and had to ask an indifferent team member who made it and if it belonged to a specific order. A quick check of our bag seemed fine at first, but once we were back on the interstate, I realized my chicken wraps didn’t have any chicken, and my boyfriend’s fries order was incomplete—we ordered two but only received one. It was tough trying to get a refund for these missing items. If Sheetz doesn’t resolve this, I won’t be coming back. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they actually fix their mistakes."

"I miss the old Sheetz restaurant down the road! I ordered a chicken wrap with extra chicken and extra cheese from their menu, but what I received was disappointing. The toppings were sparse, and the wait was long. The other food I tried was also not great. I know Sheetz is a gas station and people often say the food is good, but my experience was terrible. The old Sheetz used to get it right—extra chicken meant more than just a few tiny chicken tenders."

"We had a fantastic time enjoying crab and karaoke at the bar on Saturday night. Although there was a 40-minute wait for a table in the dining room, we found a seat at the bar and it worked out perfectly. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was lively without being rowdy. Karaoke seemed to kick off around 9 or 9:30, though I can’t say for sure. It didn't seem to bother the diners in the dining room. The crabs were absolutely delicious as well!"

"5 Star Service, as always. Whether you 're looking for a sit down dinner, a quick bite with a beer, or a booze filled evening watching your favorite sports team, High Pointe literally has something for everyone. The bar area patio are amptly set apart from the restaurant side of the operations, allowing dining room patrons to comfortably enjoy their meal without asking tavern guests to turn it down. The amazing scratch kitchen puts out the best food on the strip. If there was ever a place to try something new, it 's here. Try the new Grilled Cheese Burger and you will not be disappointed. And as for the staff, they 'll quickly become new friends just ask any of the regulars, of which the bar is filled with at any given moment. Highly recommend!"
