"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean, and the store was well-stocked. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was served hot and tasted great. The only downside, which isn't really the restaurant's fault, is that it can be a bit challenging to enter and exit due to several traffic lights that often have long waits. This might be an inconvenience if you're looking to make a quick stop and get back onto the interstate. However, if you have a few extra minutes to spare, I highly recommend visiting this place."

Wow. I stopped in for a quick snack and to use the restroom, as the place looked clean and welcoming. However, after checking out the restroom without actually using it or making a purchase, I was disappointed to find it in a disgusting state!

This is a fantastic place to stop for a quick lunch during a road trip. The California Cobb Salad was wonderful! My daughter loved her ham and cheese croissant, along with the mozzarella sticks. Plus, it’s a convenient spot to refuel at a great price. View menu

Sheetz? What a disappointment! The diesel pumps are frequently out of service. Receipts rarely print, the intercom system is unreliable, the credit card machines are frustrating to use, and the DEF has been non-operational for weeks. I won't be coming back. Save yourself the trouble!

As a third-shift worker who travels around the state, I can confidently say that this Sheetz offers some of the best made-to-order food I’ve had. It is far superior to the one just two exits down the road. If you find yourself in Hickory, this is the location you definitely want to check out!

I'm currently at Sheetz, and I have to say that the restrooms for both men and women are in unacceptable condition. There’s no toilet paper available and the sinks are out of order. Additionally, the trash can in the parking lot near the entrance is overflowing, with food, sauce containers, and drink cups scattered everywhere. View menu

Where is the management? I entered the men's restroom, and it looked like a tornado had struck—it was extremely dirty. This is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't feel comfortable dining here with that situation. If the restrooms are in such disarray, I can only imagine what the food service must be like. The cleanliness standards are definitely lacking.
