"When you get the least expected service and excuses nothing works. I had a business dinner at this place in Miami, we were seated and took a few minutes our server arrived and kindly offer his expertise. We were there for sashimi, nigiri and some great sake. We order drinks to start out evening, drink arrive and our sashimi and nigiri, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, we noticed other tables that were seated after us were already eating.. The server did try to solve the issue by sharing that that the sushi was extremely busy and they were behind. I understand that but it’s part of the management team to be on top of their game and make guest aware of their challenges. I spoke to the manager and an apology was offer as well they did sent shishito peppers and truffle corn, I was there for sashimi and nigiri however, I didn’t say anything I tried them. Additionally I said let’s try a drink at the Nobi hotel bar and i was serve a fine Cazapa on a plastic cup the bartender share that they no staff to manage their dishes that day. Nobu what happened to you? I let corporate know about the experience,and To make matters worst management contacts me and state states that they tough that everything was ok! Absolutely it’s no ok."

"Great food and excellent service. Staff are very polite and friendly. Bison was tender, juicy and flavorful. The ribeye and fillet were cooked to perfection, great cuts of meat seasoned well. Bourbon peach cobbler tasted old fashioned and homemade like grandma herself was back there baking and not from the frozen aisle of the grocery store. Staff was profession and polite with top notch customer service."

"Food was great as always. The attitude of the hostess is tiresome. Upon arrival we were told she couldn’t seat anyone for to minutes. After accepting the reservation on open table. We waited and after about minutes another couple came in and were told the same thing. Shortly she then proceeded to seat the other couple first in a more desirable location. When I questioned her she denied seating them first and said I should have told her I wanted the other table. Food is very good but service is slow and the attitude of the hostess is very off putting. We frequently visit this restaurant and have been treated in a similar manner on prior occasions"

"we went to this restaurant to do a pre-game football event for our hs playoff game around 15 o'clock on the day after thanksgiving. for 10 people we were reserved 12:30. the restaurant was busy with fifa Worldcup viewers for a 1pm game, but there were several large empty tables available. after we had set ourselves, we ordered drinks; it took our waitress 50 minutes to notify us that the restaurant was from **** mary mix. we ordered a beer instead. drinks over 25 minutes to receive. we ordered food for our group; it took almost an hour to get our food from the kitchen. the food was ready, but the restaurant had no one who supplied the food. service was terrible! the restaurant was short on waiting staff. my man helped us get our food in the waiting zone to get it to us. it was a complete disaster! we finally got our food at 2:05. we ate and went around 22:30 clock just in time to start at 15 o'clock. do not go here until the restaurant has enough personal to serve them or they sit over an hour waiting for drinks to eat. I'll call the manager for this experience!"

"The wine selection is very wide and includes bottles from around the world not just California. The mix and match cheese and deli platters are amazing to accommodate the wine, especially the blue sexy which is creamy and just melts in your mouth. The service is also extraordinary, the servers would come to refill our glasses when almost empty every single time. The atmosphere in general was pleasant, definitely recommend to visit and a perfect place for a first date"

"PROS: This place was the first place I ate at when I visited Salem. A lot of space to help with CDC guidelines and you can it inside and out. The food was great, there was a lot on the menu all for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. CONS: There wasn't really any cons. One thing is that I made a reservation for mid September back in August but they abolished all reservations till November which risked us not getting a table, fortunately we did though. Also parking is a hassle. Since they are located in a walking alley you have to find parking far away OVERALL: This place is definitely a place to hit up. They also hold banquets and is haunted too! I recommend the Burger if you go."

One of my guests felt that we were stuck in the side room which was not the best. The waitress was sort of on task; but not really and the busboy actually over attended to the water glasses to the point that it was annoying. "On our most recent trip we went for Valentine's and the reservation was chaos. However, at the end of the night, the overall experience was very nice. One of our meals was on the cool side, but was immediately rectified. The togarashi tuna appetizer was phenomenal. Our side salad served with an avocado vinaigrette was very tasty as was the fresh bread with seasoned oil My husband had the stuffed flounder. His dish was exceptional, but a bit small for the price. My dish is not on the current online menu; ahi tuna topped with crab, served with a baked potato and asparagus. The food was awesome, however it came out cool and once rectified the tuna was overcooked The online menu is not up to date. The actual menu is much smaller. The desserts were the highlight of the night, very tasty Overall, our server Zack, was very good. Since it was a very busy night, he did great I would recommend this restaurant if the menu suits you."

"Larger restaurant with full parking lot. Clean, newer restaurant with plenty of movable seating for large parties. We sat outside in a enclosed patio. We had to ask that shades had to be lowered because of sun reflection. Wait staff was attentive andnice. Orders were taken quickly. There was a fly problem despite ceiling fans. I ordered fish tacos that were in their specialtysection of their menu. Food arrived in good time. The fish was not crispy and there was little choke taste. There was a sweettaste that was unexpected which was disappointing in the salad mix on the taco. The side of black beans was very good. Pricesare a bit high for the food. Music was loud."

"This was a really bad dining experience. We had five people at our table and not a single one of them enjoyed their meal. Multiple items on the one page menu were not actually available to order along with the specials for a 530 dinner reservation. My husband compared his veggie burger to eating a patty made out of fancy feast cat food. I am pretty sure he has never tasted cat food but I can imagine how bad it tasted to make that comparison. The first hint that this was not a good restaurant to eat at was that there were only other two tables eating on a Saturday night with multiple events going on downtown. Unfortunately because we had a larger party and had other reservations to get to early in the evening, we didn’t really have the time to shop around for another place to eat. I would’ve rather gone to chipotle on East ninth than eating here, at least everyone at the table would’ve been able to finish their meal."

"We had the 7 course tasting menu , we asked to use the wine cellar room .. but we were only 2. They obliged and we had a great time. The wine paring only works if you have 4 people .. but we had the sommelier help choose our wine and the chef introduced each dish. The room is quiet , can be completely isolated with blinds. The restaurant is in their market and it sits within a gated marina. Great experience , local PR food but elevated. This was a gourmet meal. Expect to spend 3 hours for dinner which was fine for us since we were celebrating our 35th anniversary. 5 stars. Luda the manager served us and Rafi was the chef."

"Our first time dining at 57 American Grill!! WOW!!! First the server, Samuel, he greeted my family with a smile that could brighten up the sky!!! And his beautiful smile, cheerfulness went on through the entire meal!!! We had the chicken tenders which were dry and overcooked but our dinners, 2 Jimmy Dean burgers and a Marlon Brando burger were cooked to perfection along with the delicious fries!!! They were delicious!! My daughter is such a fan of the 1950's and we were all in heaven with the nostalgic ambience!! Samuel made a delicious dinner even more enjoyable!! You can bet this will now be a regular dinner place for us!!!!"

"We waited at the reception for a few minutes before someone approached us. The bartender said something but didn't provide much assistance. Once we were seated, our waitress, Dakota, was fantastic! She constantly checked in on us and was very friendly and professional. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals were all well-prepared and were served quickly. Dakota ensured that everything was just right. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Although I mentioned our reservation, I don't think the table we were given matched the one in our open table reservation. I still don’t feel like my concerns were fully addressed."
