Nobu Miami - Menu

The restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience with exceptional food. Although it may be on the pricier side, it is considered fine dining.

the first time in nobu miami and it was a great experience. the personal has really tried to ensure that everyone takes care of them. the dishes were presented excellently and even better costed. remember to make reservations because they are busy. in any case a big job!!!

I had a great time. the food was delicious and if they want to make the cook tasting menu, they should be sure to come hungry. I also know how well the restaurant team uses masks. everyone wore the mask right. none of this “not sticking things”. the rear terrace is somewhat less busy than the inside and when they open all windscreens (it is down when it rains) they get good airflow. incredible experience, eating fine as it should be. political service and exceptional attention from michael e! he was so knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of directed, and has made especially good recommendations for us. eating is top notch and cocktails to fit. on the menu there are a lot of price points. very attentive to the allergies of my partner and in the position to work around them. in any case recommend.

had a company dinner and I must say that I was impressed beyond that. there was no plate that was put on the table that was not absolutely delicious. I was blown away! too many teller to mention as we had a quite variety, but we had everything from cold/hot starters, salads, a lot of main dishes, side and of course the excellent sushi. Drinks were great as dessert. Our servers were wonderful and very attentive. we sat in a private area with views of the pool and the set-up was simple, but beautiful. I'm going to go back, though I'm living pretty far. I also feel that eating there is every penny worth! I'm sorry that there are no pictures of eating, but I was really at the moment.

I recently celebrated my bday with some friends. It was a Monday night and it was busy. The server took a while to come to us. We ordered and I asked him for an additional dish, he said he would ask the chef if he could make it. Dishes arrived not in order. I had to start eating way before the others otherwise the food would have been cold by the time my friend’s food arrive. Cocktails were good. Food was good. The server came after I was done waiting to tell me the chef couldn’t cook the additional dish I had asked for. I do think prices are up there, but it’s Nobu. Overall I loved it. The reception staff weren’t the friendliest and the restaurant was very humid and on the warm side which is not typical for florida restaurants. That being said our waiter Michael made the night for us. He was very warm, friendly and made good recommendations, 5/5. We tried the fixed price tasting menu which consisted of approximately 6 courses for $125 pp. The order as per the chef was cold appetizers, hot dishes, sushi then dessert. Food was 3/5 overall. It started off well with the cold appetizers but as the dishes progressed to warm then sushi the flavour profiles just didn’t do it for us. Dessert however was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the tofu "ceviche" made with extra firm tofu in a spicy lime sauce, which became my boyfriend's favorite dish of the night. I loved the soy glazed baked tofu, sliced and coated in a sticky soy sauce. The veggie tacos were also a hit, and we regretted only ordering two instead of four. The artichoke salad was tasty, and we assume their other salads are equally delicious. We also tried the brussel sprouts and cauliflower side dishes made vegan. When you get the least expected service and excuses nothing works. I had a business dinner at this place in Miami, we were seated and took a few minutes our server arrived and kindly offer his expertise. We were there for sashimi, nigiri and some great sake. We order drinks to start out evening, drink arrive and our sashimi and nigiri, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, we noticed other tables that were seated after us were already eating..
