"My wife and I were very disappointed with the room and service. The room was NOOOOO where close to the price we were charged for one night. It was easily 50 to 70 dollar a night room, not 300+. Was never told about the gimp basement in the room, it was quite the surprise and there were dirty towels down there so even more sketchy. And the hallway with the light sensor really gave it a Shining atmosphere. Was super sad, I was hoping it was going to be perfect last night on our vacation. I wrote a review on Trip Advisor that was super doctored up, and the owner says that room is worth what we paid. They need to stay in 300 dollar a night rooms somewhere else and see what they look like. As for the Gimp Room in the basement of the room, there is no way that is in demand. The railing was coming off the wall, and it was so musty down there we had to have the fan running to cut the smell down. Besides we were not IN SEASON and it was a FRIDAY night not a Saturday or Sunday. If the other rooms upstairs are better than ok, but room 105 was of flop house quality at best. "I agree with the other reviews that it is important to confirm that everything you order is vegan. The great news, at least in my experience, is not only will they do this, the food is exceptional. I'll eat a powerhouse salad (kale, brussel sprouts, and pumpkin seeds etc) with a delicious beet burger on top and vegan fig balsamic dressing on the side. It is a lunch I never tire from because it is NOT a lifeless, mushy, barely flavorful salad. Flavor and texture is something the chef takes seriously, including for vegans, and has done it for 20 some odd years on a major college main street where restaurant turnover is very high. The seitan, wonderful homemade veggie beet burger, falafel, and tofu options are wonderfully done by the chef all made in house and always nicely seasoned. The flexibility in the menu is KEY to this place. If you make it clear to your sever nearly any salad (and many sandwiches and entrees) can be veganized by substituting meats for any of the above options. Unfortunately, the terrific polenta fries are no longer on the menu. And if your in the mood for a craft beer they always have a great selection."

"New year dinner with my friend, food is great. Service sucked, not only the waitress placed wrong in my order, she never said sorry and gave me attitude. She barely checked us and upset us all the time. Although the food is really good, I use it to love here, but it was dead in recent times and we sat in a stand where the upholstery collapsed and fell apart. Bathroom not refilled with paper or soap. I don't want to go to a place where the food is good, but they don't have money to fix their stands or nobody can fill the soap dispensers or paper in a bathroom. "My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"I've been a regular at EPH for several months now, and I have to say that it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is just right for a relaxing night out. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff members who have made my visits so enjoyable. Keegan, Kanasa and Ernesto are some of the most attentive and friendly servers/bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that I have a great experience. Of course, the food is the real star of the show here. Whether I'm in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty salad, or some perfectly crispy fries, I always know that I'm in for a treat. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The vibe of the place is also just right. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or just a solo meal at the bar. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the music is always on point. Overall, I would highly recommend EPH to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. Thanks to Keegan, Kanasa, Ernesto, Jenifer, Riley, Isaac, BILLiam, Brie, Sarah, Kristan (Manager) and the rest of the staff for making my visits so memorable!"

"We had a reservation for 6:30PM and when we arrived we were directed to a table by one of the wait staff. Shortly after ordering our drinks, a grouchy staff member (we later found out was the manager) came over to our table and told us the table was reserved. We told him we were the reservation and then he proceeded to question us about what time our reservation was for, our names, etc. It was a very bizarre exchange and made us feel uncomfortable, like we had done something wrong. As we ordered our food, a couple came in and sat right next to us with their 2 large dogs. I am severely allergic to dogs, so my husband asked if our party could be moved. Our server said that they would move the dogs. When our food finally arrived the dogs were still there so my husband asked again if something could be done. The server then brought the manager over and he said they were service dogs so they wouldn’t move them. They let everyone who wanted to pet them, play with the dogs so I find it difficult to believe they were service dogs, but that aside, even the wait staff were touching them, which could contaminate food. We were eventually moved (we had to carry our food through the restaurant with a 6 month old baby, so it it’s not exactly a quick/easy task). My suggestion would be that if you are going to allow everyone who says they have a service dog into your restaurant, perhaps have a designated area or seat them outside on the patio, not directly outside the kitchen doors. It is unhygienic to have dog hair flying in your food and drinks, the potential of fleas, and some of us have allergies. It was very clear to me that the dogs were more important than my health."

"The go-karts and games are definitely the highlights of this place. They have a nice selection of beers, but the food options were quite limited. We tried the guacamole, which was really good, but we were quite hungry! Our main issue was with the staff. Most of them seemed more interested in their phones and chatting with each other than in managing the games or engaging with customers. At one point, I had to approach a couple of girls to ask if they knew who was overseeing one of the games because we had been waiting for about five minutes without any help. However, the girl at the front counter was very friendly and helpful, though I didn’t catch her name. We enjoyed the games, but be aware that if some are out of service (three were when we visited), it can be quite disappointing. While we had a good time with the games we were able to play, we were equally let down by the customer service. I might consider returning to try out the games we missed, but I probably won’t be back for a while until things improve."

"We were so disappointed on this visit to Tom’s. This will be our last visit there. I was surprised to get a reservation on a Saturday afternoon. When we got there the place was nearly empty. The hostess sat us down very quickly and then we waited a while for a server to take our drink order. My husband wanted to go to the bar and order his drink and I told him that would be very rude and make the server look bad. I pointed out there was only one server in the whole place. So we waited. We ordered appetizers and drinks. I ordered my usual three taco combo. The meat was stale and flavorless. The lemon or orange wedge on my plate was completely dry and the lime wedge was brown. I ate the flavorless tacos didn’t want to complain since my husband loves coming here. I looked on another website and saw that Tom’ s reviews about their food and service had gone done the drain. We also ordered steak nachos. The guacamole was black and there was no steak. No servers came to our table. My son’s meal came much later and was incomplete. Some minutes later the server passes our table and I asked him for a coke refill and he said okay but kept walking away and I was still missing an order of french fries. Finally there were more servers but our service never improved. My husband went to the bar to order his second beer. Even at the nearly empty bar it was hard to get a drink. We were done with this place. 90 minutes there no refills no one took our order for our main entree. We asked the bill and now the server was friendly even telling me to have a good day calling me by my name. He questioned my husband where he got the beer from. My husband told him don’t worry I paid for it. I left a mere $5 tip on a $67 bill. I wasn’t even done signing the bill when the server was already there picking up his tip. I was so disappointed with the quality of food and the service that Tom’s is now offering. It has changed so much I’m upset to have wasted a Saturday afternoon at this place."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"Went for Downtown Dining Week. This restaurant was on the $ 35 list but the service was well below that level. There was a long wait between courses, but the plates were not removed from the table until the next course arrived. Our server seemed very uninterested in our table. It also took a long time to get drink orders. New cutlery was not provided and I was specifically asked to remove my fork from the platter so the server could clear the platter. The food was decent to good, but nothing special. Neither of these issues would be as bad if it hadn't happened to all or the restaurant was on the $ 25 list instead."

"I absolutely adore Sinclairs! The food is not only delicious, but the presentation is top-notch as well. People can't help but turn their heads when a plate of food goes by, whether it's a burger or one of their amazing desserts. With a wide variety of menu options including pizzas, hummus, crab cakes, pasta, and more, it's definitely a great choice for lunch or dinner. However, my favorite time to visit Sinclairs is on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. That's when the fun, old-school trivia night begins! With teams and prizes, it's a blast for all ages. Jason, the beloved host, puts it all together with passion and ensures that everyone has a great time. The questions range from easy to challenging, making sure everyone can participate. The most important aspect of Sinclairs, in my opinion, is the management and the staff. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere, along with the excellent service, is what keeps me coming back. From the owners to the servers, everyone genuinely cares about their customers. I feel like an old friend every time I walk in on Monday nights. The fact that my server remembers my usual drink without me even having to ask shows me that they truly care about their customers. It's a rare find to come across a restaurant where the staff goes above and beyond like this. Sinclairs definitely deserves 5 stars in my book!"

Upon pulling up to the location it looked clean on the outside once walking in everything seemed decently cleanedand they was not busy at all. We had got two different flavor of bone in wings, half of Italian hoagie with mixed vegetables,personal pizza and kids cheeseburger sliders with fries. And a regular sized order of All Star fries comes with bacon and cheeseon them. All of the food was very good The mixed vegetables we're very good The personal pizza was decent The sauce maybe couldhave used a little more work but was still okay. The many cheeseburgers were really good cooked well. The All-Star Fries werevery good And the regular size was a nice size for a family of four. The wings were cooked well one set of wings or sauce decentThe other set of wings could have used some more sauce. The pricing on the menu only reflects cash price they do not specifythis so when you get your bill you have two different amounts on there One if you're paying cash and one of your paying with acard. Overall we were completely satisfied the amount of food you get is more than acceptable. We will probably visit thisestablishment again in the future."

"We haven't been to this restaurant and pass by all the time so we decided to try it out. We've been to the Express side for quick breakfast snacks before though. It's located in the Downtown Disney area of Disneyland Resort. This table service restaurant serves up American food including breakfast, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, entrees, desserts, fresh baked pastries. Southwestern Steak Salad romaine, avocado, corn, tomatoes, panela cheese, chipotle ranch, topped with tortilla strips and warm medium grilled skirt steak most of the salad was really good, except the steak. The steak was super overcooked and dry. Fettuccine Chicken Brady Cream chicken breast, sun dried tomato, mushrooms, peas, garlic, brandy cream sauce and parmesean this pasta dish was actually really good! Except for the chicken. They should have grilled the chicken and put it on top. They way they had it cooked in the pasta made for a weird consistency, it was too soft. The sauce is really good! It tasted like it had a seafood base. Side Toast they are known for their breads and I needed a bit of carbs with my salad so I got a side of bread. It was a bit disappointing. It was grilled on the outside, but came out cold. The inside had a weird texture to it too. Silverback Single Origin Rwanda Coffee OMG! This was really good! Very smooth and rich flavors! Definitely get this! I have my eye on the Pecan Stuffed French Toast for next time. I'll probably stay away from the lunch options with meats. :P We received great service from Sandra! Parking can be a pain if you are not here for the parks. You'd have to park at the Disney lots or hotels at a steep price. Recommended for the coffee!"

"I made reservations here on a Monday night for a romantic dinner with my wife for her birthday. From the time we were seated to the time we reluctantly left, FIVE star service all the way around!! Aaron, our server was the absolute best. We literally felt like royalty as everyone was so attentive to anything and everything we needed. In today's world, this level of service is nearly unheard of. Even if the food was marginal, we still would of had a fantastic evening. But!! That was far from this case. On top of the fabulous service were the drinks!! Hand shaken at the table and absolutely delicious. Even made special requests as to tweak some drinks and all were happily observed. The food. Oh the food!! My fillet was so tender and flavorful and cooked precisely as I ordered. They even surprised both of us with a tray full of a variety of cakes and deserts full of lit candles. This establishment is top notch."

"we had a reservation for 11 people and when the first person arrived, they had no record of it. they told us they didn't work with open table anymore because they had problems with them. even if I have returned emails and reminders to my reservation. they then informed us that no one contacted from cask open table. we had a good time for them to take us. I say that, because if it were a busy Friday or Saturday night, we might have been turned off. when our party arrived, we put our drink order and then start eating. a short time later we order our most important entrees. a woman ordered an salate and said they were from eisburg salate with which she was good. the apps were good. the waitress came back to inform us that they fries out and sweet potatoes! we were a little confused about how this happened. we could replace any other side they had provided. then, when another person in our group got her salat, they had not the dressing she demanded. the burgers, who were ordered medium, came out well. waiting for our food was very long considering that there were maybe 5 or 6 tables in total. our waitress disappeared from a bed when I think she was the only one who works. we had to hunt them to check a family because they had to come home. when we checked all our audits, those who were ordered to be charged for the other side we had to order. Nobody said anything about it because it wasn't worth the fight. not a manager was in himself or came by to ask how our food was or apologise for being out of many things. we only saw our waitress, hostess and bartender. it was very disappointing."

"The first issue was admittedly my fault, the restaurant is within a hotel so my wife and I had trouble finding it. Once we were in the lobby, the signage was not clear on how to get to the restaurant but a hotel employee helped guide us there. When we arrived there was no host to seat us, although the sign clearly asked us to wait for someone to seat us. After several failed attempts to get the staffs attention, I took it upon myself to grab menus and find a seat. A few minutes passed by and I had to flag someone to assist us, they brought us water and assured the waiter would be coming by. Upon reviewing the menu, it was not the same as advertised on OpenTable and with no one yet to come and take our order we decided to leave."

"The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!"
