"Recently ate at Tom’s prior to a concert. We arrived on time for our 5:45 reservation and we were promptly seated. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of waiting, no one had acknowledged our presence. Finally, a server from another area , Evelyn, came over. She had noticed that no one had assisted us. She profusely apologized and proceeded to take our order. For the rest of our dining, she provided excellent service with smile even though she had taken on an additional table and was very, very busy. The food at Tom’s is always delicious but the extra effort by this waitress transformed an annoying beginning into a very pleasant dining experience."

Not that impressive... it took 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. I wish I knew the name of the server who ultimately saved the night with excellent service.

Food was terrible. Nothing made from scratch. The pickles were sliced jarred pickles deep friend in batter that were soggy. The roasted corn was canned corn placed in an oven, not from a cob.

Our waitress was very nice but the service was patchy as they have runners for food and drinks. The drinks we ordered from the bar took awhile to come and were watery. The food was only ok, and not as described on the menu. The chicken with the pancake wasn’t xl or spicy. For the prices they charge I’d expect better.

Our waiter, Christiann, was outstanding! The kitchen and bar service were very slow, though. Christiann had to check with the kitchen many times before all of our food finally arrived (not at the same time). The bar sent out several extra drinks for unknown reasons. The atmosphere was fun but the wait for food was frustrating.

We overheard another server who told a table (next to me) that he’s waiting a lot of tables and apologized for the delay. This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant and each experience was slow or very delayed. The joint was crowded and our server did her best but the food was slow coming out. Also I got charged for a drink I did not order. I ordered my first drink and then the server asked if I would like another. I said yes and shortly another drink came out. I was in the process of drinking that when they brought another drink to the table and I informed them I got my drink. The bar server said well we already made so here it is. I expected not to have to pay for their mistake but since I drank it I did

I visited this restaurant before a concert on Saturday. We were seated and placed our drink and food orders right away. However, it took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I ended up having to go to the bar myself to place our first round of drinks because it was taking so long. When we finally received our drinks, they were incorrect, so they took them back but never brought the right ones. After an hour of waiting, my food still hadn't arrived, so I had to cancel my order to avoid missing the concert. The service was terrible, and I definitely will not return. The waiter mentioned he'd get the manager, but I never saw anyone.
