"Recently ate at Tom’s prior to a concert. We arrived on time for our 5:45 reservation and we were promptly seated. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of waiting, no one had acknowledged our presence. Finally, a server from another area , Evelyn, came over. She had noticed that no one had assisted us. She profusely apologized and proceeded to take our order. For the rest of our dining, she provided excellent service with smile even though she had taken on an additional table and was very, very busy. The food at Tom’s is always delicious but the extra effort by this waitress transformed an annoying beginning into a very pleasant dining experience."
