"Years ago, I stopped going to this restaurant after discovering some issues with their coffee preparation. However, my husband continued to go there because of its convenience. Recently, he announced that he would never return! He surprised me with a blueberry muffin and an iced coffee, but the muffin was not only significantly smaller than before, it was also raw and soggy on the bottom—it looked completely undercooked. When I called to complain, a staff member apologized and explained that the oven wasn't at the correct temperature, offering to replace the muffin. When my husband went back, the employee tried to convince him that the second muffin was perfectly fine, claiming that her colleagues were eating them without any problem. I've never encountered such a poorly made muffin at any Dunkin' before! In the end, she was hesitant to issue a refund but eventually agreed, only to ask for his phone to deduct the points for the muffin from his account. We will definitely not be returning to this location. The Dunkin’ on Ridge near I-80 is far better, and that’s where we'll be going from now on!"
