The service is very slow; I saw several cars driving away from the line. They definitely need more staff to assist.

I stopped visiting this restaurant because the staff, including the owner, were disrespectful. They got my order wrong every single time, whether I was using the drive-thru or dining in.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but the service has really deteriorated. My orders are consistently incorrect. I even specify the exact amounts of cream and sugar, as well as the number of pumps, yet they still get it wrong. Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The woman at the drive-thru with blonde hair interrupted us while we were placing our order, resulting in the wrong order being taken. She charged us $6.98 for the incorrect drink, set our bagel on the counter, and then ignored our attempts to address the issue and request the bagel. When we inquired about the bagel, she claimed we weren't charged for it and that we'd need to pay an additional $3, which gave us the impression that she might be trying to scam us since we didn't receive a receipt and the combined cost of a bagel and drink is around $6 according to the official menu.
