"these dunkin donuts make they want to tear their own face off. they opened last year, I think. Since then I went there once in the week to order an ice cream medium, with 4 cream and 4 liquid sugar. they never gave me what I commanded. last week I ordered the m coffee 4 and 4 with 2 wake up. I have a black ice cream with 2 blueberries. today, come, see the picture I published. is that true? and again my coffee had no sugar. Quite at all. Do they know how angry it is to taste that if taste buds think it will be sweet? customer service is a sweat and they don't have the right phone number on google, so if u try to tell them about it, so they can make original money for the garbage they gave them nope. much luck. you would have to go all the way back, just for half a hearty apology and a offer for a free coffee next time. I want more coffee from you. that's the dumbest thing you can offer me, everything you do is to screw my coffee. so I say you better go after dieucks. dunkin is the worst here in cottonwood."

"My family and I went to this location for various ice cream items; it had been a really long time since we?d been here. Upon entering, the shop looked dated and dirty but there was a long line and assumed we were going to get exceptional service.Baskin-Robbins has a great product with its ice cream, so nothing can really go wrong there. We ordered a couple of ice creamscoops and two large milkshakes. This is our standard order and expected standard product/serving size. The picture attached iswhat we got for the shakes. It was missing about 2 inches of shake from each cup. We have purchased milkshakes before, atdifferent locations, and had never had the shakes served like this. When we asked the girl attending us, if this was how theyserved their shakes, she said ?I followed the measurements and it?s really busy.? I was taken aback because I had never heardthis kind of response. Usually, employees apologize and try to rectify the problem and not take a defensive stance with acustomer, especially when the product is so expensive. Since there was a long line, I did not want to make a scene and paid formy items, although it was obvious I was not too happy about it. If you want a milkshake at this Baskin-Robbins, expect this kindof product. Will not be going here again."

"What has happened to this BR? Take a look at these photos from June 1, 2022. Display cases with frost so thick it contiuously falls into the ice cream tubs they 're serving from!! They just scoop around it. Additionally the employees seemed surprised thatI was there to buy ice cream . Really? Also they were out of popular flavors like vanilla, cherry, and others. "This Baskin Robbins has been going downhill for years. The last time I went, 4 years ago, I said will never go again., but I decided to try again now in case thing have changed. They have definitely change, but for worse. I've never been yelled at andhave the window shut hard in my face just because the emoyee didn't want to work. "Stopped to get ice cream cones. No other customers were in the store except my husband and I. After waiting a considerable amount of time to be waited on we asked if one of the 5 workers standing together talking could wait on us. "I went to baskin robbins (reedley) last saturday. The person that helped me was Heidi. This employee looked at us and immediately gave us attitude and gave me a hard time when i was ordering. I've always ordered my smoothie same way and noemployee there ever questioned it. this girl kept questioning it and making comments and not just that but she had an angry lookin her eyes like hate. This girl had an ugly bad attitude she's as ugly on inside as she is outside. She was so rude she ruinedmy day. "This particular DD (i.e. Dunkin' Donuts) I really like; as they are quite fast, in taking your order and returning with your items. To top it off, they are also very pleasant and professional. The only caveat I perceive is that it takes awhile before they get out to clean the tables and the space in the eating area. If they would resolve this matter, a 5 star rating would be easily achieved. Also, they need to inspect the chairs; as at least one of them has a fissure half the length of the chair! "0 stars if I could give it! I am a loyal Dunkin patron but this is seriously the absolute worst location I've ever been to. Every time I've been through the drive through here they mess something up. Have left food items out of my bag multiple times and almost always make my simple coffee order wrong. It's actually incredible the staff could all be so bad at their job. To top things off, amidst the pandemic, the woman at the drive through window today was wearing her mask around her neck as she spoke to me.‍ I once tried to call them after discovering I had been given the wrong order and the phone rang for literally 15minutes with no answer at all. 10/10 am never back going to this location again. I'd rather drive 5 miles out my way to go to a different store that knows what they're doing."

"The prepackaged ice cream was freezer burned, clearly defrosted and refrozen. When I returned to the store to return it, I was met with a very rude teenager who seemed to take it personally—she was sighing and visibly annoyed. While I understand she is young, she should be taught how to properly treat customers. A gentleman who came in with the same issue received the same unfriendly attitude. I ordered some fresh ice cream, but when I got it home, it was gritty and the flavor was off. I called the store to leave a message for the owner but was told she was on vacation and that I wouldn’t be getting a call back. Overall, a bad experience. I will never buy ice cream from the Miller Place Baskin-Robbins again."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for cakes. It's best to look elsewhere. I had to go in person to confirm that a cake available for online order was actually out of stock. I ended up choosing a simple cake for my daughter's birthday, but it didn't even meet my minimal expectations. The decorator confused the pastel colors of purple, blue, and orange, resulting in a strange mix of brown, green, and an alarming shade of orange. The lettering, which was meant to be blue, ended up being black and resembled something a child might create in a craft project. The ice cream cones on top were also a letdown. Despite the cake's disappointing appearance, it did taste good, and my daughter was happy to have an ice cream cake for her special day. However, the small cake cost a steep $35. I’ve given it one star for its taste, but the overall experience certainly wasn’t worth the price."

"We went tonight and were very disappointed. 3 employees and they had to finish their conversation before they even acknowledged us. My boyfriend got a quart iut of the cooler. I asked what flavors were what because there were no labels on the glass. The girl didn't know what half of the flavors were and said so. She was sweet and honest so there's that. Was it a deliberate attempt to overcharge me, a simple case of cup shortage with a made-up excuse, or a legitimate choice by the owner to discontinue kids scoop sizes? The whole ordeal left me feeling uneasy about the integrity of this establishment."

"The only thing really going for this Dunkin Donuts is its proximity to campus; you can literally walk here from campus and make it back before your next class. However, it is smaller than typical stores, so they do not serve the full menu. My biggest issue with this store is it's inconsistency. Sometimes, the workers take my order and make my drink within two minutes, but other times it takes around ten minutes, even if there is no line. Moreover, I always order their iced coffee with hazelnut; sometimes the drink is well mixed, but other times, there's spoons of sugar sitting at the bottom of the drink. Also, the workers never seem to speak to their customers much, even if you're being very respectful and kind. There is another Dunkin Donuts just a two minute walk from this location, and if you prioritize better service, you might as well make the extra distance."
