The ice cream scoops were quite small. They tasted delicious, but I was disappointed with the portion size.

I ordered a frozen chocolate-dipped banana, but they actually sent me a regular banana and a cup of sprinkles instead. Seriously?!

Ordered a specific item twice and both times my order was wrong. I even chatted the second driver to make sure they could check the order before leaving and still I got the wrong order.

This is a great spot to indulge in desserts, whether you're in the mood for a sundae, a milkshake, an ice cream pizza, or a cake. They offer everything you’d expect from an ice cream shop, including cakes and adorable clown bowls for kids to enjoy. I've included a picture to showcase the variety of items they offer. The shop is beautifully maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Closing early is not okay. I understand that people want to go home. But you're still paid to be there and do your job. If you're supposed to close at 9:45 PM close at 9:45. Don't lock door at 9:35 PM. As it is when you check your website you'resupposed to be open till 10:00 PM. Also Google maps says 10. But your personal little sign that you slapped on the door says9:45 so at least stick to that 9:45. Super angry not going back. View menu

I frequently visit this Baskin-Robbins because it's the closest one we have, but they've recently made some significant changes. They now offer ice tacos (which I've never seen before), have all the flavors available for takeout, and they even have candles for celebrations. It's incredibly convenient to get everything from one location. Oh, and they also have whole cakes available on display, making it really easy to pick one up. They've introduced new flavors as well, and the service is great.

The sundae kit was a disappointment. It didn't include whipped cream, cherries, or the sundae cups – just side cups instead. The two side options and chocolate syrup barely filled halfway. One of the sides was incorrect and stale, offering some kind of toffee/chocolate mix instead of cookie dough. Ice cream cones in a sundae kit? Apparently so. To top it off, I received chocolate chip instead of mint chip. No whipped cream? Seriously? I'm not happy with over half of what I received. I'm not in the mood for ice cream tonight. I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

My family and I went to this location for various ice cream items; it had been a really long time since we?d been here. Upon entering, the shop looked dated and dirty but there was a long line and assumed we were going to get exceptional service.Baskin-Robbins has a great product with its ice cream, so nothing can really go wrong there.
