I simply wanted to surprise my fiancé with a banana split for her birthday, but instead, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The server struggled to understand English, leading to multiple mistakes with my order. Despite my efforts to correct the errors, the service only continued to decline. The server lacked basic communication skills and even struggled to make a simple banana split without guidance from a picture. I have always had mixed experiences at this particular location. The milkshake and hot chocolate are consistently watery. However, during my recent visit, I began to question if something more deceitful was afoot. I ordered a kids scoop for my son, which was listed on the menu for $3.49. When the worker went to retrieve the cup, they claimed that they no longer offered kids scoop sizes at this location, contrary to what was displayed on the menu. I inquired if this policy was implemented nationwide by Baskin-Robbins, but was told it was a decision made solely by the owner of this particular store.
