"Coney Express is a family owned Mishawaka business that has been in Michiana since 1972. Tim Rachael are the owners and greet you with a smile when you enter thru their doors because they appreciate your patronage. Naturally one of the favorites is a Coney dog, a delicious combination of a steamed bun with a hot dog coney sauce on top, you can add onions, cheese mustard but you NEVER put ketchup on a hot dog unless your under the age of ten! If you’re not into hot dogs you can choose from bratwurst, polish sausage, chicken, tenderloins, egg salad, tuna salad BLT’s that’s just the ones I remember eating. They also offer salads for vegetarians. Check out their daily soup specials too. Their NEWEST addition is their mobile cart located in the heart of downtown South Bend so you can enjoy numerous choices without having to drive to Mishawaka. Check its location on Facebook on their Coney Express page. If your into good food for a reasonable price make the trip to Coney Express today, you’ll be glad you did."

"They were out of boba on a Saturday at lunch. Bummer. There was something frozen in my daughters ice cube, ew. I sent my kid out to the car to get me the tea I had in the car. However USUALLY it’s pretty darn good. We brought a friends daughter here to try sushi and boba for the first so it was an adventure."

"We made a reservation for our anniversary. We got there a few minutes early, but they had our table ready within 10 minutes. Our waiter was very good. He had asked if we were celebrating and we told him our anniversary, and then he informed us we would get a free cheesecake. We ordered the crab-topped fries for an appetizer, Cod Imperial and Lily's Chicken for meals, and then the cheesecake for dessert. All of it was wonderful. Besides spending a little more than we would normally, everything was great!"

"It is important to note that this restaurant does not seat guests until the entire party has arrived. Arriving early to secure a table for a partial party is not allowed, so be prepared to wait if you show up before everyone is present. This policy is completely reasonable and makes sense."

"Came here at the suggestion of Tmobile Tuesdays and I wasn't disappointed at all! I opted to dine in since I work at home and wanted to get out a bit while the sun was out. I noticed the app had a tableside option to order so I skipped the lunch rush line, found a table, and ordered my lunch! Reuben? Wanted more Thousand Island but the corned beef was delightful. Chicken Chipotle spud? WHAAAAT? I almost don't want to try other items and just keep getting this. Iced tea. Unsweetened. Large. So satisfying. The food was brought out swiftly and devoured even faster. And then I don't have to bus my own table? Minor detail but I'm here for it! See you again soon, McAl fam!"

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! I've been there four times now and each visit has been fantastic. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The guacamole is amazing - a large portion for only $3.75. The staff is very friendly and they make their own delicious chips and salsa. They offer beer and wine coolers/Hard Mikes, but unfortunately no alcoholic margaritas. However, that won't deter me from coming back. I have found my new go-to Mexican restaurant. I wanted to dine there a few times before writing this review to ensure consistency, and they did not disappoint. Give it a try!"

"Zoup is my ideal restaurant. I could enjoy a bowl of soup in a convertible in the Mojave Desert in July. My favorite is the lobster bisque. If everyone gathered to eat soup together, it could potentially reduce violence in the world. And if not, at least you get to enjoy some delicious soup!"

"I always try to stop by this place when I'm in town visiting family. It's hard to go wrong with donuts dipped in caramel and powdered with cinnamon sugar. Wide variety of other flavors, but it's the classic that keeps me coming back. And I heard thatthey started doing the donut holes again, which are the PERFECT balance of caramel and cinnamon per bite."

"We were quickly seated (less than 3 minutes on a busy Friday night) during peak dinner rush. Our appetizer arrived within ten minutes and our entrees within twenty. Rogamhya served us and was polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations without making us feel rushed. The food was incredible - the truffle fries surpassed those from The Oaken Bucket in SB. We enjoyed roasted garlic wings and El Fritto burrito for dinner, both delicious. For dessert, the monster cookie was good but overly sweet for my taste. It would benefit from a contrasting flavor like dark chocolate or a cracker. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely return!"

"The food here is actually quite good. It *was* one of my favorite restaurants in the area. That's why I brought my family when they were in town for a day. We went as a party of 11, which is actually a pretty normal table size where we're from in South Texas (Latin families tend to be large). However, I do understand it's a lot of people when a restaurant is not prepared. My family and I arrived around 3:30 and the restaurant was pretty much empty. The host (who I assume was the manager) greeted us by asking if there were 42 of us. I said no, 11. He then proceeded to speak to us as if we were a group of children. In a scolding manner he said that *he* would serve us this time but he would recommend a reservation in the future. That's fine, it was an impromptu visit so I couldn't have made one this time, but I thought it would be fine in the future. The problem for me was that, while the server was more than kind and gracious, the host was absolutely rude to us the entire visit. And, for no reason. He made efforts to come to our table look at us with disdain, roll his eyes, sigh. I wanted to leave at that point. Since it was Notre Dame game day, most restaurants in Mishawaka were pretty empty, it would have been easy to find a place. But they were fine with staying. At one point the host brought my drink and, it seemed like to avoid making eye contact with anyone was looking away, the drink splashed all over the table--onto my 17 year old niece's hands and hair and my menu. The host did not even acknowledge it. I grabbed the drink from his hand and began to clean the mess and he watched me as he walked away. I have to emphasize that the restaurant was nearly empty. There was one table of two seated before us and a party about our size came in while we were eating. That was it. I would think the business would be welcome. It's hard to describe how humiliating it felt to be treated that way and to see my family treated that way. Again, for no reason. The majority of our interactions with the host were because he made a point to walk by our table, roll his eyes, sigh, stare angrily--just whatever he could do to make us uncomfortable. I really wish we would have left and I certainly won't be back. In fact, I'd suggested to my office manager to call that next week and request the restaurant cater a small department lunch where I work, and have since gone with a service on campus instead. Anyway, food is pretty decent but I'm really disappointed with the way my family and I were treated. I understand the man was upset--he made that very clear. He 100% could have (and should have) told us they couldn't serve us. However, he chose not to and instead decided to just make sure we felt uncomfortable the entire meal. As someone who's served in the past (at a much busier restaurant, I've handled more tables than the restaurant had that day on my own), I'm shocked at the lack of customer service here. And, as a human, I'm pretty disappointed at the way they treat other humans at this place."

"We recently visited Corndance for Mothers day for the first time. It's my understanding they're under the same chain as Evil Czech and Jesus Latin Grill. Two restaurants in which I really like. Corndance did not disappoint. The portions are small for the price but also worth it. We were surprised the appetizer shrimp only came with 3. However, they were larger. Most of us got the filet and it was cooked perfectly to each person preference. I prefer medium rare and only get it on rare occasions, it was delicious! I was a bit disappointed the steak only comes with one side, which is potatoes. Mine were crispy and light and fluffy, but others at the table reported they were over cooked so the consistency seems hit or miss. The staff was great and checked on us multiple times despite how busy it was. The pineapple desert was delicious. Overall I think I would visit again! I forgot to take pictures because we were so excited to eat!"

"sunny’s korean is the best! the owner and the chef (sunny) is so sweet and came to our table to ask how our meal was. the personal was very well informed on the menu and helped me find a vegan option in no time. I recommend the chop chae with tofu instead of meat. it's phenomenal! the kimbob is also very good. they also bring out a lot of small appetizers that are worth the trip overall. plus do not go without trying anything from sunny’s korean teriyaki that is on the table. it's the best teriyaki I ever had, and we bought two bottles. bottom line, sunny’s has many vegan options and is one of the best restaurants around!"

"I was told that I had to spend at least $100, which is a bit unreasonable for some customers who may not have smaller bills. The owner should reconsider this policy, as it's quite absurd for a small business. This kind of approach can result in losing both money and customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and that’s disappointing since it was my favorite place for hot subs."

"I thought I would give Longhorn another try...what a disappointment. I have had the outlaw ribeye before and have always been pleased with it. I ordered curbside pickup. Wife had the strip steak, and she said it was tasteless...and she doesn 't have Covid. I tried it and she was right....barely any seasoning and was relatively tasteless. The outlaw Ribeye had a very tiny bone on the side of it, did not even resemble the picture. I have included a picture of the amount of inedible fat and gristle...what happened? Are you buying select steaks now and trying to pass these low quality steaks off to the customer? The outlaw has ALWAYS had a long bone on the side of it but this was fat and gristle only. I am a steak guy, I know steak...how it is supposed to look and taste like. I guess since it was curbside pickup the cook figured oh well, he 'll not bring it back.... maybe I should have, but I will never bring one back cause I imagine what they might do to it. The broccoli was undercooked and crunchy. Baked potatoes were ok. Overall this was really bad. If you continue to produce this kind of quality, you will lose business. There are many more steakhouses that I can go spend 60+ dollars and get better food. Management should retrain their cooks if they can 't get the job right the first time. So long Longhorn, from now on I 'll go somewhere else."

"I can't belive we've been in Mishawka for 7 years and just now had this delicious food. I can't explain it but a good home cooked meal left us elated for the rest of the day. The food was absolutely delicious. Best Korean food I've had so far. I feel like we will be life long customers now. Sunny is amazing, after our meal she spoke with us for some time and is such a sweet lady. We immediately went to Martin's and bought her awesome sauce and kimchi! This place is a must! "My experience was absolutely amazing! Frank was fantastic. As someone with celiac disease, I can't eat at just any restaurant, but Frank took such great care of me. I accidentally messed up my order by asking for mustard instead of mayo, and he took the time to completely remake my hamburger. I was so impressed by the attention they gave to ensuring that my meal would be safe for me to eat. I would give this place 100 stars! They really understand celiac disease and make sure their customers feel welcome. Frank, if you're reading this, thank you!"

"This restaurant offers amazing Asian cuisine, featuring dishes from both Chinese and Thai origins. The food is prepared with an array of fresh vegetables, a feature not commonly found in traditional Chinese restaurants. The owners clearly have a passion for what they do and prioritize customer care, accommodating guests with allergies such as MSG or gluten by offering suitable menu options. Prices are slightly higher than average, but the quality of the food justifies the cost. I recommend this restaurant for takeout, as the dining area is small with limited seating and basic decor. Overall, it is the best Asian dining spot I have found in the area. The only downside is the size of the restaurant and occasional visibility of the chefs in the dining area. I would prefer if the chefs stayed in the kitchen and servers brought out the food. Despite this minor issue, the quality of the food is top-notch for Asian cuisine."
