"Great customer service I went to taco Tuesday. food was delicious ,Food came out really fast. Waiter was super nice. Kept checking on us. The only thing I wish Is they play a little bit more mixed music, they played majority of Spanish music other then that, Everything was great."

"Best Italian Sandwiches in town hands down. I love that they make their bread fresh daily. I?ve been coming here since I was a little girl. I?m now in my mid 30?s. I support mom and pop shops and I admire their authentic Italian products. From pickle in abarrel offerings, Italian sodas, to cookies, wine, and more. Their deli is convenient for a quick pick up of family visiting.Great to bring for a day of watching sports. I recommend calling ahead your order for smooth pick up. They can get busy whichonly means their in high demand not short staffed. They all are amazing workers and family. It?s been great to see many familymembers throughout the years. Check out the Submarine sandwich New York Specials are my go to! I love the macaroni salad andmarinated artichoke hearts!"

"This is a fantastic local restaurant! The combo options featuring your choice of kebab or lule are wonderful. I tried the chicken and beef, while my son opted for chicken with lamb, and both were outstanding. The meat was tender and flavorful. For sides, we enjoyed the perfectly seasoned bulgur wheat and the delicious pilaf. I also had the spinach, which was well-seasoned and cooked just right. I highly recommend this place! Note: As of July 4, 2022, they are still offering takeout only. You can also order through other delivery services, but I strongly suggest calling in your order directly and picking it up yourself."

"If you're searching for delicious and healthy food, look no further! Dining here is definitely worth it, as the prices are reasonable considering the incredible flavors. Once you take a bite, you won’t be able to put your fork down! Even my 14-year-old, who is quite picky due to my home cooking, said that Yoshinoya has nothing on this place. The gentleman who took our order over the phone was very helpful and patient, especially since it was our first time ordering here."

"When I lived in Montebello two decades ago, Playa Baja was just a short stroll from my home. Now, whenever I'm in Los Angeles for work, I always make it a point to stop by for a meal. This restaurant specializes in Mexican comfort food and is an excellent choice for breakfast, offering a wide variety of traditional dishes. The chilaquiles are outstanding, and the must-have accompaniments like flavorful beans and fresh coffee provide the perfect start to your day. For a lighter lunch, I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail, as well as the fish or chicken tacos. If you're very hungry, the combo plates are served in generous portions. While the seating isn't luxurious, it is comfortable. They also have a nice selection of both domestic and Mexican beers."

"**Review Summary:** - **Restroom:** None available. - **Service:** Dine-in - **Meal Type:** Breakfast - **Price per Person:** $10–20 - **Food Rating:** 5/5 - **Service Rating:** 4/5 - **Atmosphere Rating:** 3/5 Overall, the food was excellent, earning a perfect score. The service was also good, though there was room for improvement. However, the atmosphere didn't quite match the food quality. Additionally, it's important to note that there is no restroom available."

"My favorite place for pastrami in the Montebello area is Arrys - you can't go wrong with their sandwiches. They load up their sandwiches with extra pastrami, which I love. I'm a big guy and can only finish half of the sandwich, so I save the other half for the next day. I enjoy eating mine with their spicy pickled carrots, which are delicious. I go there about once a month and it never disappoints me. My wife tried their grilled chicken salad and even that was delicious. Both of us love it - gordito approved!"

"I haven't been here in a long while. Was craving dinner pizza and thought we would swing by in a Sunday night. We were told it could be up to 40m wait, however we were seated in 10m. Mind you it was Sunday night football as well. I think we got lucky since a few groups started finishing up. I actually thought the prime rib was pretty good, and the whole prime rib combo on Sunday is a pretty good deal. Pizza and pozookie was always good. I got the premium sides of couscous cheese and spicy brussel sprouts. Daughter killed the couscous. I like the taste of the brussel sprouts, but they were a bit cold. All in all, good experience and the service was good."

"Went on a quiet Wednesday after Labor Day. Not many people at dinner, so you'd expect the servers to be slow. We were lucky enough to get Jeronimo to seat serve us. He was so attentive and enquired about our needs throughout the meal. He was patient when I needed more time and understanding when I requested extra condiments. It was a pleasure to have dinner at this Denny's. Their new upholstered seats also look feel great! The upgrade makes the place more open and clean. Come here for a late night meal any time!"

"Salvatore restaurant has been our family's favorite Italian restaurant for over 25 years. The food is consistently well-made and delicious. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant, although I do wish it was closer to our home."

"I ordered the chicken fajitas, but they were overcooked and dry. My son had the shrimp combo, and the fried shrimp tasted like they were frozen and lacked flavor. The bacon-wrapped shrimp was also dry and seemed frozen. On a positive note, my mom really enjoyed her shrimp fajitas. My husband liked his 7 Seas soup and said it was very tasty. My youngest son enjoyed his combo plate and tends to eat everything. The waitress forgot to bring the guacamole, so I had to ask another staff member, who eventually brought it to us. When we finished, the waitress was quick to collect payment but didn't offer any to-go containers, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. I do have to mention that the Cadillac margarita was the best I've ever had."

"--- **Dining Experience** **Meal Type:** Dinner **Price Range Per Person:** $30–50 I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing across the board. **Food:** 1/5 The meal did not meet my expectations in terms of flavor and quality. **Service:** 1/5 The service was lacking, leaving much to be desired in terms of attentiveness and efficiency. **Atmosphere:** 1/5 The atmosphere did not contribute to a pleasant dining experience; it felt uninviting and lacking in ambiance. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant given my experience. --- Feel free to ask for any further modifications! "

"funny as it seems that during the pandemic restaurant quality went everywhere and without eating in the people it seemed easy to leave. because who comes to the house eats and drives all the way back to send a court back, and now it seems worse and worse, as the price of the ingredients rises so much. seems canton city has decided to use the bottom of the barrel for her oranges huhn or should I call it more orange like dry shn radier and I never thought that someone could screw my favorite walnut shrimp enough to eat it there. I'll never go back and I'll never go back. only the reason why they have 2 stars is that my wife liked the vultures. but then again this is a woman who uses A-1 steak sauce like syrup on pancakes. I'm sorry, babe."

"Food: Ordered one regular and large poke bowl. The regular comes with 3 scoops of protein while the large comes with 5. They count crab meat as a protein and not a topping which was a down side since I felt like the portions of their protein were really small. The crab meat seemed a bit stale but my only complaint is just the portions of their protein. Other than that, I think the portions of everything else was good for the price.Service: Staff was really nice."

"First time here. Service attentive and friendly. Ambience...spacious clean inviting...diner-ish. Had a burger with bacon...fries in a fun presentation, mini deep-fry basket. Wish a slice o' pie came with the meal...fries burger were lukewarm...burger meat was dry...the onion ring inside added the flavir...bacon wasn't hard, that's a plus. Curious to know how their pies are...perhaps back for dessert and coffee"

"This is another callback to my childhood. My Great Auntie Olga lived right down the way near the petting zoo and this was her spot. This is another place that I treat like Phillipe's with Cole's, don't talk to me about Tony's Frumentos is the only show in town. While on the subject Claro's can't touch them either, they are in a league of their own. When you walk in your are greeted with the vast amount of Italian imports that they carry. You can get sweets, wine, noodles, if you're looking for it they have it. The staff is very friendly and if you are having a hard time deciding they will steer you in the right direction. I know that this is a family owned business and you can see that it is run like that as well. I can tell you without hesitation there is not a wrong order on this menu. Everything is worth a try. If I am hosting their 30 Destroyer is hands down my favorite to take to a party, there are never left overs. When you go hot sandwich their chicken cutlet is very tasty and its not overly breaded. Their pasta dishes are really great. I think one of the hardest things to do is a simple spaghetti with sauce, and if you are ever just craving that this is the place to get it. All of their raviolis are great, I couldn't decide between the mushroom or the lobster. Their sides are all really good too. My favorite is the pesto pasta salad. I always find myself buying an antipasto screwer which is one of my favorite things. If you feel like popping in they have a nice seating area in the back. Get yourself a beer, wait for your meal, and wait to feel like you had a homemade meal prepared with love. They are impeccably clean an I have never seen this place out of sort before. When ordering before they close or on game days, make sure to order and pay before. It will save you time in line and you will be able to walk in and walk out. If you are wondering if you should try it, stop and just do it, you won't regret it."

"This is my second time order delivery of Oji Sushi. I like their menu and appreciate the veggie options for sushi. What I liked most was the deep fried aged tofu. Omg it was so soft inside and perfectly crisp outside. The Asian Pommes were also well seasoned. Cruel and tasty. The roles were not special, but they were well prepared. The food arrived quickly and as expected. Except that the sauce was missing for the aged tofu. But I really recommend that aged Tofu, yummy! Next time, it would be nice if they put a safety seal or seal the package instead of loose hand and open to the driver."

"I've been going to astros for many years, I was very happy to go there, but now everything is above the price. Today I ordered 2 chili cheeseries and a large order of tweeper rings and received only 11 small tweeper rings. I know the economy is bad, but I want to get what I command."

"Wow a little disappointed there's new owners I know there's a transitional period but the onion rings were not the same served in a box not in a bag they still need to learn how to wrap a burrito, they had to remake my taco because they did not read the instructions. I guess they're still learning but it was disappointing it would have been nice to know that they have new owners don't know how often I will be going back, used to be about once a week."

"I've been going to Ani's for years, and this place is one of my favorite local small businesses in Montebello! You can never go wrong with their chicken or filet mignon kabobs. The rice and salad is always delicious, and the hummus is legit! They also have a whole chicken family meal that's reasonably priced and includes many great sides of your choice. They hook you up here!Lastly, you need to try their baklava! Take it home if you have to, you'll be glad you did!Thank you Ani's for the excellent food and experience!"
