"I will not be eating here again. The waitress/owner rarely checks back to see if you need anything. You have to ask numerous times for water. This last time she messed up the order, brought me the correct taco, but then charged me for the mistake. My choice was to let her throw it away or pay for it. No offer to let me take it home the taco and no apology. She said she did not remember me ordering the steak taco after she brought me a ground beef and green pepper one. There are plenty of other great Mexican restaurants to choose from in the area with friendly service. Take a pass on this place."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."

"Excellent authentic Thai food... enjoyed lunch here today! I had the chicken pad thai and shared the appetizer combo so we could try a lot of different things! Every bite was fantastic. We will come back again and again and again!!"

"First time at PFChang 's for the wife and I and left feeling disappointed. After a long wait, both ordered iced teas and a sushi roll to start. Iced teas arrived without lemon or sugar-wish our server would have asked if we wanted any. Oh well. Sushi roll was good-wish there was a piece of fish on every piece. Oh well. Ordered an entree to share. Server said it came with white rice, brown rice or fried rice. Opted for fried rice. Received our entree-very skimpy portion with a small bowl of fried rice. Thought we received the lunch portion. Nope. No complaints on taste. Received our bill and noticed we got nicked for 4.50 for the skimpy bowl of fried rice. Really wish our server would mention if there is an upcharge for what comes with the entree. Kind of deceptive. Oh well. Paid our bill and left. One and done for me. Oh well."

"We had a reservation and were seated immediately. 15 Minutes later, my brother in law went to the desk to see if we had a waitress. Finally Skylar came over and took our drink order. When she came back with the drinks, she took our dinner order. All of the salads were incorrect. We ate them anyway because it was busy and we probably would not have gotten them back. We had taken 2 bites of our salad when the entrée came. Very poor planning. About less than halfway through eating our entries, she gave us the bill. She never came back to ask us if we needed any more drinks, which we did, until after she delivered the bill. It was also too noisy to hear our companions across the table. Also, my husband ordered Chicken Parmesean with marinara. The sauce didn't even resemble marinara, much less taste like it. We had not been there in a while and will not be back and will tell everyone I know how bad it was. Very disappointed"

"I stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff and their positive energy. While the prices are a bit steep for a burger joint, I really enjoyed the flavorful burger options, which came with a range of unique toppings and sauces. On the downside, I wasn't impressed with the onion rings; they resembled more of fried onion shreds and would have been better as a topping rather than a side dish. The dining area was clean and well-kept, and they also offer a small selection of craft sodas and beers. Overall, it’s a decent spot to try a gourmet burger that stands out, but just be ready to spend a little extra."

"We walked in and the Hostesses said hello and then another woman walked up from behind her with a worker and she said I need you to come here for a minute , and they walked into another room and so we waited. After some minutes went by the hostess came back and sat us. Our table was so dirty there had been a cover on our table like a piece of paper and it was filthy we sat in a booth and the wall was also filthy had stuff all over it, it look like somebody had exploded food or their drink all over the wall. The waitress was so nasty to us I felt like she came over and right away she decided she did not like us , we asked her about water which we didn’t get in until midway through our visit. She was very dismissive walking by as many times without even checking in. I had asked about having mimosas I’ve never been to this restaurant before and I didn’t even know that you received two mimosas with your buffet . I simply asked if we could have mimosas she went on to tell us “you will have mimosas when the bartender pours them”.. I said I don’t understand what you mean and she said you can’t get liquor until and at this time it was about which was fine so at o’clock I asked again , are we able to purchase mimosas now ? She said “I told you ,you will get Mamosa’s when the bartender gets around to pouring them.” At this time I heard another waitress who was really bubbly and happy tell her table exactly what to expect she explained the buffet she also explained that you get two mimosas per buffet so then we understood. I tried telling the waitress I wasn’t trying to be greedy we just wanted a drink with our brunch and she looked at me and said OK like she was judging me because we wanted liquor in the morning It was just unbelievable minutes into being There I wanted to leave. The food was tasty but not everything was out at once and the French toast I had and waffles were cold. We asked more then two times for our bill and then it was wrong"

"The beef sandwich was very good. I also tried a gyro sandwich, also very good. The meal will definitely fill you up, unlike other beef, gyro, and hot dog joints around the area. I don't want to mention other businesses when reviewing. It will definitely be a go to place for me."

"Barbecue was good, I had the 2 meat combo. The only negative is with that combo it exclude ribs. The chopped pork was good with a smokey flavor. Corn on the cob was buttery melt in your mouth delicious. The best bang for your buck will be the 2 can dine meal for 45.00 it comes with so much food that really 3-4 people can dine off that one meal for less than 15 bucks. Overall it's a nice place to dine. P.S they just added fried chicken to the menu which was seasoned very well. I will return for the 2 can dine meal."

"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table."

"I ordered the Baked macaroni and cheese on a Friday. The color was extremely orange unlike most macaroni and cheese. It was served on a very hot plate but the food was barely even warm. It feels like they heated the plate, not the actual food as advertised on their menu. The taste was mediocre at best. It could have possibly tasted better if it was actually baked. The cheese did not taste like real cheese but more like from a can. This is not a dish I would recommend unless they actually serve it as advertised on their menu. I also tasted the grilled cheese, French fries and cole slaw which was really good. The best part of my Southfork experience was the awesome waitress Debbie Rose Dinardo. This waitress went above and beyond with a smile and just great service from her. Southpark, Debbie Rose Dinardo is a gem. Keep her busy!! Thank you Debbie!"

"When I really need to have a very rich chocolate ice cream cone, this is the place! I really like Oberweis milk in general (especially the chocolate milk), so it seems right they should make delicious ice cream as well. The store is very clean and the customer service is also very good too!"

"The portion sizes are quite large for one person, especially since they really pile on the food. I ordered the double sausage, which was fantastic, and even though I didn't really need it, I indulged in some garlic bread—guess I’m a bit of a glutton! One beer was enough for me, and I switched to Diet Pepsi afterward. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable for a solo evening meal. I wasn't the only one dining alone; another elderly gentleman came in as well. It felt comfortable to be there by myself, without any awkwardness. The restaurant was clean, and the service was attentive for the most part. I was seated and greeted promptly, which I appreciated. I even had a nice chat with the manager, and we shared a few laughs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return if I’m in the area and in the mood to dine in. However, I still prefer taking my food to go or having it delivered."

"Traverso’s is a wonderful place to go. Pizza was delicious and hot and so was the bread! Drinks were perfect! Usually a nice crowd on Tuesday night but tonight there was room to social distance so COVID-19 was not an issue. My family enjoyed our evening!"

"I wasn?t that impressed with my food from here. My brother recommended a brisket salad (he had it at the Park Ridge location). It was ok, I expected better. I also had a basket of fried pickles. They were very soggy, overly seasoned and the breading wasfalling off. Pickles should be individually fried not as a whole jar tossed in the frying pan. They were expensive too: $8 for aplatter. The chicken tenders were good though. This was my 2nd trip here. Last time I got ribs and there was barely any meat onthem. For $30 ribs, I would expect something better. Not sure if the two locations differ in how they prepare their food, butwe?re not going back any time soon. Also they forgot to add the bun I ordered with my chicken tenders."

"This was my second visit to the restaurant, and Cory was our server. He was incredibly cheerful and always had a big smile on his face. He made sure our orders were accurate and ensured we received both the Thursday discount and the senior discount. What more could we ask for? The food was delicious, especially the homemade meatballs!"

"Not sure if this is an issue with Coopers Hawk or OpenTable, but when we arrived with our reservation and were being seated at a table, there were several open booths. I asked if we could sit in a booth instead, and the waitress said, 'No, those have been reserved. ' I don 't know if that 's insider information? That for those who reserve through the restaurant directly they can request ahead for a booth? Because I didn 't see reserving a booth as an option on OpenTable. Just a heads up if it matters to you. Otherwise, the food and wine were excellent."

"I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant for dinner, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The meal was on the pricier side, averaging over $100 per person, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend trying the Green Tea Ice Cream – it was the perfect finish to an amazing meal. The Lobster Hibachi with Golden Sauce and vegetables was another standout dish, bursting with flavor. The Steak and Scallop Hibachi also impressed me, perfectly cooked and delicious. Don’t miss out on the Fuji Salad with its refreshing ginger dressing, and definitely start your meal off with the Sushi Appetizer; it was fresh and delectable. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit for a special dinner!"
