"The place was hyped up to me so I decided to visit. It is very popular and our 15 minute wait was really 35. We were seated at the worst table. We were in the way of the servers getting coffee and the juicer and smoothie makers may as well have been on our table. Impossible to talk. The food was fine. There was nothing special but it all tasted fine. The service was OK. Our server was sweet but very inexperienced. I was surprised to see how expensive the bill was for an ordinary breakfast/brunch … – show"

"Whenever I visit this restaurant, I'm always impressed by the value and quality they offer. The menu is fantastic, featuring a wide array of options. It's also very kid-friendly and has ample parking space, which is a huge plus since I typically drive a large truck and trailer and have never had trouble finding a spot. With smart choices from the menu, you can easily feed a large group or a small family for $20 or less. However, inside seating is limited, and during lunch hours, it often gets quite crowded. On warmer winter days, though, there’s plenty of picnic tables available for outdoor seating if that suits you. Just keep in mind that this review is my personal opinion, which is likely worth as much as you paid for it. Thank you!"

"Ambiance: Very nice Service: Very nice servers. But need training Food: There are many Italian restaurants close to where we live here in Las Vegas. My wife and I travel 19 miles to visit this restaurant. If you like Chicken Parmigiana, you will not find a Restaurant in Las Vegas with better Chicken Parmigiana. They serve Jidori chicken that is more than half inch thick and when properly cooked you can cut it with your fork. If you are not familiar with Jidori chicken, it's expensive to purchase and it's eaten raw in Japan."

"Place was completely packed which is a good problem to have. Waited til our reserved time. With a party of 6 they opted to put us in a standard booth that normally seats 4. So dinning was cramped. So where to begin with this place... Food: Over priced for a run of the mill experience there. Plates come to you bland and lacking. No garnish not eloquence whatsoever. Plate was just white with a tiny steak and 4 tiny Shrimp starring back at me. Shrimp was well seasoned, steak was over charred and it was easy to tell they do not monitor the grills temp. They could easily help them selves by adopting a sous vide setup. Had 2 orders of bacon Mac and cheese. Sauce was thin and they crumbled up a tiny bit of bacon that was put to a hard crisp on top. Pay less and go next door to the longhorn. Services: While they were busy I will say I noticed they cared more about those drinking alcohol at our table. My glass remained empty for 10 minutes until they saw an alcoholic beverage go dry. Only then did I get offered a refill. My beverage tasted very watered down or as of it wasn't carbonated very well. Price: everything there was top dollar. At least in their mind with pricing it is. Go here to pay double or even triple anywhere else just to be served a mediocre meal at best."

"I experienced excellent customer service and quick service at this restaurant. I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Chunks, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, a Roll, Wedges, and Biscuits. The shrimp was delicious, and I plan to try the famous hot sauce next time. The baked beans and coleslaw were also very tasty. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the biscuits, and the chicken chunks were just average. The wedges were good too. Overall, you won’t be disappointed if you give this place a try!"

"Longhorn steakhouse is really practicing safety measures. I was impressed. Social distancing and everyone entering and all staff wore masks. Masks were worn by customers until eating. The tables were six feet apart. No guest were close to each other. There was a station set up with cleaning supplies that I noticed employees frequently used. Keep up the good work. My family and I will be visiting again soon."

"First time dining at this restaurant and from the moment I walked in I was in love. The place is adorable, so much character in a small space, it’s very very clean and the staff was just wonderful. The Asparagus salad was so delicious, the table bread great! Wine selection perfect. Specials were tantalizing It was quite hard to decide what to order! I had the Filet w/smashed parm potatoes and a Merlot then a Cab. My guest had the Gnocchi and it was all just wonderful. This will be my new spot! The service couldn’t have been better. Our server was attentive and sweet as pie. The bidders and food runners were just the same. I love the place. They know what they’re doing. Kudos to the owner and chef! Just love it!"

"I was very impressed with Vanessa. She was very friendly, very attentive to our needs and took the time to answer my questions. When she did not know the answer to a question she took the time to call someone (the manager) to answer them. The manager also took the time to take my friend to the salad bar and show her which dishes she should stay away from because of her allergies."

"Cleanest, freshest food, best service, great handicap accessibility. I haven’t had a meal like this in years if ever. I was so impressed by the staff and food I would say this is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been to. Could not have been any better. Amazing and I want to take everyone I know here! Forgot my card and the waitress was running out to the parking lot with it before I pulled off. I just can’t say enough about this place! You must take a first date here because they will marry you! Unbelievable experience thank you so much! I had the seafood lover spicy and my company had the duck and said it was the best duck they ever had. So happy and it really created a memorable experience I’ll never forget and I can’t thank you enough. We will be back asap"

"I visited a few weeks ago and had a positive experience overall. The service was fantastic—warm and attentive, which made ordering a breeze. The food was tasty; I ordered a double cheeseburger that I found to be decent in flavor and size. However, my rating is average due to the pricing and limited menu options. I felt the prices were somewhat high compared to other places, especially since there were no combo meals available. Additionally, if you buy a $4 10oz small cup, you're allowed only one free refill, which seems a bit excessive for the portion size. Overall, I think the pricing could be more competitive given the quantity and servings provided."

"This place looks great and the service is great. We went on Father’s Day which was super busy so it took a while to get our food which is expected. Their chicken soup has been the best I’ve ever had and I haven’t had one quite like theirs. We ordered their all American hash and the potatoes aren’t seasoned so it was just ok. Their biscuits and gravy are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. My husband ordered the chilaquiles which were good but the tortilla chips don’t hold up very well they get soggy really quickly. We also took some of their donuts to go and those were just ok. Their lattes are really good we def will be coming back!"

"Hi, I heard so many great things about the food so I decided to try it. I walked into the Orland Park location. It was one customer there and the cashier was assisting him with a catering order he wanted for another day. Not once was I greeted. No one said I'll be with you shortly or anything. I was there about 10 mins while the customer was trying to figure out the fish he wanted for next week. I understand him being assisted, he was a customer but I was expecting the cashier to at least say just a moment or at least try to put in my order while he was deciding. Instead, I was never acknowledged. I left and went elsewhere. The customer service was 0"

"I will give veneration where honor is due: the supplier was very nice. However, that was among the worst Chinese food each of us has ever had. 4 entrees: orange chicken (x2), kung pao huhn and lemon chicken lo mien. all very bad. we are generally viable. we ordered by mo 's for the convenience of delivery. but it's not like that. this eating was so bad that we actually bring it back to the restaurant to submit a complaining. the lemon chicken came in three retainers: burned microshaft noodles, fried chickenschuppen and watery mysteries sauce. none of us could like more than a taste. the rest was very bland, and all seemed to have the same prefab ingredients and...more"

"My mother and I tried Gaston’s today for the first time and it was a great experience! We started with the Baked French Onion the Lentil soup, which were both delicious. We then each got a salad.. which were incredible! The salad portions are HUGE, made with extremely fresh ingredients, served with a large side of dressing and a breadstick. My favorite part was the Mock Tail menu…perfect for expecting mamas like myself. The servers were very polite and personable, and the owner was extremely friendly. He introduced himself to us, and he made sure to touch down at every table. Thank you Gaston’s, we cannot wait to come back!"

"This restaurant is incredibly loud! They have drummers playing every five minutes for one birthday celebration after another, along with the constant clattering of metal spatulas. Because of this noise, I will not be returning. The food was overcooked and dry overall, though the steak was the only dish cooked to a perfect medium rare—tender and delicious. The lobster was acceptable, but both the shrimp and chicken were overcooked, and almost all dishes were smothered in various sauces. The chicken fried rice was decent, and I recommend trying the vegetables without any sauce. Although the waiter did his best to keep up, the drinks were slow to arrive. The chef was entertaining and generously squirted sake throughout the meal. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Sushi rolls, lobster."

"I was here earlier today with family. Our server was Holly and she was very curt and inattentive. I’m a server so I can tell good and bad service. It wasn’t busy so it shouldn’t of taken over 10 minutes to get our drinks and our order. After she brought us our entrees she only checked up on us once even though we were finished with our food and already paid on the Ziosk. We waited a good 20 minutes before she came over after finishing socially talking with another coworker and finally asked if we needed boxes. I would understand her being like this if it was busy but it wasn’t at all. I do not recommend getting her as a server."

"This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is very good but the main reason we keep coming back is the fantastic service we get every time. Every employee is friendly and accommodating. It is so refreshing to see a restaurant who really goes all out to make its customers happy! "When we were finally seated, we were placed in the back of the restaurant while two other parties were seated closer to the front. I couldn't help but notice that the group in the front was white, had more waiters attending to them, and was about the same size as our group. In contrast, we were given only one waiter and felt like we were being segregated to the back of the restaurant along with other black parties. The food was mediocre, and when we inquired about vegetables being included in the family-style menu, we were told they were only available on the dinner menu. It was confusing trying to order separately, and my sister-in-law ended up ordering without much clarity. Service was slow, and they even forgot one of the dishes we had ordered. Despite the hefty bill of $1200.00 for 17 people, we left a $100 tip in cash for the waiter as we didn't feel it was her fault. Overall, we felt discriminated against and unsatisfied with the experience, and I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. The only positive note was the bartender at the bar, who provided good service."

"We went to celebrate my birthday and, while I’ll admit it has been several years since I dined indoors at this restaurant, I couldn’t believe the decline… Restaurant was practically empty and service was still lacking and the food, for the price, lacked value. I even mentioned we were celebrating my birthday in my reservation but nobody ever asked us if we were celebrating anything used to LOVE this place, kinda made me sad and miss the good ole days!"
