"I experienced excellent customer service and quick service at this restaurant. I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Chunks, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, a Roll, Wedges, and Biscuits. The shrimp was delicious, and I plan to try the famous hot sauce next time. The baked beans and coleslaw were also very tasty. However, I wasn't a huge fan of the biscuits, and the chicken chunks were just average. The wedges were good too. Overall, you won’t be disappointed if you give this place a try!"

Hienie's never lets me down. I've always had a great meal there. I typically order four wings with wedges, but I think I'll try the cod sandwich next time. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming!

I ordered catering from this restaurant for New Year's, and everything was absolutely delicious! When I went to pick up my food, the staff was incredibly helpful, even though they were very busy. P.S. Make sure to slather your chips in the hot sauce—it's fantastic!

Everyone's amazing and personable. We love eating here like twice a week because it's so good. I highly recommend coming in and grabbing food to go. It's an awesome place but limited seating because you'd stay all day and night if you could. Honestly. THE BEST FOOD IN ORLAND PARK! View menu

A restaurant you definitely need to check out... The shrimp and lake perch were absolutely delicious. However, they were fried a bit too long for my liking. Next time, I’ll be sure to ask them to keep it out of the fryer for a shorter time. Some parts were so overcooked that they were inedible.

Order chicken tenders and recieved it and it smelled like fish didn't think nothing of it, thought they fried fish and chicken in the same oil. Ate the chicken because I payed for it and got so sick. Food poisoning to the max was sick all night on the toilet WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGIAN and warn other to do the same should have known when my dog wouldn't eat it something was super wrong with the food.
