"Pizza great but unfortunately ordered fried calamari and I'm sorry to say it has to be one of the worst plates prepared at the Orland park location and when I tried to get either plate replaced or a refund Ben the manager said it would be like 2 hrs before i can get my food or get half refund cause according to him it looked like it did have a few calamari pieces in there that they usually put per plate not caring that I just told him that it's very salty but most of it is breading chunks with no calamari inside lol. Pics were shared with the manager and still gave me bad service knowing that I'm a returning customer and buy their food frequent for years"

"Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would give ten. The owner is extremely rude, highly unprofessional, and his customer service is completely intolerable. I will never order from this restaurant again and will spread this information so that others are not subjected to the same treatment. "Since the management changed, the restaurant seemed promising, but today was disappointing. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes before the manager had to remind the cook to start preparing it. During this time, one of the employees who initially took my order was sitting down enjoying their lunch while I waited. When my food finally arrived, I received an apology. I expressed my surprise that it took 30 minutes just to get my order started, but the manager just chuckled as if it was funny and then walked away. That was the final straw for me, and I won't be coming back. It's worth noting that I was the only customer in the restaurant, so there was really no excuse for the delay."

"This would be a zero if possible. While I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, a rat ran across the floor, mice and cockroaches were running in the grease and food prep areas and on the floors. It was disgusting! Flies and bugs everywhere. Not to mention another order came in for delivery for me to pick up while I was waiting for them to cook the previous order…they literally took cold noodles out of the fridge with their bare hands no gloves the poured a can of Alfredo sauce on the pasta put boiled shrimp in it and bagged it up. I haven’t eaten here and I would not ever after seeing all that."

"Got this place delivered after a long day. Online menu shows what comes default on a gyro sandwich but gives option for additional toppings. I started to add lettuce, tomato, and onions just in case, but it started uncharging after the first choice. I added green peppers assuming the other default toppings were included in the price. Why else would they list what comes on the sandwich, right? What arrived was a gyro with only green peppers and gyro meat. No lettuce, tomato, onions, or tzaziki as is stated under the menu item. For $10 for just the sandwich, either the online ordering should be more clear, or they should actually put what the menu lists as standard for the sandwich.The garlic bread was pretty dang good though."

"I have been to brandy's a few times. Last time I was there, I asked for a cup of cheese and two creamy garlic dressing with my order and I was charged for that but I never got them. Because the guy packing my order was yelling so loud on a girl at the register , maybe he should stop yelling at the girl and focus more on orders. I see him banging the ladies restroom door when I quickly moved away because that's not nice.I did not call back to the restaurant about my missing order because it is not worth. Few weeks ago, me and my husband and kids went in on Sunday almost when they were closing at 9.35 , the same Asian girl accommodated us with a bright smile and even helped us clean up. My husband forgot his phone and the girl came running all the way to the car near the road to give the phone which was so nice. Maybe she is getting treated that way because she is dark skinned like me. The guy is very very disrespectful and need to learn how to respect people.pov-I worked a server when I was in college and I feel bad for the girl because I understand everything. Every person is struggling in their life and we need to respect each other and spread kindness."

I ordered the firehouse burger, waffles, and banana cake, while my friend had roasted chicken, potatoes, green beans, and apple cake. Everything was delicious! "As my husband was eating, he noticed an off taste and then discovered that it was burned on the bottom. We only ordered from this place because my husband used to enjoy Chubby's food, but that's no longer the case. For anyone considering ordering from here, I recommend dining in instead of opting for delivery. The wait is too long, and you'll likely receive cold food, but when you're hungry, you'll end up eating it anyway. If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. "I had a terrible experience with Empire pizza. I ordered a party-sized pizza with hamburger and bacon for over $27, tipped $5, and was shocked when I opened the box to find tiny crumbled pieces of what I think was supposed to be hamburger and bacon. I was too embarrassed to serve this to my guests and will never order from them again. I felt ripped off and won't be wasting my money on Empire in the future. Don't order delivery from them, or if you do, make sure to check the box before paying. I would have refused to pay if I had seen the pizza beforehand. They have lost me as a customer."

"Couldn't have asked for a better late night pizza spot. For those degeneracy hours and you just want to be taken care of by a hot gooey slice of cheese. The cashiers sometimes look stand-offish but they're super polite and friendly. Went out of their way to get me a hot slice of the pizza I wanted so I really appreciate that. It could have been because I was dead tired but this pizza hit the spot better than anything else could have that night. There was a girl that seemed like she had 7 shots too many and threw up everywhere too.... and the servers were just heroes that took care of everything and ever gave extra food and water to her. "Went to pump gas (had an expiring deal) and were very hungry. My husband's idea, stopped by to check it out and was a delicious choice! There's too much variety on the menu, from gyros to tacos to pasta and salad!My husband got the Philly cheese Steak but chicken versión which he wishes he'd tried the original Philly. I got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious, fries and curly fries were also great!We also split a carrot cake and although pricey it was very good, super moist and felt like I could actually taste ?. I definetely want to go back to try more items. Restaurant looks good, clean, crew was awesome fast, no complaints!"
