"Pizza great but unfortunately ordered fried calamari and I'm sorry to say it has to be one of the worst plates prepared at the Orland park location and when I tried to get either plate replaced or a refund Ben the manager said it would be like 2 hrs before i can get my food or get half refund cause according to him it looked like it did have a few calamari pieces in there that they usually put per plate not caring that I just told him that it's very salty but most of it is breading chunks with no calamari inside lol. Pics were shared with the manager and still gave me bad service knowing that I'm a returning customer and buy their food frequent for years"

The food is consistently delicious, but this visit exceeded my expectations. I ordered pizza to go for myself and my young daughter, who was offered cookies by a staff member. I truly appreciate businesses that prioritize customer service, especially when children are involved. We will definitely be returning!

We decided to try Barraco's for pizza. My take is that it was very expensive for what you got. It cost around $40 for 2 medium pizzas. As far as quality, we had a veggie and a pepperoni. I've lived in Orland Park for a long time and was one of the first customers at this restaurant. It has never been better! The pizza is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful as well. It's a great spot to catch a game or relax by the fire pit. The menu offers a solid selection typical of an Italian restaurant, and the choice of liqueurs is impressive. You won't be disappointed!

tonight I ordered a pizza from the location orland hills. not only the pizza terrible, but also the manager. in the maintenance of a catastrophic pizza and bad customer service, I grabbed the orland park. let me tell you what difference! mike the manager were kind, understand and react. within the hour I had a hot fresh pizza that surpasses all my expectations! Many thanks to mike and their wonderful staff to turn the demanding day of this teacher! orland park barraco has my choice times 10!
