"Pizza great but unfortunately ordered fried calamari and I'm sorry to say it has to be one of the worst plates prepared at the Orland park location and when I tried to get either plate replaced or a refund Ben the manager said it would be like 2 hrs before i can get my food or get half refund cause according to him it looked like it did have a few calamari pieces in there that they usually put per plate not caring that I just told him that it's very salty but most of it is breading chunks with no calamari inside lol. Pics were shared with the manager and still gave me bad service knowing that I'm a returning customer and buy their food frequent for years"

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I visited last week for lunch and ordered pizza, fries, and cheese sticks. The food was outstanding, and the owner, John, was incredibly friendly and engaging. We enjoyed some great conversations, and he shared the history of his pizza restaurant with us. I mentioned that I would return for lunch in five days, and he suggested I try the chicken parmesan, which he prepares fresh from scratch, along with his homemade sauces. The amazing part is that when I walked in five days later, he recognized me by name! John is a fantastic guy, and his staff is equally great. You couldn't ask for a better dining experience. "the best pizza we have been moving to st. pete a year ago. we were a couple of times now and everything we ordered was fantastic! the caprese pizza is our favorite, my family visited from england and said they had no pizza that is good as long as they can remember! we went on a Sunday at 8 o'clock and even on a Sunday we had great service! the owner needed time to sit with us and meet us. it was great to hear that they also refer their products to st. pete. local pizza is now on!"

"The food is delicious with a wide menu selection. I have been coming here for over 6 years and it was always a friendly place when Cristos was in charge. Unfortunately, my experience tonight with my sibling was not the same. My sister's meal was incorrect, and the waitress was very rude when she informed him that she had ordered her salad without feta and onion. Another waitress brought out the corrected meal but was also extremely rude. There were too many rude comments and arguments with us and other customers. I do not want to come back here after this experience. I know Cristos would be disappointed. It is disappointing to be treated so poorly in a restaurant that I used to love so much. This is the second time in the last month that these waitresses have been rude to us. Good food is important, but the atmosphere is also crucial to make it a great place to dine."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.Ordered from here and when I called, they told me I called the Orland Park location. I looked the number up again on their own website and dialed in manually. Got the same person and they confirmed the address that I intended on reaching. I go to pick up the food and the person at the register said my name was in the system but not the order and that the order must be at a different location. Absolutely ridiculous after I was given a price and time and everything. I called the same number right as I was leaving and they answered right in front of me.Total LIARS that just don't feel like making your food when you order it apparently. Do NOT give this place your business!!!"

"I just received a deep dish pizza and an appetizer platter, and I'm really disappointed. The platter was burnt, and the deep dish pizza resembled a regular pizza cut into triangles with some sauce thrown on top. I won't be ordering from them again. I used to love Barraco's, but this is the second time I've wasted my money here. I wish I could share pictures of my deep dish because I’ve had it from EP, and it was about three times the size of this thin pizza."

"Was there for a surprise birthday party. The chicken and beef was very good and the bartender made a fantastic Old Fashion! Parking: Parking was a little ambiguous....there is a banquet hall next door with a parking lot between them and Barraco's. The lot isn't marked as to which establishment the parking is for. "I called to place a delivery order, only to be told that they don’t deliver to my location, which is just 1.5 miles away. If you don't deliver that far, then why do you drop off menus at my door? "Dont expect much here. This business relies on taking advantage if the late night crowd.. They take forever to make and deliver your order. Most times on busy nights they are taking 5 and 6 delivery orders at a time. If u are lucky enough to hit them up on their downtime beware they will recycle unused slices that are days old. Always ask for fresh slices. Most of the lunch meats and pasta items are frozen and not fresh. Lot of reliance on the microwave in the back of their kitchen. Their are also mice spotted which they choose to ignore. Also make sure to ask for fresh milkshakes as they have a tendency to reuse ones that were not picked up by customers. The fresh rolls that get delivered every few days are frozen and most likely have the appearance if fresh. Some of the items customers dont pick up are reused to other customers hours and sometimes even days later. Eat at your own risk and remember not all late night options are good ones."

"I ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, which is exactly as it is described on their menu and on DoorDash. When I received my order, I found bacon in my food, which is a problem as I have a bacon allergy. They claimed it was not their responsibility and told me to contact DoorDash. I understand that, but I will make sure to inform others that this restaurant needs to improve and take care of their customers, whether they are dining in or ordering delivery. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, so why is there bacon in it? This is not what I expected from them."
